How can we help you?
How do i send a gigs & tours mobile ticket to my buyer.
After your tickets sell, you will be instructed to transfer your tickets from your account with the original ticketing retailer to the email address that your buyer specified when purchasing the tickets. For Gigs & Tours purchases, you will find your tickets in the SeeTickets Wallet app . Please ensure you are logged into the correct area of the app. There is a Gigs and Tours section and a SeeTickets section. Your tickets will appear under the area of the site you originally booked through, however please note that tickets may sometimes not be available in the app until up to one week prior to the event date.
Please select the "Share" option to transfer the tickets.
Your buyer will also need to download and open an account on the SeeTickets Wallet app and accept the transfer to that account. They must use the email address that the transfer email was sent to. Please note that the transfer does NOT take place over Twickets’ system, so will not appear in either the buyer or seller’s Twickets account.

i’ve bought tickets of gigs and tours twice now, the only thing i would change is the fact you don't have access to your tickets (the barcode) until up to 2 weeks before, personally i just get paranoid. but despite this i find it to be a really good website as when i cant get tickets off ticketmaster, this site always seems to have some still

Harassment by email
Ever since I created an account, I have received email after email. So to stop the continuing harassment that now comes up with signing up for anything online, here is my honest review.
Hi, thank you for your feedback and sorry to hear this. You have the option to unsubscribe from our mailing list, so please do this if you no longer want to receive these emails. We hope you enjoy the show regardless 😊 Thanks ^M

Website easy to use and tickets a good price, however I would of preferred to pick my own seats and not just allocated them
Hi Ann-Marie, thank you for your review and feedback which we will take on board. For reassurance, our site allocates the best available seats from the criteria you choose/what is there when you try to book. I hope you have a great time at the gig either way. Thanks ^M
Easy booking system
Easy booking system. Lots of communication from gigs and tours when my concert was getting near. Easy access to e-tickets.
Poor queuing & rate limiting implementation
Gigs & Tours have finally caught up with competitors and introduced aggressive queuing and rate limiting implementations. However, for me, this resulted in a super poor user experience. Implementing a virtual waiting queue rather than trying to grab a connection by chance through automatic page refreshes is an improvement for sure, but I couldn't put any order of magnitude on my wait time in relation to either time or people ahead of me. Poor UX but this can be improved. The worst part was end server-based rate limiting. Once I was through to a seat selection page, had made my ticket type selection and was granted some pretty great seats for Sam Fender's second show at The O2, I got a server-specific error related to too many requests on the server I was connected to when moving through to the payments page! My sticky session was thus rendered dead on that browser and I had to start all over again with a different browser. My super ace Block 112, Row G seats were lost and I ended up getting seats much later on somewhere in the upper tier gods. Please, please have a Staff or Principle Software Engineer on your team look at this and ensure that once a user is as far as having seats reserved, they can continue to move through the booking process on the same server, regardless of rate limiting. This is a pretty basic requirement of the UX. Updated on 28th October 2024 following G&T reply: I'm disappointed to see the generic copy & paste response to platform issues during high traffic periods. Ticketing platforms should be specifically designed to handle peaks such as popular event onsales. This is a significant part of their business and dismissing so many negative reviews with copy & paste response adds no value. Moreover, I provided very specific feedback on where I believe system problems have recently been introduced and the impact on the user experience. Do with this what you will, but having this level of specificity is a great opportunity to iterate on the solutions implemented.
Hi Kalpesh, thank you for your feedback and I'm sorry to hear you feel this way. This was a very busy onsale, with lots of customers on the site trying for tickets at the exact same time, which can result in it taking a little longer to secure tickets. Our site operates a queue system for as short a time as possible when it reaches heavy traffic, which is why this is not usually numbered. We appreciate your comments and thank you for persevering and securing your tickets. We hope you enjoy the gig regardless. Thanks ^M

Friday 11th July - All tickets are sold out. What if I don't receive my tickets? A: If you have not received your tickets, please contact your vendor immediately and please have your confirmation number and the Credit Card details used to purchase the ticket.
When will I get my tickets? You'll get your tickets by your event day or the date on your order's expected arrival date - whichever comes first. This is based on when the seller told us they'd have the tickets. We can't ask them to send tickets earlier than the date in your order details.
Once you have purchased mobile Gigs & Tours tickets on Twickets, your seller will be given instructions to transfer the mobile tickets directly to you from their original point of purchase using the email address that you specified when purchasing the tickets.
Venues usually make tickets available outside of a seller's business hours, so you may receive them on the day of the event. If you purchased tickets on the same day as the event then you'll receive them shortly after your order is confirmed, usually within a couple of hours.

1. Sign into your My Account. 2. Select your order in the My Tickets section. 3. View your delivery status, seat locations, total charges and more! Receipts are unavailable via our app or for events that took place more than 90 days in the past.
If the tickets are digital, we just need an account created to ensure we can attach the tickets when they're ready. We'd recommend being logged in ready prior to the onsale, with further hints and tips available here https://www.gigsandtours.com/content/support-centre#/categories/e73b9fb3-5902-4302-9a1a-4c04de6bf99d I'm sorry you're not happy ...
