Had a terrible experience with the Burj Al Arab tour operated by Al RIFAA. The tour operator Al Rifaa confirmed that we will be picked up from our hotel in downtown Dubai at 6.00 PM. The tour was supposed to start at 7 PM. They kept telling us that the driver was on his way and will be there soon. He finally arrived at 6:50 PM (50 minutes late). He drove like crazy and then ended up dropping us at the wrong place with no guidance at all. We had to find our own way to the hotel. This alone took us 45 minutes as we were dropped very far from the proper location. We were able to get the dinner just few mins before they closed but we ended up missing the tour of the Burj Al Arab. We paid $1050 for the tour of the hotel + dinner for 3 people. We had a terrible experience and they offered us a refund of only $100. The tour of the hotel itself would cost about $450 which they refused to refund to us. During the cruise you will visit the largest artificial island in the world Palm Jumeirah. Along the way, you will see Dubai Marina, Jumeirah Beach Residence, the famous Dubai Ferris wheel, 5-star Atlantis resort (if the weather is good). Don't forget to bring your camera, you will definitely want to take some photos.

Buffet and entertainment

The main treats you will find in the dining area. Taste the best dishes of the traditional Arabic cuisine and world cuisines. A large choice of snacks, juicy fruits, desserts and hot dishes - here everyone will find a treat to their liking. What aromas are hovering here! Many of the chef's dishes will be prepared in front of you.

During the dinner, the guests will enjoy an entertaining musical performance and national Tanura dances. Tanura is an ancient national Egyptian dance performed only by men. Dancers in long, multi-colored skirts, symbolizing the sun, circle around their axis for a long time. The dance symbolizes the continuous movement of the world. The artists will be happy to invite you on stage to join the performance. It will be fun for both children and adults!
