Although our package includes luxury Hotels in Makkah & Madinah and also 5 star buffet breakfast and dinners everyday, we are still cheapest in the Australian market mainly because we buy in bulk from the Airlines, Hotels and other suppliers. 

Question: Do you have a manned office or just a answering machine answering calls?

Yes we are located on Collins Street in Melbourne CBD and are open from 9 AM to 5 PM Mon-Fri and we are reachable by 1300 number from anywhere in Australia for the cost of a local call

Question: I live in the outback? How can I reach you if I have any queries when I decide to book your package?

No matter where you live in Australia, you can call us on the 1300 66 20 34 no. for the cost of a local call during office hours or leave a message when you call outside of office hours

Question: Do you guarantee the Hotels you advertise?

The reservations process for Hajj & Umrah works differently to other tourist destinations.  Invariably we provide the Hotel we advertise however, in certain cases, if the Hotel we have advertised is unavailable, we will ensure we offer similar or higher standard Hotel for the same price without any supplementary extra cost

Question: When do we pay deposit?

As ours is a small group with niche people, we sell out fast. Since you only need to pay $200 at the time of booking, its advisable to book as early as you can if you are planning on doing Hajj this year

Question: When is the balance payment due?

To make it easy for our Clients to fulfil one of the main pillars of Islam, we have come up with a exclusive instalment payment option, werein you only pay $200 as deposit and the balance in instalments of $1500 per month

Question: How can I pay the monthly instalments?

Question: I am travelling with my kids, will they get special discount?

Yes if children are sharing parents bed, we can offer fantastic deals for them. Even otherwise they will get discount if they are below 12 years of age

Question: Will I get guide books on Hajj, Ihram for me, Hijab for my wife, etc?

With our Umrah package, you have to purchase your own Ihram/Hijab & Guide book which will cost you $22 & $10 respectively

Question: Do you guarantee that you will only allocate 2 & 3 persons in a room while we stay in Makkah & Madinah Hotels depending on which package I take?

Yes, we guarantee that there will be only 2 persons in the double room package and 3 persons in the triple room package & 4 persons in a quad room package in a room during your Makkah & Madinah Hotels stay

Question: Will you show us all the historical places on your ziarat tours? Yes all our package options include one each ziarat tour in Makkah & Madinah. We will be visiting sites relates to Islamic history as listed in our sites visited page

Question: In the Turkey tour, is there a local experienced guide that will show us around? Yes everytime we go on a sightseeing tour, there will be an experienced local guide accompanying us who will show us around

Question: In Turkey, will have free time to do my own activities or do I have to be with the Group all the time? Yes will have plenty of free time and also if you want to skip a tour and do something on your own like visit family or friends, you can do that

Question: In Turkey are there any supplementary cost involved like entrance fee or extra tour cost? No all entrance fees for sights mentioned in our itinerary are included.  If you decide to take any extra tour or balloon ride, etc you pay the cost of the same direct to the local service providers

• Visa Application

Documents you will need to complete for your Umrah trip.

Passport Validation

Your passport must be valid for at least six months from the date of Arrival Into the Kingdom, which includes the place of birth and the full name of the applicant (A single name in the passport is not accepted).

Passport Photo

Provide two recent passport size photographs attached by paper clip to the application form. Photos should be taken against a white or very light background.

Ticket Confirmation

A confirmed round trip air ticket from the Ummrah Agent showing travel into and out of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, for each person

Approval from Islamic Association

A Letter of Introduction from an Approved Islamic Association.

Additional Passengers & Dependants

Ladies and children must be accompanied by a male relative (Mehram). Certified copies of proof of relationship (marriage or birth certificate, and a Letter from the Islamic Association) must be submitted.

Certified Vaccinations

A certificate of vaccination against Meningitis (Meningicoccal), which must be done at least 10 days prior to entry into Saudi Arabia and be valid for three (3) years.

Other Passport Holders

Non-Australian or New Zealand passport holder must submit an immigration residency permit showing at least two years prior residency in Australia or New Zealand. Hand written passport is Not accepted.

Holidays are bright and colourful, we all love them because they form a ray of light amongst the grey monotony of the daily grind. Arbat is a real street-holiday, where it is always noisy and fun: people meet, walk, watch the performances of talented street artists with clowns, singers and dancers strutting their stuff. Right on the pavement, artists proudly exhibit their works.

There is a very special atmosphere here that has long attracted representatives of the creative intelligentsia. L. Tolstoy and S. Yesenin, A. Pushkin and his young wife N. Goncharov, A. Blok and B. Pasternak are fondly remembered by the hallowed paving stones along Arbat. It is of no surprise that the heroes of the famous novel ‘War and Peace’ were ‘registered’.

We would like to invite you to take a walk with us along the historic Old Arbat! We will talk about the history and architecture of the most romantic street in Moscow.

• You will hear a lot of interesting facts about the grand houses that were located here and their wealthy residents.
• You will learn how a once inexpensive inn for carriage drivers has since turned into one of the best restaurants in the capital!
• You will see the famous house where A. Pushkin and N. Goncharova spent their honeymoon and stand at the wall dedicated to the memory of post punk/new wave icon Viktor
• You will be carried away down the beautiful side streets such as: Bolshaya Afanasyevsky, Nikolopeskovsky, Filippovsky, Krivoarbatsky. In a bygone era, these streets were part of Arbat and were bustling with its spirit.

B.Okudzhava dedicated some of his lyrical poems to Arbat, his favourite street from childhood. A. Rybakov, author of the famous novel ‘Children of the Arbat’ also lived here. There is also a little corner of Bulgakov's Moscow on Arbat - the former Torgsin store (now the ‘The Seventh Continent’), where the novel ‘The Master and Margarita’ unfolded.

Every house on Arbat is a piece of history, and we will dive into this history head first.
