Very slow and respectfully, not worth the wait. Chick-fil-A is in walking distance. Go there instead. Unless you have 30 minutes to kill in the drive thru and an oil refinery at home to top off your tank, then knock yourself out.

Yesterday I was in a hurry. I pulled into the parking lot and saw the drive thru line and immediately parked and went inside. The workers seemed to be doing their best to keep things moving. The young lady at the counter took the extra time to check my order for me to make sure that it was correct, as it was not rung up as ordered. Overall a good visit, but would definitely have been better with more people on hand to make things even speedier.

These wings from Zaxby's in TR taste and look like they been in the heat window since yesterday! Terrible!!! 2nd time - I will not go there again.

Terrible customer service. Way too slow. I wasted 40 mins of my lunch break waiting to order my food in the restaurant. TERRIBLE! Zaxbys please fix this situation and teach your employees to learn to work faster during rushes!!!

This is the WORST zaxbys ever. Placed a mobile app order of $42. I got a confirmation email stating that my food will be ready in 15 mins. Waited almost an hour. Tried to cancel my order and couldn't do it. Called the 1800 number and was told they would give me a refund. Still no refund so I called back and was told I was supposed to call the actual store. I called the store and Krystal lied and said she's unable to unless I go to the store. This was not my usual location and it's over 30 mins one way. I called the 1800 number back and was told someone would contact me back at the store for my refund. I wasted my time and money for nothing!

This place used to be managed great, but after being in the drive through line for more than 25 minutes is complete crap. The entire parking lot is filled with drive through customers furious because this establishment decided to hire children to run it. Where is there management no where to be found when asked "oh the went home" after getting my food it was handed to me and my wife upside down in the bag!! I honestly feel the 25 minute wait would've been better spent driving to huey magoos.

Usually like the menu at Zaxby's, but, they added shrimp. I love shrimp, we stopped at the Zaxby's in Mauldin and ordered the shrimp plate. Boy, was I disappointed. Had 8 shrimp, fries and toast. I was hungry when I left. No Cole slaw, and in my opinion Cole slaw is a necessity with shrimp. Needless to say I will stick with chicken at Zaxby's!

Today, I was racially discriminated against at Zaxby's in Travelers Rest, SC! Instead of waiting in a long drive-thru line, I decided to go inside the restaurant to order my food. I placed and paid for my order at 1:35pm. I only ordered one regular chicken sandwich (no meal, no drink) - and sat down at table located in the front of the register. After patiently waiting for 15 minutes, I reminded the cashier, Aurora B., that I had not received my sandwich and that people who ordered after me have received multiple meals. Aurora B. proceeds to tell the kitchen staff and informs me the reason I have not received one chicken sandwich was because they didn't have any made. I replied, "Okay", and continued to wait. After noticing an empty drive through line and groups of people receiving multiple orders, I knew something was not right... At 2:07pm, I still did not have a sandwich that I paid for. I asked for a refund and to speak with the manager. The manager refused to address the issue and refused to give me their contact information to speak about my concerns by phone. Aurora B. told me I did not have my sandwich because they are "very busy - and did not have sandwiches ready. I am sorry." Literally, her words after watching me wait over 30 minutes. Keep in mind, at least ten (10) orders were served after me - not including the long drive-thru line, that was empty when I left the restaurant. I was racially discriminated against at Zaxby's in Travelers Rest, SC because I was the only non-white customer in the building and the only one who had to wait over 30 minutes for their food. Even after waiting over 30 minutes, the restaurant refused to serve me and the manager refused to address the issue and my concerns. I politely accepted my refund and told Aurora B. to have a nice day! Then, I drove to another Zaxby's location at Cherrydale. I placed the same order and was served within 2 minutes. I informed two employees of my experience at the Zaxby's in TR. They were both shocked and apologized for the horrible customer service. The manager at the Cherrydale location stated that even on their busiest days, it will not take over 30 minutes to receive one sandwich. My advice to any non-white person, DO NOT give your time or money to the Zaxby's in Travelers Rest, SC. They are RACIST! Corporate will know about this experience as well as the local news station. It is 2023 and racism will no longer be allowed or tolerated. *I have time-stamped receipts as proof*

There is ALWAYS an issue with our order each time we go to this Zaxby's. From not receiving the extra sauces we paid for to ordering cheese curds that are almost $5 then getting two cookies worth $2. (Besides the price difference, these aren't even the same type of food guys...) And a couple of times, we simply just don't receive our side item at all! Customer service is lacking most of the time as well. For some reason, we always hope that the issues get fixed before we go again, but we have been consistently let down. We're just about done. I've worked in customer service and I know people make mistakes, but it's every. time. Read what's on the ticket and COMMUNICATE with coworkers so the orders get fulfilled correctly.

Worst Zaxby's I've ever been to. Door dashed and did not receive sauces. Dasher asked to make sure sauce was in the bag and was told yes. Received food with no sauce and you know the sauce is what makes the meal. Called to complain and was told to drive to restaurant to get sauce. I am extremely pregnant and that is just not an option. I wouldn't have DoorDash if so. We paid for these sauces and expect to get them. They wasted our money due to lack caring. When they charge so much for sauces and demand you pay for them you would think they would actually give them to the customers that pay for them.

I have tried to eat at this restaurant 5 times and I left each time because nobody ever came to the register to take my order. ***** 5 TIMES
