So, I learned painfully, so you don't have to. 

Lean in... Eileen booked a complex trip for us to Alaska last year. There were a couple of issues that Eileen worked out. She made it look so easy. This year, I decided to take the lead and book a trip to Yellowstone and Jackson Hole. Well, the travel world has changed big time post-Covid, and trips I used to orchestrate are now highly likely to experience issues and changes. So far, I've probably put in 8 hrs in rectifying stuff with online travel agencies and airline carriers… Oh, and one of our travelers is ill and cannot go, so now I am navigating the refund process for the insurance I purchased… and at this point seems fruitless.
