1) Please fill out the Return/Exchange form completely and include it with your return/exchange package. If you did not receive a Return/Exchange form, you can print one HERE .

2) Send the item(s) back to the address below, through the shipping provider of your choice, or request a Return Label here: Return Label Request Form.

3) Exchanges are free! For items returned for a refund, $7.95 will be deducted from the refund amount for use of label provided by Journeys. Shipping charges are not refundable.

  • Unlike parent companies Old Navy, Gap, and Banana Republic, you can return worn clothing to Athleta for ANY reason.

The Bed Bath & Beyond return policy got revamped on April 20th, 2015, but it still rocks.

  • If you don’t have your receipt, they will attempt to find your order in their system. If they can’t locate it, you can still return the item MINUS 20% of the current selling price.

With no receipt in hand, the best they can do is a store credit at the lowest selling price in the past 30 days.

  • You can return items to the warehouse, no matter the shape or condition, if not completely satisfied.
  • The only products that have a time restraint on them are electronics at 90 days from date of purchase. The following is considered an electronics item: Televisions and Projectors, Computers, Touchscreen Tablets, Cameras, Camcorders, MP3 players and Cellular Phones.
  • Also, all diamonds at 1.00 ct or larger require original paperwork for return.

  • But…I found this website which talks about a blogger who bought an expensive pair of running shoes from Zappos, jogged in them for over 400 miles but kept getting blisters.
  • He thought he was screwed as he didn’t have any of the original packaging. But he decided to call them anyways and not only did they replace his shoes with a new size, but they gave him a $35 credit as the shoes had dropped in price. So awesome Zappos.

Your best bet when it comes to returning used shoes, clothing, and handbags, is to call them at 1 (800) 927-7671 and explain your situation.

I’d have to disagree 110%! My daughter tried to return presents that my ex had bought her for Christmas. They were new. They told her to sell them and wouldn’t allow her to return them. She wasn’t expecting the cash but didn’t want the presents because she had most of them already and didn’t like two of the presents. They LOST my business!! And I shopped there every other day almost!! I might not get as good of sales at Sephora but they even offered to take the presents back from Ulta. Which I didn’t do because it wasn’t from their store. Ultra is downright RUDE!!

Just FYI Target has partnered with Ulta & they have a great return policy. Surprised they’re not on this list. You get 90 days or 120 days if you used red card, you can use any items & they give you full refund. They also pay return shipping!

Best Buy takes returns on all items open or not, within 15 days for everyone, 30 for elite members (1500 spent in a year) 45 days for elite plus (3000 spent in a year). Only reason you wouldn’t get a full return is on Cell Phones and they require a small restocking fee on those. Everything else is refunded in full.

Lands’ End refused to accommodate a purchase I made. It was a mens dress shirt, that had literally opened all the way down the seam. I didn’t have a receipt. Who remembers where the receipt is, from 2 years ago? The CS rep said she couldn’t find a sales record for the purchase on the LE database. And, since they sell the product at Sears, nationwide, it is “possible” that it was a Sears purchase. (I have never shopped in Sears) To which I replied, “so what? It’s still a Lands End shirt with Lands End labels.” She told me I had to return it to Sears, in order to get my “credit”, which at that point would be the lowest sales price that Sears sold for in the last 1-2 years. I will no longer purchase anything from Lands End.

sad to say, CVS does not allow returns of items i purchased, even after asking the clerk, and with a reicipt ! i was reported to a company they hire to monitor all customer returns. with our without a recipt. i went to return unused items i purchase with the reciept because i bought the wrong items. all brand new, the register printed out a warning to me personally that i could not return any items. if i had an issue with this, i had to contact the reporting agency for a full personal tracking report ! i did so, showed that i made 5 returns, over a 1 year period. and that i was not allowed to shop or return any itmes again to CVS for 45 days. i was literally shocked ! beware, this was a sad blow, as i have shopped at CVS for over 10 yrs. now, i am banned for making 5 returns?? wow..sad.

Ordered size 6, received 8. Twice. Rough customer service

Ordered a pair of shoes in a woman size 6, received man 6. Got in touch with the customer service who helped me return the shoes and supposedly sent me another pair in the right size: I received the same thing. Called them back, and had to argue very intensely to get them to take them back, get a return label and a refund. They didn’t want to hear what the problem was. First and last time for me!

Journeys sent me my order with 2 left…

Journeys sent me my order with 2 left shoes. Thus was a christmas gift for my fiance and the best they could do is ship it the Tuesday after Christmas. And I will need get it ready for shipment and send verification before they will start the process. I sent photos and still zero help besides me jumping through hoops for them. Never shop at journeys it's not worth saving $5 on the purchase by direct from manufacturer. I'm beyond disappointed how they shrugged me off with a well sir those are your otions.

Terrible customer service all around

Terrible customer service all around. They advertise an item as being on sale, then I couldn’t get the code to work. Messaged customer service days ago and didn’t get a response. Tried another method just for the customer service rep to tell me that they are not responsible for things being advertised incorrectly. I guess they like losing business. Terrible!

Terrible customer experience, never received my exchange

Terrible customer experience. I tried to do an exchange and 8 weeks later i have received nothing. They made me CALL them to tell them the tracking number of the exchange and i was told three different times over the phone and via chat my exchange was processing. I was just told 8 weeks later that the exchange never went through, that i was given a refund, and that I should review their exchange policy. Terrible experience. Wasted so much of my time. Will never purchase from here again.

No refund for lost package

If i can give negative review rate i will ! Reported lost package last nov 29 to them and Fedex. Yes, it was delivered but placed on top of mailbox, an open area. So when my daughter got home it wasnt there anymore after wks , journeys email her saying they cant refund coz accdg to FedEx it was delivered. 1st , it was delivered yes, but lost it coz of fedex negligence placing it on an open area! 2nd. We dont care if Fedex denied the claim. We are not asking the refund to them. We are asking journey coz they are the seller. We bought it to them. JOURNEY should take responsibility. We will not stop till we get the refund. Planning to file complaint to california consumer act or to any govt agency if refund not made . Never will do business with Journeys anymore

Awful customer service

Awful customer service. Someone stole my package from my door step and they refused to send out another package or refund me my money. FedEx delivered the package several days early (so I was not expecting it) and just left the package on the front steps for people to steal. Journeys is awful and I will not be ordering from them again.

Journeys in Newport Mall , Jersey City, NJ.. JYS 1265 Great customer service from salesperson ,Ramses! Such a nice young man , so patient, polite, & helpful. They didn’t have my daughter’s size but he ordered them online for me. The young lady at the register who was assisting Ramses ( bc he was new) was also amazing. Both of these employees were professional and accommodating. We would definitely shop again at Journey’s Jersey City ( 1265). I think Ramses will have a successful employment there.

Shady shipping

Ordered two pairs of shoes, was given the same tracking for both. Only one pair arrived and with no notification. Second pair still hasn't shown up. The tracking is all over the place with delays and operation errors. I'm honestly not even sure the information is correct. Shady business practice. Update: Received the notification from Journeys that the shoes were delivered. No package, checked with neighbors too. Contacted customer service and was told they wouldn't do anything for me. Don't bother with them.

Completely lying about delivery date and holding my money hostage.

I placed an online order. Order details and email said "Delivery: 3-5 Business Days". It is day 8 and my order has still not even shipped. Every time I pass by the shop in the Wellington Green Mall ( Florida) , I see the staff putting their dirty shoes on the bench and chatting with each other 😡. We sit in those chairs ( benches ) . Do not purchase anything you do not physically have in your hands. I went into our local store, ordered and paid for a pair of shoes for ship to home through the associate at the store. The company cancelled my order the next day by e-mail. It has been 3 weeks, several e-mails and phone calls, and I have not received my refund. Faulty website!

Tried placing an order online using Apple Pay because my wallet wasn’t close by. It claims payment wasn’t completed but it emptied my cart as if my order went through. I also received a notification about a pending charge from my Apple Pay as if my order went through. Checked my email, nothing from Journey’s about an order. So I called customer service explaining the situation, she then says “Oh yeah we’ve been having a lot of issues with Apple Pay and the website canceling the orders. I suggest you use your debit or credit card and try to place the order again.” I told her Apple Pay needs to be removed as an option to use on the website and excuse me no I will not so I can have 2 pending charges in my account! She said well we can’t control how the website process authorizations with an attitude! I hung up because I was done talking to her! I used to love Journeys but I will no longer order from them! There shouldn’t be pre authorizations as if I’m getting gas at a gas pump it’s ridiculous!!!

Delivered to the wrong address

My $100 shoes were delivered to the wrong house, the picture taken proves that but Journeys would not reimburse me and told me I have to contact Fed Ex. I filed a claim with Fed Ex and am waiting for their investigation to conclude. Journeys has horrible customer service! They should replace my shoes or reimburse me and then file a claim with Fed Ex themselves!!!! I will never buy from Journeys again!

The customer service is terrible

I did a refund for some shoes I bought & my refund amount was LESS than my actual order. I contacted customer service 3 times just for them to tell me there was nothing they can do. Customer service agents don't even know what they're talking about either. One agent told me they don't refund tax & another said they do refund tax but they don't refund shipping; however, I calculated the numbers and the numbers do not match. Although it's a little difference, it's the principle. They steal from their customers so don't ever shop here
