This was a truly exceptional trip where we felt that we were able to fully experience the Patagonian wilderness but from the relative comfort of some wonderful small hotels and estancias.

Met my hopes and then some. It was an “experience” – –more than a vacation. We learned a tremendous amount about the culture, Inca history and, of course, the country is beautiful and people are so very nice!

The small number of participants with Wilderness Travel makes a much more intimate interaction with the areas visited. It was wonderful being in a small group of ten. Our guide’s ability to spot things in the bush was pretty incredible—he found leopards for us (with their kills), lions we would never have seen, and every bird everywhere. Great personality, too!

Because of our Trek Leader’s vast experience in the area, we used several trails that aren’t known to many trekkers and we were invited into Sherpa homes, which was wonderful. I had been dreaming of this trip for 30 years and now those dreams are fulfilled.

Since we are not a large cruise line catering to thousands of customers per day, our cruise excursions packages allow you to travel in much smaller groups offering a more personalized experience. We offer a large number of unique cruise excursions that cannot be purchased from the cruise line. We encourage you to browse through the wide variety of excursions or call us for personal advice.

Private Shore Excursions allow you to travel with your party alone and, in many cases, to fully customize your shore tour. For groups of 4 or more, we can usually arrange a private shore excursion for less than the cost of a large cruise line tour.

We offer two types of excursions; Small and Standard. Our Small group excursions are tailored to groups of 2-20 people. These tours are smaller than those offered by cruise lines and offer the unique ability to provide a more personalized experience. Our Standard excursions cater to groups of 20-50 people, which are similar in size to the tours offered by cruise lines. While Standard tours are tailored for larger groups, we focus on an extremely high level of quality and service.

Gallagher brothers tease Oasis reunion

Liam and Noel Gallagher have ramped up speculation that an Oasis reunion could finally be on the cards as the brothers teased that a band announcement could be made in the coming hours.

A short clip in the same font and style of the band’s famous logo appeared on the brothers' social media accounts on Sunday, as well as the official Oasis page .

It shows the date "27.08.24" before flickering and then reading "8am".

Fans of the Manchester rock band have pleaded with the brothers to regroup since they broke up in 2009, after a backstage brawl at the Rock en Seine festival in Paris.

Formed in 1991, the group rose to fame with hits including Wonderwall, Don't Look Back In Anger and Stop Crying Your Heart Out.

A Sunday Times report, citing unnamed industry insiders, claimed the brothers were set to perform a string of gigs next year, including shows at London's Wembley Stadium and Manchester's Heaton Park.

The article mentioned reports that Wembley may be booked for 10 dates – which, if true, would smash the eight-gig record set by Taylor Swift this year.

There is also speculation that a Glastonbury headline slot could be in the works.

Liam Gallagher spent much of Sunday responding to rumours on X, formerly known as Twitter: “I never did like that word FORMER,” he said, before sharing news articles about the reunion rumours.

At his headline Reading Festival set on Sunday evening, he dedicated the Oasis track Half The World Away to his brother, saying : "I wanna dedicate this song to Noel Gallagher."

He later dedicated Cigarettes & Alcohol to people who he said hate the band.

At the end of the gig, the same teaser clip showing Tuesday's date appeared on the stage's main screens.

It has been 30 years since chart-topping Definitely Maybe album by Oasis turned the Gallagher brothers into stars in 1994 – helping to kick off the Britpop era and launching the hellraising pair, and their band, into mega-stardom.

In 1996, an incredible 2.5 million people applied for tickets to their two dates at Knebworth – which could hint at the demand any new gigs might see.

Speaking on BBC Radio 5Live, music journalist John Robb said Oasis defined the generation who grew up in the 1990s, adding that the atmosphere at any reunion events would be "amazing".

The hype has sent fans into a frenzy, with many people sharing their excitement – and criticism – online.

One fan said Heaton Park is a "terrible venue for concerts", with Liam responding: "See you down the front..."

When another asked when the reunion dates will be announced, he replied: "Next Friday..."

Fans outside Sifters record shop in Burnage, Manchester – which is mentioned in the Oasis song Shakermaker – gave their reaction.

"They're a big part of my life growing up," said one woman, who has an Oasis tattoo on her back. "I'm not going to sleep tonight, I am so excited."

"We've grown up around the corner from Noel and Liam," said another.

"You can't put a price on a band such as Oasis, can you?" she added. "Burnage people will pay [to see them], and so will everyone else."

A third fan said: "You've dreamt about it in your dreams but never in person, thinking of them getting together... I think this is the one."

The brothers always had a combative relationship, and a string of tours have fallen apart over the years, ending in the backstage fight in 2009 that resulted in Noel leaving the band .

This has led some to question what the real motivation for any potential reunion might be.

Helen Brown, a music critic at The Independent, told BBC News: "After the decades of going at each other with cricket bats and fire extinguishers, it's extraordinary that [the Gallagher brothers] seem to be getting along better – and maybe money is an incentive here."

She added: "Maybe they can put aside their differences to fill their coffers."

The pair have since gone on to have successful careers separately, with Noel fronting the group Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds.

Of the other original band members, Paul "Bonehead" Arthurs has recently toured with Liam, but drummer Tony McCarroll and bassist Paul McGuigan have not played with either Gallagher since Definitely Maybe and 1997's Be Here Now respectively.

Eoseo oseyo! Welcome to South Korea. Your adventure begins in Seoul, the vibrant capital of high-tech gadgetry, towering skyscrapers and scrumptious eats. You’ll have a welcome meeting at 6 pm tonight. If you arrive early, explore this modern Asian metropolis at your own pace and discover how ancient traditions come together with the modern in one of Asia's great cities. After you meet your trip leader and group members, you’ll head out on an orientation walk to get your bearings and note down some good nightlife spots for later. Then, perhaps grab dinner to get your first taste of some authentic Korean cuisine and get to know your group.

Then, tour Gwangjang Market with your leader and maybe pick up some local treats or souvenirs from one of the 5000 shops and stalls. In your free afternoon, maybe visit Gyeongbokgung Palace, which once served as the main palace for the Joseon dynasty or take a lesson in basic Korean so you can talk with the locals. Tonight, you’ll have a group dinner where you might be able to try local dishes like hand cut noodles or bulgogi. After, maybe head to some coin karaoke (where you pay 30 cents per song) and belt out a few favourites to get the night going.

You’ll also have the opportunity to taste some dalgona (a honeycomb toffee known as Korean sugar candy) at a local store before a free afternoon. This evening, visit Nambu Market with your leader. Here, you can learn about the recent success of the youth incubation program, which offers free rent to young business owners to save the market and keep the community thriving. Tonight, you’ll stay in a hanok (a traditional Korean house).

This morning, wander around the gorgeous architecture, galleries, shops and streets on a leader-led walk. After, you have a free day to explore at your own pace. Maybe wander the Jaman Art Village to see the colourful murals or walk along the Sinabro-gil Trail – an easy 1-hour trail from Jeonju Hanok Village where you can see the Seungam Village and Temple. Take the chance to learn some new moves and sign up for a K-pop dance class or further explore the picturesque streets, with its famed shopping strips, filmmaking scene and fun bangs (singing rooms, arcades, DVD rooms and photo rooms). Later, sit down for an optional group dinner – maybe try some bibimbap (a rice bowl served with gochujang and various toppings like egg, vegetables and sliced meat).

Travel to Webongsansung this morning for a short hike with your leader. This location was actually used for a photoshoot for the famous K-pop group BTS! Wander around the lush greenery and abandoned architecture of the area, then visit Ahwon Gotack. This hanok and gallery is set among green mountains and gardens and was also used as a filming location for a music video. After wandering around the traditional house and gardens, you’ll head to a local restaurant where you can pick up some lunch before taking a bus to Yeosu. When you arrive in the afternoon, you have the option to hop on the cable car here, which provides panoramic views of the glittering water and coastline below. The cable car will take you to the street food tents – where tents and carts are set up along the seaside – where you can choose some local street dishes for dinner and watch the sunset. Alternatively, head straight to your guest house in Yeosu and wander around the city at your own pace.

Along the way, you’ll make a stop where you can grab some lunch, then head to your hostel. NORTON, Mass., August 28, 2024  – ESPN+ will stream live featured group coverage of the LPGA Tour’s FM Championship, an event in its inaugural year on the LPGA Tour. Featured Groups coverage starts tomorrow, Thursday, August 29, at approximately 8 a.m. ET, from TPC Boston in Norton, Mass.

• This week’s players vie for the first FM Championship title and one the season’s largest LPGA Tour purses of $3.8 million
• Streaming more than 40 hours of coverage across all four days of the tournament, ESPN+ will present two Featured Groups from both the morning and afternoon waves each day.

Fans can expect in-depth commentary and analysis from renowned hosts and analysts during ESPN+ coverage at the FM Championship. Will Haskett will headline the coverage alongside analyst Amanda Blumenhurst with on-course reports and live player interviews by Amy Rogers and LPGA Tour athlete Emma Talley.

LPGA Tour on ESPN+

The FM Championship on ESPN+ is part of a two-year deal  announced  in November 2023 in which ESPN+ is presenting live featured group coverage of eight LPGA Tour tournaments through the 2025 season. Following The Chevron Championship and the Cognizant Founders Cup, the FM Championship is the third of four LPGA Tour events on ESPN+ this season. The CME Group Tour Championship in November will round out this year’s LPGA Tour featured group coverage on ESPN+.

This latest deal continues a longstanding relationship between the LPGA Tour and ESPN.

• In 2022, ESPN+ streamed the Kroger Queen City Championship presented by P&G and the Walmart NW Arkansas Championship presented by P&G.
• ESPN televised a schedule of regular LPGA Tour events from 1979-2009, and ABC covered the CME Group Tour Championship from 2015-2018.
• ESPN aired the first two rounds of the AIG British Open from 1982-2002 and all four rounds from 2010-2015, as well as the first two rounds of the U.S. Women’s Open from 1982-2014.
• The first golf ever televised on ESPN was the LPGA Sahara Open on Sept. 8, 1979, ESPN’s second day on air.
