Returning to Paris, we wanted a hotel convenient to Eiffel (100m) and train (50m) from CDG, and restaurants within walking distance. The Pullman looks like it was once part of an apartment block; in fact sharing a central garden with 3 other buildings, but very nicely remodeled inside. We found our room and facilities to be nicely appointed and clean. We opted for the breakfast included which was good value. Staff were friendly, helpful. Perhaps noteworthy is that the hotel insisted we hadn't purchased the breakfast included option -- of course we know better than to travel without printed screen shots and Agoda confirmations, but reception still had to take this away as proof for management. And when I asked gracefully if our room had a view of Eiffel, we learned the best he could do was an upgrade from 1 to 6, though the garden view was the same either way. Perhaps the 1st would have been more convenient in the end as the elevators and occasional guest disregard for COVID protocols (2 per lift, masked ideally) made for a tight checkout...

Amazing view of the eiffel tower, the breakfast is also amazing too. Try their restaurant, Frame, especially their tagliatelle with chicken (from the galicia region)— it’s amazing. Their beds are truly comfortable. My only issue is their drainage in the shower but not a big issue. Kudos to nayeem and mohan for making our stay truly memorable. You guys rock!

Staff is nice, friendly and helpful. Room amenities are sufficient and view from balcony is exceptional, while room cleanness needs improvement. Location is excellent with only minutes away from nearest metro.

Hotel très bien situation, propre et personnel acceuillant. Les points ayant entaché le séjour sont: Le manque d'informations relatifs aux couts extra du service room service en chambre L'absence de Capsule café et sucre sur le plateau en chambre Le manque de diversité sur la carte des snacks proposé dans l'après midi La pression mise pour regler la note de couts extra non mentionné au moment du check in et escalation rapide à la hierarchie non nécéssaire ce qui affecte l'expérience client.
