I went to see Selena Gomez on the night of July 23, 2016. I got tickets of festival A, which was the most front section. Before the show started, I waited outside of the venue, lining up for around 5 hours, and when they let us in, we had to wait for another 2 hours until Selena appears on stage. I was really happy to know that I was VERY close to Selena, and I couldn't believe that she was standing RIGHT THERE in front of me.

The crowd was intense. When the show had really started, my section just went crazy like waves in the ocean. We all went pushing each other from left to right, right to left, front to back, and back to front. It was difficult for me to find for air. But as soon as Selena was done singing Revival, which was her opening song, the crowd sort of calmed down a bit and I was able to catch my breath. And I was also able to see Selena standing right in front me, clearly.

Selena has a way of performing that could engage her audience to sing and dance along with her. I can tell that the audience had a very strong connection with her while she was performing. The stage set was beautiful. Selena's live voice was beautiful. I really enjoyed what she did for us, together with her band, back-up singers, and especially, her dancers.

My most favourite performances that night was Kill Em With Kindness, Love You Like A Love Song, and Nobody. Honestly, those songs were performed better live than the studio versions, especially LYLALS.

I was really grateful to be able to see her perform live, after more than 6 years of waiting. It was definitely worth the wait.

Selena Gomez is a new artist for me but once I got the chance to go to one of her shows she quickly became one of my favorite singers.

Now I see why so many people scream Selena and follow her around to see her shows. She is such a cute girl and I'm so happy for her and the fame she has come into. She has so many fans who genuinely love her and the music that she sings.

My children now love her as well. When she is coming to town they must go and see her. I think she has a positive message and stands for something good. Her music is catchy and upbeat. I catch myself dancing around at the concert too even though my kids fully enjoy it. They laugh seeing their old mom have fun too. I will continue to take them to see Selena because I think her music is good.

The performance is a plus in my book. I appreciate them for the show they put on too. She's young and full of energy and she makes me feel young again. I just loved the whole night and will go again. Thanks Selena for a great night.

July 9th 2016 Revival Tour Aneheim, California

Concert was absolutely amazing. I went to the stadium at 05:00am and waited thirteen hours to get into the stadium (my friends and I had GA which was right next to the stage). The wait was so worth it, we got first row, and just seeing her so close was everything. She is such an amazing performer and she sang a song that was not on her setlist with Charlie Puth (We Don't Talk Anymore). Her dancers are probably the best dancers I have ever seen. The stage setup was simple, but exquisite. She is such a beautiful person to watch perform. The only thing I wish she would have done, is sang some of her OLDER songs. She sang some from her past albums, but those were all singles. I would have loved it if she sang some songs from her first album (Kiss and Tell). But that is a personal preference. Her overall performance was so spectacular, and she delivered 472910%.

She lands in the UK this winter.

Get ready - Selena Gomez is coming to the UK.

The singer has announced a string of European dates for her Revival  world tour.

Selena hits Manchester on November 2 before moving to London, Birmingham and Glasgow.

She'll also bring the show to Dublin on November 8.

"I've put my heart into making this tour something very special. I cannot wait to travel through Europe and see everyone," said Selena.

Tickets for the show go on sale from 9am on Friday, April 29 and will be priced at £45-£50.

Revival became the 'Hands to Myself' star's second US number one album when it was released back in October.

Selena will play the following UK and Irish dates:

• November 4 - London, O2 Arena
• November 6 - Birmingham, Genting Arena

For  Selena Gomez , Paris is bringing only hugs—no murders in sight. 

The 30-year-old shared insight into her recent travels abroad by sharing a pair of sweet photos with her cousin  Priscilla DeLeon. The snaps see the pair are posing together in front of the Eiffel Tower in the first image, with the "Lose You to Love Me" singer hugging Priscilla in the second. 

"You're my forever and ever," Selena  captioned the June 5 post . "Love you so much. Grateful for family."

She doubled down with the familial love, posting the same photos to her Instagram story expressing her gratitude and love for her cousin. Over the years, the two have shown off their tight bond with Selena even  acting as Priscilla's Maid of Honor  in her 2019 wedding to  Jay Cosme .

But traveling Europe isn't the only fun Selena is having these days. The day prior, her BFF  Nicola Peltz Beckham posted pics of an epic outdoor picnic featuring the "Come & Get It" artist as well as  Brooklyn Peltz Beckham  and pals Raquelle Stevens ,  Caroline Franklin  and musician  HAVEN . 

In the photos, the girl gang are lying together outside on a blue blanket, matching in white tees, jeans, and sunglasses. The 28-year-old aptly captioned  the June 4 post  with a series of emojis, including a heart, picnic basket, watermelon, star and sandwich.

Since reconnecting while at the same event  in September 2022, Nicola and Selena have shared glimpses of their close bond over the last several months, including sharing how they've supported each  other's mental health journeys . 

In fact, the Bates Motel alum even recently got candid in a conversation between her, Selena and Brooklyn for Wondermind , the mental health organization co-founded by Selena, about mental health while living under the public eye.

"I think we definitely both get anxiety," Nicola said of her and Brooklyn in the May 31 piece. "I definitely get anxiety and I think that's something I really struggle with."

Singing superstar Selena Gomez is on her way to Ireland after announcing a concert in Dublin 's 3Arena.

The actress and multi-platinum performer will hit the capital's 3Arena on November 8 as part of the European leg of her worldwide Revival Tour.

The tour will kick off in Helsinki, Finland on October 10 before hitting Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Germany, Holland, France, Luxembourg, Czech Republic, Italy, Switzerland, Belgium, Ireland and the UK.

Speaking about her upcoming European tour, the stunning singer said: “I’ve put my heart into making this tour something very special. I cannot wait to travel through Europe and see everyone!”

Tickets for the 3Arena gig go on sale April 29 at 9am and are priced from €49.50.

The Revival Tour comes on the back of her newest album, Revival, which is the pop songstress ' second No 1 album on the Billboard 200.

Fans can expect to hear the first three singles from the album - Good For You, Same Old Love and Hands to Myself - which have all topped the charts at Top 40 Radio in the US.

While Selena Gomez hasn’t toured since her 2016 Revival tour, which was cut short due to health issues , the Latina songbird expressed in a fan’s Instagram post that she “Can’t wait for tour 😍.” She followed the comment with another one that read: “Should I go this year or next? Feel like I should wait.”

Between this and her forthcoming “Single Soon” drop, Selenators have a lot more hope in the bucket. As with any new album, comes a new tour. We don’t expect Selena Gomez to tour in 2023, but something tells us she will tour in 2024. Keep an eye out for when those tour dates get announced!

PASADENA, Calif. (AP) — In 2023, a Coldplay concert opens like a triumphant finale — LED wristbands flashing, confetti canons on overdrive, a singalong of 68,000 voices repeating “You've got a higher power,” to match frontman Chris Martin's energy.

Flags representing attendees from Argentina, Puerto Rico, Guatemala, Colombia, Venezuela, South Korea and Brazil were raised; children and the elderly sang along to familiar radio hits. Live music isn't church, but for two hours on Sunday night, the British band got close.

A short film on the conservation efforts of Coldplay's global stadium tour for their 2021 album “Music of the Spheres" previewed the band's North American tour closer at the Rose Bowl, just outside of Los Angeles. Then: an explosion of rainbow lighting effects, tie-dye orbs, and wholesome bits — for “Paradise,” Martin asked the audience to engage in the “quietest singalong ever,” chanting the title in a whisper.

In one moment, he participated in a gender reveal — a couple handed him an envelope, which he opened for the cameras — blue for boy. In another, he read some of the signs held high above heads in the crowd before inviting two girls from Mexico on stage to sing “Let Somebody Go.” When he was handed a small stool, he joked, “We're the most popular soft rock band in the world and we can't afford a stool?”

“This song you've chosen, we used to play it a bit, but we, when we recorded it, we recorded it with Selena Gomez,” Martin told the two girls. They sang together, before Gomez herself emerged from the stage below for her verse. Then, opener H.E.R. joined and played guitar — an unexpected surprise for a glorious final night.

Elsewhere, the virtuosity of the band was apparent. Drummer Will Champion sang while leading the percussion; guitarist Jonny Buckland and bassist Guy Berryman took turns playing keys and synths. For a band that formed 26 years ago, there was a sense that this was a full-circle moment — that they still remember those early days of cigarettes and writing together in small practice spaces, and that allows them the ability to see their future.

The overarching sentiment for the night, of course, was empathy. Martin ran around with a trans-inclusive rainbow pride flag and routinely reminded the audience that “everyone is an alien somewhere,” as his graphic t-shirt read. Routinely, he spoke in Spanish and asked the audience to sing in Korean for the BTS collaboration, “My Universe.”

At the end of the show: a killer series of singles, including “A Sky Full of Stars,” “Fix You” and an acoustic encore of “Magic.” Then, fireworks. There is a reason the band is beloved around the world — after the encore, Coldplay played the audience out with “Believe in Love,” a welcome reminder.

D uring the Classique between Paris Saint-Germain and Marseille on Sunday, attention was drawn away from the pitch as Rauw Alejandro and Selena Gomez coincided in the VIP box at Parc des Princes. This star-studded gathering also included Pharrell Williams and Thierry Henry .

Rauw Alejandro was in Paris as part of his 'Saturn in Europe' tour, following his concerts in Spain. During his time in the city, a memorable moment occurred when a young girl joined him on stage to dance during one of his songs.

The meeting between Rauw Alejandro and Selena Gomez has sparked rumors of a possible romance, especially following Rauw 's recent breakup with Rosalia .

The pair previously collaborated on the song 'Baila conmigo' in 2021. However, they attended the match with different groups. Rauw was with friends, while Selena Gomez was in Paris with Brooklyn Beckham , Nicola Peltz and Noah Beck . Yet, their proximity at the event fueled speculation of a potential connection.

Does not forget Rosalia

Despite the rumors, Rauw Alejandro has made it clear that he hasn't forgotten about Rosalia . He has consistently shown his affection for her during his Spain tour, including through the release of the song 'Hayami Hana,' where he expresses his love for her.

In contrast, Rosalia celebrated her birthday and made an appearance at a Prada fashion show in Milan, stepping away from public events and reducing her activity on social media.

Everything We Know About Selena Gomez's Next Album So Far

The singer is working on new music for her fourth studio album.

After the success of Stars Dance (2013), Revival (2015), and Rare (2020) as well as Selena's earlier albums as part of Selena Gomez & The Scene, fans have been eagerly anticipating the release of new music. It’s been over three years since Selena Gomez released her last album, Rare, and the singer recently confirmed (!!) that her fourth studio album is currently in the works.

Since her last album, Selena turned 30 years old , threw herself a solo wedding, made amends with Hailey Bieber , and came out with a documentary, My Mind & Me . Selena is bringing both those private stories and her more recent experiences into the spotlight with her new music that she described to Variety as "powerful," "happy," and "empowering."

Here's everything we know about Selena's upcoming fourth studio album, from teasers to release date and more.

Has Selena begun working on the new album yet?

Yes! While appearing on The Tonight Show back in December 2023, Selena spilled to Jimmy Fallon that she just wrapped up Season 4 of her cooking show Selena + Chef and was pivoting back to music. "I am in L.A. working on my album now," Selena dished.

What has Selena said about her fourth album?

As much as Selena loves a good Sad Girl Anthem™️, she's ready to write music that brings people joy. "If I had my way, I would probably write ballads my whole life, but I want to produce music that will make people smile," Selena explained to Vanity Fair for her VF Hollywood Cover article. "The music I’m doing right now is about real things that I’m walking through. It’s really powerful, strong, very pop. The theme generally is freedom—freedom from relationships, freedom from the darkness."

And on the red carpet of the Variety Hitmakers event, Selena gushed, "I am so happy, and you're going to be so happy when you hear the music, I promise. I want everyone to feel good when they hear the new record."

Has she teased any new music?

There's a chance that some of Selena's recent singles, like "My Mind & Me" or "Calm Down" by Rema will be featured in her newest album, but because we don't have an official tracklist yet, it's hard to know.

So far there are no clips or teasers, but we'll be updating as more information is released.

What about collaborations with other artists?

When asked about potential future collaborations at the Variety event, Selena shared that she would love to collaborate with Dua Lipa. "I just think she's powerful. I think she's beautiful," said Selena. "Such a breath of fresh air."

When is the album's release date?

An official release date has not been announced yet, but keep checking back to see when you'll be able to listen to Selena's new album.

Selena Gomez and her little sister Gracie were spotted in the audience at Taylor Swift ‘s recent concert in L.A., marking the sibling duo’s second time attending an Eras Tour show this summer.

Here Are All the Celebrities Who Have Attended Taylor Swift’s The Eras Tour

In a video shared by Gomez on Instagram, she and her 10-year-old mini-me cuddle up close while swaying to the beat of “Lover,” one of the first songs Swift performs every night in her three-hour stage show. As Gracie tightly hugs her big sis, the “Lose You to Love Me” pop star sings along with Swift to the lyrics.

The Only Murders in the Building actress first brought Gracie to the Eras Tour in April, with the two arriving to a show in Arlington, Texas in Swift-themed outfits. Gomez wore a Folklore cardigan, while Gracie sported a replica of the purple dress Swift wore on her Speak Now tour back in 2011.

That night, Gracie also got to have a special moment mid-show with her big sister’s best friend. Swift crouched down to gift Gracie with the black costume hat she was wearing while performing “22,” a favor Gracie returned by handing the “Anti-Hero” singer a handmade friendship bracelet.

“Thank you bestie for having me and my sissy transport into your mystical, euphoric and special world,” Gomez wrote on Instagram after the Texas concert. “Proud to know you! love you forever and always.”

Gomez is far from the only star to have turned up to one of Swift’s six straight shows at SoFi Stadium, with everyone from Brie Larson to Mindy Kaling, Lupita Nyong’o, Ashley Tisdale, Kesha, Alicia Keys and more celebs having all been spotted in attendance over the past few days. The first U.S. leg of the Eras Tour will officially conclude Wednesday (Aug. 9) following Swift’s final show at SoFi, after which she’ll take the bestselling trek global.
