Graet helpful staff

Three people have worked very hard to set up what is a complicated trip, which had to be altered many times due to personal family problems. First Jonah in the Kensington Office set up the original plan. Two months later Dan of the new Ealing Office updated the trip and gave me many useful tips. Finally Rebecca of the Ealing Office took over in Dan's absence, checked all the financial figures, added many tips from her experience and did the final booking. All three deserve pay rises!

Consistently good service

We received first class service, as always, from Gemma. We wanted to cancel and book another trip, both of which had lots of queries she needed to find out answers to. She dealt with both quickly and efficiently, in her usual friendly manner, ensuring all our questions answered. It's why we keep returning to Trailfinders, and in particular, Gemma, as the level of service is consistently high - we wouldn't use anyone else.

First booked holiday with Trailfinders….recommend.

We popped into Trailfinders in Norwich some months ago (without a appt) and Gabrielle was both helpful and informative.We didn’t book a holiday then,but,having decided where we wanted to go and remembering how helpful Gabrielle was we returned to Norwich.She put a itinerary together for us.It has been ‘tweeted’ a few times.Nothing any trouble to do.This is our first time booking with Trailfinders.Would recommend.

Poultry branch five stars

Our consultant at Poultry branch was amazing. Imogen quickly understood what we were looking for and able to put together our desired holiday. Imogen shared her knowledge of the region and quickly picked up the type of holiday that we wanted. Imogen has kept us informed of our requests and has even managed to secure a better deal. Trailfinders really understand what is important.

We have used Trailfinders for 35 years

We have used Trailfinders for 35 years. We find all the staff we deal with are very professional and knowlegable. Emily is great to deal with when we are organising our cruizes. We have just booked our 4th one with Azamara and Emily has arranged the flights, hotels and transfers. We used a local travel agent to arrange a trip to Malaysia, Australia and Thailand earlier this year their standard was way below Trailfinders. We would highly recommend Trailfinders we find the service to be 5 star.

Last minute Canada holiday.

Lauren was absolutely brilliant when helping us arrange a last minute holiday to Canada. She was informative, patient (we made a number of changes on a couple of occasions!) and extremely efficient. She tailored the holiday exactly to our requirements and enabled us to make a number of our own bookings to really personalise the trip. Excellent service. Many thanks.

Nigel is fantastic at this job

Nigel is fantastic at this job and has helped us many many times over the years. He’s also very patient when we change our minds about arrangements he has sorted out for us. He is helpful and always tries to give us as much information on destinations as he can. Talking to Nigel has become like talking to an old friend although we have never met him.

We have just completed a three week…

We have just completed a three week trip to Asia with our two children. Trailfinders put the trip together for us and worked with us through several changes to the itinerary. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotels they chose for us were in fantastic locations and were all really amazing. It would have taken us ages to try and find such good accommodation, but trailfinders were knowledgeable about what we wanted and matched our requirements easily. Whilst we were away we had a couple of enquiries and used their WhatsApp function. We received prompt helpful information which was amazing. Would definitely use trailfinders again and would recommend to anyone.

Excellent customer service experience

Laura Payne was really helpful. She heard exactly what I wanted and took time to find something that suited perfectly. She kept checking as she went along what would fit for us and I didn't feel rushed or pressured in any way. She gave great advice and helpful hints and the man that we confirmed the booking with today was also very friendly and helpful providing extra information for the next steps of the holiday.

Experienced professional service

Russ in the Leeds office was at all times professional, friendly and easy to deal with. Trailfinders have made the process of booking a three destination, seven week holiday a pleasure. I visited the Trailfinders Travel Centre in Manchester and was quickly seen by Paul. I had been wanting to book my dream trip on the Rocky Mountaineer, combined with an Alaskan Cruise, for years and Paul could not have been more helpful, friendly, patient or informative in piecing it altogether for me. Paul had done the same itinerary so was able to give me lots of first hand insights as well as piece together every aspect of the trip and within my budget. He talked me through a variety of different flight and hotel options as well as book me some extra trips on the days I am in Vancouver and Banff, with the option to add more at a later point if I wish to do so. Once I'd settled on what I wanted, he booked everything for me, answered all of my questions and was clear on all the next steps. Paul kept in touch with updates as promised. Such a great experience.

Another faultless Trailfinders experience…

Another faultless Trailfinders experience. Phoned in with dates and a few ideas of what we wanted to see and where we'd like to stay and after a relatively short period of time we have a three week holiday in Malaysia and Borneo booked for next spring (and for a very reasonable price!) William's recent visit to the area helped as he was able to recommend things that otherwise we would have to have reaserched ourselves. It was simply a Deja Vu experience of when I walked into St Albans in 2023 and they put together a 2 month holiday in Singapore, Austraila and New Zealand in an equally short timeframe. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Used them for years, never disappointed

We’ve used Trailfinders for years, the last few we have been taken care of by Naomi Dingle. She has been great and it’s so nice to deal with someone who knows, and remembers, our preferences. This time, she has spent considerable time sorting our next holiday, always with patience and good humour. As well as this, we have the reassurance of dealing with a reputable, ethical company. S.E. Asia trip

Chris Douthwaite was so knowledgeable and helpful. He quickly understood our somewhat complicated requirements and planned our ideal luxury holiday.He phoned us back twice to make sure everything was perfect as we had to liaise with fellow travellers from the USA. All 4 of us are delighted with our tailor made package.

Amazing tour of europe + after care

Amazing tour of europe followed up by Ian (the wonder agent) saving our bacon in Seville after the IT Outage resulted in our original flight being cancelled. Went above amd beyond (as Trailfinders do on all our trips) but more so when they took care of us when things went sideways, my wife will subsequently naming one of our unborn twins after Ian “the magnificent”. Trailfinders wont let you down
