Ria Maya Lodge and Apartment. Boat Billed Heron. Ria Maya has 5 lodge rooms and a 3 bedroom apartment available. Modern and comfortable with private baths they limited Cable TV,Internet and air conditioning. The apartment was completed in 2019 and has 3 bedrooms with 2 double beds ea. and a full kitchen, It is perfect for groups.

Be vigilant driving through Tizimin-everyone gets lost due to poor signage and one-way streets. Stayed one night at Ria Maya hotel that is owned by Diego Nuñez who runs Rio Lagartos Adventures.

Guests relaxing on the dock at Ria Maya. We also have a 3 bedroom apartment with full kitchen. Bedrooms each have a full bath. The apartment has a covered balcony. It was constructed in 2019. It is perfect for larger groups of birders or fishermen. It is just 100 meters from the water. It is the only apartment of its kind available in Rio Lagartos.
