Avoid at all costs! They charge excessive processing fees. My parents had to rebook their flight back to the States. On top of the rebooking fee and fare difference, they also charged $200 processing fee per passenger. Lesson learned. Never using Mango Tours again.

*SCAMMER ALERT* If you have access to a computer or a relative can help you, I urge you to purchase your ticket directly from the airlines. Mango Tours charges excessive fees. Correcting my middle name by 1 letter - they were charging $450. Cancelling my flight - I have to pay airlines penalty PLUS $150 per passenger for Mango Tours processing (total $350) - ending up paying 2 fees, when I could've just gone directly to the airlines to pay one fee. The agent couldn't even tell me how much specifically I'm getting back when processing my refund. Tf. A previous flight of mine got rescheduled INVOLUNTARILY by Philippine Airlines twice and Mango Tours charged me both times $100+ each to "re-issue" my ticket to me. I had nothing to do with the rescheduled flight yet they still charged me. I couldn't get a refund for my April 2020 flight (INVOLUNTARILY CANCELLED) it was months and months out so I ended up just filing a dispute. Customer support and fees, generally, are better when booking directly with the airlines. Please avoid Mango Tours.

I was able to help my mom book a flight to the PI back in November, the ticket price alone was fair for a short nice mind you. Earlier tonight I was trying to help my mom check-in for her flight and we've been stressed out the past hour trying to figure out what was the 6 or 13-digit number needed to enter on our information. We called customer service and they just kept referring to the 6-digit number that wasn't working and we'd tried already. So my mom just asks the person to send another email of the booking confirmation in case we missed anything on what my mom already has in her inbox. This new email has an invoice number AND the ticket number we been looking for. I'm really not sure why we didn't have the ticket number in the first place, but oh well. I entered it with my mom's name and we're on the seating site now. Long story short, EVA Air makes you pay for your seats and the lowest total I'm looking at for my mom is $265, majority of that being $150 on a seat from SFO to Taipei and there's no other option at all. 2 more "preferred seats" and then even 1 standard seat to come back home later is $40. Idk who I'm more mad at right now but Mango Tours AT LEAST should have given a reminder for checking-in or a heads-up that they never gave us the full information for the flight. Tf is this *Mango Tours if you're ever responsive on here, the least you can do is provide some compensation for turning a $986 flight into damn near $1400. Otherwise y'all some scammers

I highly recommend Mango Tours for all travel bookings! I always book through Ms Emma Santos, manager/travel agent in South SF, Ca. She excels at serving customers. I, my family and friends always arrange our flights through Ms Santos because she is very knowledgeable, efficient and she always makes us feel like we are a top priority! Great job!

It's been 3 hours now waiting for the agent to figure out how to book the tickets. I'm not sure if she's knowledgeable enough to be in the customer service front or just taking more time checking her personal messages than attending to her customers needs. So unfortunate we're stuck

Mango Tour is a FRAUD, a complete extortion!! Due the COVID-19, all flights to the Philippines are suspended (effective 03/12 to indefinite). My friends, family, and I booked tickets through Mango Tour for 03/25. They refuse to give any kind of refund, site credit, or ticket hold!!!! May I include a charge $350 to try and rebook!!! All agencies are to mandate all charges back to consumers because of COVID-19. Mango Tour is a complete SCAM!! We've contacted the agency several times (wait time 2hours+), when finally got a hold of a representative after providing our confirmation they'd hang up! PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE!!

If I could give 0 stars I would!! My Dad booked a ticket through them to see some family member but had to cancel due to them catching COVID, they failed to Issue a refund and said all tickets were non refundable and was even asking for test results for the people who tested positive for Covid as proof! That is definitely a HIPAA violation! We are not obligated to share such confidential info to get a refund!! Travel agent promised to call me back after escalating to the manager but never did!! It's absolutely ridiculous! Take your business elsewhere! Better buy directly from an airline no questions or test results asked!

Connie from the Callan Blvd location in SSF was who helped me and my family of 9 for an unexpected trip to the Philippines. Her service was great, as a representative, she was 5 stars. She helped out my group that had different travel criterias and helped us figure out the best rates for travel. The reason for the 3 stars is due to location and lack there of workspace. This kiosk is located dead center of a busy, high volume foot traffic between a grocery store and food vendors. As a travel agency, I would think you'd need a little more privacy. It was hard to hear conversations since the kiosk is in an open forum. They should have thought to add on more workspace and possibly a separate table and increase counter space for customers who need to review and sign documents. Privacy seems to also be an issue. You hand over credit card as well as passport information so that is a little bit of a concern when transactions are being done in open areas with high volume traffic. They should look into a more private work space.

I will NEVER use their services again to book my next flight. They don't wanna give refund even flight was canceled due to pandemic and if you rebook they will charge you processing fee even the airline announced free rebook.

Could use improvement

The site was quite concerning when reserving the flight for the following reasons: 1. It may be for our case but we had a different passenger to be booked. Since they didn't have a card, we had to use someone else's so the site recorded the latter's name as the passenger 2. A primary email was sent that seemed like they confirmed the registration only for more emails to show that we still had to reply for confirmation 3. Just then the invoice would be sent and I thought that the time was too short to confirm our flight It's not all bad though. Prices are reasonable as advertised. The site was also not too cluttered and disorganized for not frequent flyers. Lastly, the agent that assisted me with our concern was super helpful. She was attentive and prompt in coordinating the solution for our little mishap.

I always book with Mango tours. I have no issues so far and always gets good customer service. This could be a pro or con but unlike other OTA I have dealt with, you usually would talk to an agent after booking online to finalize transaction. Looking for a cheap and comfortable…

Looking for a cheap and comfortable flight going to the Philippines is always a nightmare to me, talking about my bad experience with ASAP only last April this year. Until I talked to Raniel of Mango Tours, he gave me a direct flight (PAL) with the same price of the other flights with stopovers. Great experience with you Raniel, Thank You!

An auto tip pop-up window???

Very professional, made several phone calls and all were productive. You do a very good follow-up. If I had anything negative it would be $price$. I found cheaper prices for other days (I said I was very flexible on dates) and even on the same flight. However, I was told that those prices are not up to date. Come on!!! If I can purchase a flight on another site for a given price, don't tell me that price is old. It is current and I can purchase it for that price. I paid you more than I could have paid elsewhere and then a tip pop-up window appeard. I did not like that. It was uncalled for and in my opinion, very unprofessional. But I left a tip assuming that was the only way the agent, whom I liked, would be paid. All in all, if you cannot get me a better price than what a simple search will achieve, why are you in business?
