See another side of Washington’s largest city on these Seattle tours of historic landmarks and hip neighborhoods

Annalise Mantz

What better way to get to know the Emerald City than by taking the best Seattle tours? These walking, biking and boating expeditions take you to some of the best Seattle attractions and even qualify as awesome things to do in Seattle in their own right. You can explore the factory where Boeing 747s are built, sip craft beers at some of the city’s coolest microbreweries and even walk through underground tunnels dating back to the 1890s. And if you wouldn’t consider your trip complete without a meal at one of the best Seattle restaurants , never fear: this list includes plenty of eating and drinking tours, too. What are you waiting for? The best Seattle tours await.

Been there, done that? Think again, my friend.

3.  The Fremont District Tour

The Fremont District Tour

You’re probably already familiar with this neighborhood’s most famous resident: the 18-foot troll statue hiding underneath the Aurora Bridge. This public art walk reveals all of Fremont’s quirks, from the many bohemian art galleries to the Fremont Rocket. $20.50

4.  Taste of Pike Place Market Tour

Seattle Underground History Tour

Easy and relaxing.

I can tell you this: from start to finish, the day was perfect. Touring with Customized Tours was easy, relaxing, and so lovely.

Our Honeymoon Trip

"Cory, our tour guide greeted us directly in our hotel lobby. We were the last of the tour to be picked up, so we were immediately on our way to the first winery! The tour does not include wine tasting fees, but there was a free tour that included some wine tasting (Chateau Ste. Michelle). We even had time to enjoy a glass of wine before the tour. Our tour guide took care of getting us our boxed lunches as we were at the winery! The next stop was Goose Ridge Winery, where we enjoyed lunch and another wine tasting. My husband saw that they also had cider tastings so he was able to taste cider! Our tour guide was very informative and personable, making the trip enjoyable. We had ample time to spend at each location. The falls were magnificent and it was convenient to be dropped off right at the falls! The last stop at the chocolate factory was a sweet end to our tour! We would highly recommend this tour!"

4-hour seattle city tour

We enjoyed our tour and our tour guide was very good about taking us to all the popular places as well as some side stops. (ex: Theo's chocolates, fisherman's landing, Kerry Park, Klondike National Park/museum). She was very knowledgeable and very informative about Seattle. We would recommend this tour and it is very reasonably priced.

Great Time!

Most beautiful place in Washington State with super friendly and knowledgeable guide

Wow, what a day! I wasn’t sure what to expect with it being pretty cold and wet, but this tour was a blast. It had everything, beautiful lakes, waterfalls, beautiful lush forest, ocean beaches, hiking (be prepared to do a fair bit, at least 5 or 6 miles). Cresent Lake is breathtaking and Tongue point was a beautiful surprise at low tide with all the tide pools. Joel did an excellent job of showing us all the diverse landscape and some super cool hidden gems. There were even a few things we missed due to road closures so I will definitely be going back on another tour when the weather warms up. This place is truly spectacular and I couldn’t have asked for a more friendlier and knowledgeable guide.
