• In line with Singapore’s Multi-Ministry Taskforce’s announcement on 24 August recently, kindly be informed with effect from 29 August 2022, guests embarking on the Genting Dream from either homeport in Singapore or Port Klang (Malaysia) will no longer be required to undergo a pre cruise Antigen Rapid Test (ART) for COVID-19.
• In addition to the announcement, mask-wearing at indoor venues on board the ship will no longer be required as per the Singapore ministry’s latest guidelines. However, all cruising guests above the age of 12 (13 years and older) will still be required to be fully vaccinated to be eligible to cruise
• Each stateroom must have at least one passenger who is age 18+
• Children aged 6 months or less at the commencement of the Cruise will be refused permission to board the Vessel and the Carrier shall have no liability whatsoever for any consequences of such refusal. Certain Cruises also have prohibitions on children aged 12 months or less. Guest should check with the Carrier before booking.

TERMS FROM CRUISE DEPARTMENT

1) All rates are based on Twin Sharing basis, subject to fluctuation based on capacity. All fares are in Ringgit Malaysia & Exclude Travel document, Visa Fee, Port Charges, Gratuity Fee, Holiday Surcharge, Optional land tour, Other incidental charges & items not mentioned.

2) Triple/Quad Cabin is limited and subject to cabin availability. Please always refer to our cruise team for system accuracy/real time availability.

3) Cruising schedule and itinerary are subject to cruise company final arrangement.

4) All guests above the age of 12 to be Fully Vaccinated in order to board the cruise. Child must accompany by at least 1 adult above 18 yrs old in the same cabin.

5) Rates are applicable to Malaysian & Foreigners holding employee pass or PR status in Malaysia only.

6) Passport MUST have at least 6 months validity from the returning date, passenger is responsible to ensure that all Travel documents & VISA are in order prior to departure.

REPLACEMENT OF PASSENGERS / REDUCTION OF GROUP SIZE

• Replacement is not allowed.
• Name change is chargeable at RM200/change and subject to top up the difference of room pricing
• Reduction in number of pax in a room (for example from 4 person reduce to 3 person), deposit is non refundable and if pax has made final payment, full payment will be forfeited)

Enjoy unlimited access to all your favourite rides and attractions, discover new experiences, and make every day an adventure. It’s more than just a pass - it’s your year-long pass to pure fun!

Entitlements:

• Unlimited access to Genting SkyWorlds Theme Park during its operational days. Please download Genting SkyWorlds mobile app to check the latest park info.
• Complimentary three (3) VQ reservations during your visit each time.

For enquiries, changes to your Personal Information, or to report your lost, stolen or faulty Genting SkyWorlds Annual Pass, please email us at tpguestservices@rwgenting.com or visit our Guests Services.

• The Genting SkyWorlds Annual Pass will not guarantee immediate entry to Genting SkyWorlds Theme Park (“Park”), especially during peak times, nor does it guarantee that all rides and shows will be fully operational on the day of the visit.
• Genting SkyWorlds Annual Pass holders are advised to arrive at the Park early as entry restrictions due to high capacity will be addressed on a first come, first served basis. All events are subject to availability and so to guarantee entry, booking in advance is, where available, strongly recommended.
• In the event that Park operations are hindered or may be hindered due to inclement weather, power outage, other natural disaster, infrastructure dysfunction, or other reasons for which the Management cannot be held responsible, the operation of the Park may be suspended or the operating hours may be reduced. Compensation or refund will not be offered in this case.
• The Management reserves the right to alter, amend, delete and add to the Terms and Conditions stated herein without notice to the holder and/or withdraw and/or suspend the usage of the Genting SkyWorlds Annual Pass at any time without prior notice.
• The Management reserves the right to amend or withdrawn any benefits or privileges incorporated with the Genting SkyWorlds Annual Pass at any time without prior notice.
• All Genting SkyWorlds Annual Pass holders entering the Park are to comply with all the Park’s rules & regulations published at the Park entrances or gentingskyworlds.com
• The Genting SkyWorlds Annual Pass is the property of Genting Malaysia Berhad, to whom it must be returned if found or upon request.
• The Genting SkyWorlds Annual Pass may not be issued to those who have been engaging in misconduct, illegal activities, disturbing other guests, not complying with Park rules, or otherwise hindering the operation of the Park or its related facilities. If you use your Genting SkyWorlds Annual Pass to visit the Park and are found to engage in such behaviour, you may be asked to leave the Park immediately and have your Genting SkyWorlds Annual Pass revoked. Your revoked Genting SkyWorlds Annual Pass will not be refunded in any way.
• By enrolling for the Genting SkyWorlds Annual Pass, the member is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (as may be revised by the Management from time to time) and such other instructions, terms and conditions which may be prescribed by the Management from time to time in connection with the pass holder and the Genting SkyWorlds Annual Pass.
• The Management undertakes that all information provided by the applicants will be used for the sole purpose of the Genting SkyWorlds Annual Pass, and may, with the member’s consent, notify the member of other similar programs, promotions and events that may be organised from time to time.

After purchasing a Genting SkyWorlds Annual Pass, follow these simple steps to activate your Genting SkyWorlds Annual Pass:

• Download the Genting SkyWorlds mobile app before your visit.
• Login with your mobile number, email address or Genting Rewards membership ID.
• Swipe right for the <Menu> and select <My Tickets>.
• Scan the QR code on your confirmation email/ physical ticket to link it to your mobile app.
• Head straight to the entry turnstile for direct park admission by scanning your Annual Pass QR code linked to the mobile app and register your biometric (finger print).

Gentle Reminders:

• Before leaving the park during your first visit, kindly complete your profile registration at our Guest Services.
• Biometric Registration : All guests must register their fingerprints upon first scan of the Genting SkyWorlds Annual Pass. Your fingerprint biometrics will be converted into a unique 16-digit number and stored for entry/re-entry purposes only.
• Park Entry : To use the Genting SkyWorlds Annual Pass, pass holder must scan the Annual Pass QR code linked to your mobile app and your fingerprints at the entry turnstiles.
• Re-entry : To re-enter the park, pass holder must scan the Annual Pass QR linked to your mobile app and validate your fingerprints at the entry turnstile.

Q: What is the Genting SkyWorlds Annual Pass? A: The Genting SkyWorlds Annual Pass allows guests to enjoy unlimited entry into Genting SkyWorlds Theme Park during its operational days within the pass validity.

Q: What if a family member does not have a mobile device? A: If a family member does not own a mobile device, another family member can assist them by linking their ticket on their phone. They can then help with park admissions on their behalf.

Q: What should I do if I encounter issues with my Genting SkyWorlds Annual Pass? A: If you experience any issues with your Genting SkyWorlds Annual Pass, please seek assistance from a Team Member with a Genting SkyWorlds Theme Park nametag.

MELAKA : Melaka dijangka menerima kira-kira 200,000 pelancong antarabangsa menerusi 52 pelayaran Genting Dream Cruise membabitkan laluan Singapura-Melaka bermula November depan.

Ketua Menteri Datuk Seri Ab Rauf Yusoh berkata Resort World (RW) Cruises yang mengendalikan kapal persiaran mewah itu akan memperkenalkan pakej ‘2 Night Cruises’ dengan menjadikan Melaka sebagai destinasi persinggahan baharu mereka.

“Kehadiran Genting Dreams Cruise di Melaka dengan pakej 2 Night Cruises ini adalah peluang yang sangat baik untuk mempromosikan Melaka sebagai destinasi pelancongan antarabangsa.

“Selama 12 jam tempoh berlabuh di Melaka, saya percaya pelawat ini mempunyai banyak masa menikmati keindahan warisan, budaya, makanan dan pengalaman beli-belah yang ditawarkan,“ katanya pada sidang akhbar di pejabatnya di Seri Negeri di sini hari ini.
