TfL has updated the free TfL app, available to download from the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, to enable customers to view their journey and payment history and see if they have any 'incomplete' journeys. Customers can use their smartphone to quickly add 'pay as you go' credit or season tickets to their Oyster card.

    To check your journey and payment history, you need to create an online account. If you do not receive a refund automatically, you can call us on 0343 222 1234 ( charges may apply) to request one, if appropriate. Maximum journey times for travel that includes stations beyond Zone 6 are set with the same generous times as those within Zones 1-6.

  11. Is there a way to see my complete Oyster card travel history online?

    13 I have been using the same (visitor) travel/Oyster card to on TfL for several years and would like to see my full history for all my visits to London. I know there is a way to see at least recent history for my card use at ticket kiosks on the Tube system in London, but I would like to see all of it, and without having to visit London to do so, really to download to for analysis.

    Online search suggests it can done through the "TFL oyster and contactless" app (but are sketchy on the details). However said app will do nothing until I've created an account, and the account creation process requires me to enter "my UK address", which I don't have.
