The Argentinean corporate travel agency will automate and simplify its payments to providers while maximizing revenue through Sabre Direct Pay

SOUTHLAKE, Texas, Aug. 29, 2024 – Sabre Corporation (NASDAQ: SABR), the leading software and technology company that powers the global travel industry, and Furlong-Fox, the largest corporate travel agency in Argentina, today announced a multi-year agreement for Sabre Direct Pay, Sabre’s virtual payments solution.

The agreement will allow Furlong-Fox to modernize its payment strategy by automating and simplifying payments to providers while maximizing revenue through Sabre Direct Pay. It will also allow the agency to reduce the risk of fraud, optimize currency conversion, as well as eliminate manual tasks associated with managing expenses and reconciliation.

“We are excited to expand our partnership with Sabre to enhance our B2B payments with Sabre Direct Pay. Its robust single platform allows us to track our spending and automatically reconcile payments from multiple sources to generate automated reports when using virtual cards. All our data is now fully integrated into our existing workflow,” said Gonzalo Martinez Angello, Chief Operating Officer at Furlong-Fox. “This automation will allow us to improve efficiencies and streamline processes, with the added bonus of turning our payments into a new revenue stream through rebates.”
