“Chameleon place with special urban line” Review of Propaganda

This is restaurant and club which I never miss when I am in Moscow. Always busy, with great atmosphere - during day or night, with transformation power as chameleon from restaurant atmosphere in gorgeous night club. Very professional stuff with nice and kind approach toward each guest. Quick and responsive. Great food - what ever you pick from the menu you won't make mistake. I always pick up half portion of Cesar Salad, due to delicious dressing, beside something concrete after it. Prices are affordable and joy of returning in this place is always full of surprises. Highly recommendable place if you are in Moscow, don't miss it!

Went here for dinner. When I made the reservations the person on the phone explained we only had a 90 min seating. That was fine, but when we got there the service was slow (took almost 30 min to take our order). We couldn't enjoy our time at all because twice someone came over to remind us that we had to leave at the certain time. It was packed, so understand the restaurant wants a quick turnaround. It's a cool place, too, but with all the selection in Moscow, I wouldn't choose this place again. The food was only average, too. Think there are better options available.

Locals really appreciate this place. It works for ages here but it's still very popular. Nice cocktails. Fair food. Cheap. Frendly surroundings and staff.

Went to this place with one of my best friends and throughly enjoyed the time I spent there. Our plan was to go there for dinner and go somewhere else to dance. But there was no need for that. i and my friend had peppered steak for dinner which I think was welk presented. I must admit I had better steaks else where, nevertheless I really enjoyed this one. After the meal the-restaurant-like place transformed in to a fancy dance floor. The Dj was really good at what he was doing. His name is Thierry Thomas. I would recommend this place to anyone who would like to have fun with a reasonable price.

We had a great meal here, despite our minimal ability to speak Russian. Staff were lovely and friendly, food was great and wine matched it perfectly. Amazed at the lovely evening for the relatively low price, would have gone back without question if we were in Moscow for longer.
