I came here several times to help my parents book their tour to Taiwan and I find that they are like any other travel agents across Klang Valley that are very much of Chinese speaking oriented place to began with. It is not very difficult to find that building as it is strategically located right in front of Jalan Alor (a famous street that sells street food - quite touristy). Try to go there using public transport (the nearest station is Bukit Bintang Monorail) as you may find it extremely difficult to get a space for parking. Nonetheless, staffs were quite friendly and they are loud at times (I mean, they talk to each other quite loud and sometimes screaming) so don't be bothered or get offended. They are usually very busy arranging travel operations and working alongside with their local tour operator which can be disruptive if you are in the middle of a conversation with them. They are polite overall and be ready for their straightforward nature. Be firm and clear and list down your questions before you approach them, most of the staff would have expect you to do your homework before you visit them. Price range can be different depending on the choice of your destination. piece of advice - don't try to bargain or ask for discounts as prices are relatively fixed!

have travelled with them many times , I would say they are ok and good . Normally good hotels and arrangements . Travelling always have problems and compliants now and then , Seasoned travellers take it as part of the tour. I have been to over 70 countries , so GTT goes not get my ok and good easily !
