Experience the Best Dolphin Tour in Fort Myers Beach, FL!

Get up close and personal with our beautiful island! Your tour guide will drive a waverunner jet ski and you will drive your own and follow along. You can go single or you may have up to two riders. Great for most ages. This 18-20 mile round trip eco-tour allows you to explore the back bay, local plant/wildlife and even dolphin while experiencing the thrill of a waverunner ride. This is our most popular activity for good reason. All ages absolutely love this trip!! Our location on the beach is the closest to the dolphin and wildlife areas so we spend more time in the areas you want to be in!!

More Information

• It is recommended to bring suntan lotion and a towel.
• Jet ski’s have small compartments to hold smaller items. However, it is best to leave all valuable items back home or in your vehicle. The compartments aren’t waterproof and there is always a chance the latch could break. We can hold onto your keys etc.. in our lock box as well.
• If the weather is unfavorable for this activity and the vendor calls off the rental, we will attempt to reschedule for another time or day. If we cannot meet customer demands for this, we’ll refund the purchase amount.

Tour info & Restrictions:

• This is a guided tour
• Arrival time for tours is 9:15 to 9:30 at the very latest.
• All ages can join the tour but the waverunner driver must be 16+ years old
• Adults born BEFORE January 1, 1988 can operate a jet ski with a valid driver’s license without a Florida’s Boater License.
• Person signing the contract must be 18, have a valid picture ID, & a VALID credit card for incidentals, minors will need their parent to sign for them to participate.
• Those born on or after January 1, 1988 can operate a jet ski, but are required to take a Florida Boaters Test and must be 16 years old with a valid photo ID. These tests are available upon arrival for $3. They take approximately 30 minutes to complete. Please arrive early if someone in your party is taking this test. Taking the test online ahead of time is HIGHLY suggested. Click Here to study and take the test.
• Total weight capacity is 400lb.
• This activity is not recommended for pregnant women.
• Children can ride along with a parent based on their size and ability to hold on while in motion

Great experience! This was our second year visiting Holiday Water Sports on Fort Myers Beach and it was even better than before. I rented a jet ski for one hour to take my son on and we both had a blast. They had skis available with plenty of life jackets that fit us. The safety briefing was appropriate and informational and I felt like it was a good deal overall. We actually took out one of the older 4-stroke Yamaha jet skis initially but came back and traded out with one of their newer Yamaha's and the difference was insane. The '21 Yamaha VX-C is ridicules and we had a blast. Thanks for the great time guys and I hope to be back!

Very friendly people. 2nd time parasailing with them. Also tip your boat guys that hook you up to the parasail.

They were organized and explained the dolphin tour well. We got on the water on time even in rough water. We had lots of jet ski ride time but they did not put much effort into finding dolphins for the jet ski dolphin tour. This is the part we were disappointed in. Overall, Jake was a good guide. This is our only complaint but something we were looking forward to.

The BEST DECISION we made during our stay in Fort Meyers Beach! First off, really appreciated ABBY at Diamondhead Resort location for making sure we were safe and going above and beyond when re-booking our para-sailing trip due to inclement weather. She was so professional and made sure we had a top notch experience. Also appreciated how the entire para-sailing team worked together...they gave us an experience we'll never forget! ALSO, huge shout out to ZACH and the team at Diamondhead Resort location for the jetski/dolphin tour! Really appreciated his level of instruction on how to operate the vehicle. He also checked in on us during the trip to make sure we were safe. Lastly, we were impressed by his care with the dolphins! Unlike other tour guides, he made sure that the dolphins weren't intruded upon by our jetskis, which made them more friendly to come out and say hello!

We booked our Dolphin tour and Parasailing here and it was amazing. Abby, who arranged the parasailing was lovely and very helpful and Zack who took us on the Dolphin tour (on jet skis) was very attentive to us and respectful to the dolphins as well. All the guys on the boat when we were parasailing were also amazing and made sure we were safe and had a great time. I cannot recommend this company enough.

Awesome people to rent from the guys were great! Here from pa and wanted to rent some jet skis with the family. They were very informative on how to ride the machines and very helpful when my grandparents had fallen off. It is a large open area to ride around In other boats do come through so you have to pay attention but the waves offer some fun to be had. Great experience!

What a wonderful time!! We did the wave runner dolphin tour and really enjoyed it. It was more about going fast on the jet ski than seeing actual dolphins but it was still super fun!!

We rented chairs and an umbrella but started late in the day and the man was nice to give us a discount since there were only a few hours left. If you want to do anything like jet skiing, parasailing or just lounge around I do recommend this place.

[March 2017] Midway Water Sports! First off, I want to say that Ginger was extremely helpful and accomadating to our last second decision to do the dolphin tour. Secondly, we had Nate as our guide for the tour and he was great! There were some slower folk in our group but he made it so we all had so much fun! On our 90 minute tour we saw dolphins, a hammer head shark and even a bald eagle! Overall we had an incredible experience, plenty of low speed times to switch drivers if two were riding one. Can't wait to do it again next time we come to Fort Myers!

Can't say how much we loved our dolphin tour with Andy on Wednesday! There was nobody else in our tour. Andy was sure that we got to see the as much as we could. Andy was able to get the dolphin to play in the wake of his wave runner. It was a once in a life time.

Best Dolphin Jet Ski Tour on Ft Myers Beach Florida:

WoW, We just hit the sand from our incredible two hour adventure with Zack at the Diamond Head Beach Resort. Needless to say it was an experience that we will not forget for many years. We saw more dolphins than we could have imagined. We saw pods, we saw them eating, playing and just plain being themselves. While on the tour another tour group came upon us and they were totally unprofessional riding through right where the pod was and were doing things on the skis that are not permitted..On the other hand Zack was over the top with his safety features both with instructions and making sure that we were behind him at all times. All i can say is that this was an amazing time. My hats off to Zack and his professionalism. Don't miss this adventure.

We had Jake as our dolphin watch tour guide this morning. We all had a blast!! He was knowledgeable and very personable. It was nice to have a tour guide to help point out the dolphins but it was also great to be allowed to experience the power of the wave runner on our own. We had three of the six machines on the tour, an adult and kid on each. We didn't want to end our tour. A must do for anyone who is experienced or no experience at all. A+ to Jake!! My wife and I are from Colorado and have been going on vacation for the past couple years to Ft. Myers. We were walking on the beach and saw the Holiday water sports hut. We walked over and the first guy was so nice , I think his name was Ryan, we asked about the wave runner tour and he gave us information on when/ how and where it was. We called, made a reservation and went the next day. That's when the fun started and the staff was amazing. Garret took our information and got us taken care of then we met Jake, Let me tell you all that these guys were the best and I would highly recommend this visit. Jake went play by play on how everything will be done and the rules. My wife and I got out in the ocean and took this incredible tour with about 8 other people, Jake never lost his patience and was very observant on all of us, Not to miss place anyone and made sure everyone was having fun, The tour was supposed to last and hour and a half but Jake seemed not to worry about the time because he just wanted everyone to have a great time and I truly believe we all did. He had to deal with people from other parts of the world and did a fantastic job with that also. When the tour was over, I shook both Jake and Garrets hand and told them it was our highlight of the trip. We will not go anywhere else for our water sports fun in Ft. Meyers. We had a great trip on the Dolphin jet ski tour. Although the dolphins were doing the 'hide' part of 'Hide & Seek', it was really interesting to see the back areas of Fort Myers Beach. Our guide Ryan was very personable and tried hard to find the dolphins...and we did see a few. One precaution: If you are not experienced with jet skis or have children with you, you might want to take one of the boat tours, as the 7 mile trip to and from the dolphin is very fast! (Our speedometer hovered at around 55 mph.) We didn't get too much information about the ecosystem, but I think that was because Ryan had to keep us moving to find the dolphins. The staff at HWS are all incredibly friendly and helpful.

Looking for a fun experience on jet skis for my 17 year old son. Read many good reviews about this outfit online and it didn't disappoint. The staff was very customer friendly and they did everything to ensure we had an exceptional experience. We went out for an afternoon dolphin cruise with our guide Garrett. He lead us on an awesome ride through many mangroves looking for dolphin and manatee. Even though the dolphins were hiding, he ensured we had a great experience by motoring through the mangroves and telling us about the eco system. It was a great time and we'll be booking again on our next trip with Garrett.
