ITINERARY OF NHA TRANG CITY TOUR IN 1 DAY

8:30. Visit Hon Chong Promontory

Bus and guide will pick you up at your hotel for the journey to discover Nha Trang with the first place – Hon Chong resort. You will be amazed with the beauty of massive rocks with many shapes and stacked each other. Hon Chong is a big rock that has the traces of the giant hand in a legend and Hon Vo is another rock looks like a woman cradling her child.

9:30. Po Nagar Towers

The special structure was built between the 7th and the 12th century by Cham (the prosperous time of Cham). The particular structures and bricks helped towers exist over 1000 years. Many scientists today have yet deciphered its mystery.

10:30. Nha Trang Mountain Church (Nha Trang Cathedral or Stone Church)

This is a unique architecture that tourists shouldn’t miss. Looked from the outside, The church has gray color with the architecture same to palaces and castles in ancient Roman times. Beside Gothic architecture with French style, the mountain church also owns a precious brass bell manufactured and supplied by a famous bell brand, French Carillon Bourdon.

11:10. Long Son Pagoda

Long Son Pagoda, also known under other names “ Chua Phat Trang” or “ Long Son Co Tu”, the biggest church in Nha Trang city. It was built in 1886 and repaired many times. Long Son owns unique statues located in Trai Thuy hill such as bronze Buddha statue in the main hall with 1.6 metres high and 700kg weight; nirvana Buddha statues with 17 metres long and the statue of Buddha Shrine seating sermon with 31 metres high.

Considered as the biggest storage and marine research in Southeast Asia, Institute of Oceanography Nha Trang currently stores over 20,000 specimens of more than 4,000 marine species in the South China Sea. Here, visitors can see many species of marine animals raised in aquarium such as sharks, lionfish, seals, sea turtles, demon fishes, corals and sea anemones.

14:30. Truong Son Craft Village

Tourists may see the magnificent driftwood works, watch the local people knitting fishing nets weaving, weaving mats, creating conical hats, etc. within houses with vivid red tile roofs, In addition to traditional items, the locals here have also developed stunning ornamental products from sedge mats and fishing nets. Here, tourists also may see enormous creatures knitted by plastic. The newest is the work Dong Son bronze drum, 4m in diameter, constructed of synthetic plastic. Truong Son craft village also shows numerous pieces of art by prominent artists in Nha Trang. Visitors come here to have an opportunity to witness the sculptures displaying the Cham culture of the sculptor Doan Xuan Hung, the sculptures influenced by history. Tourists to Truong Son craft village will not only explore the handicrafts but also see the garden full of flowers and fruits. In May, Truong Son craft village had 2,000 sunflowers in bloom; hundreds of Vietnamese rose pots are also blossoming.

15:20. Tram Huong Tower (Agarwood Tower) – symbol of Nha Trang City

The name of Tram Huong tower is derived from a rare commodity with high economic value in Nha Trang called agarwood. Located on the beach, Tram Huong tower consists of 3 floors with vivid sculpture icons: the wave of the sea, sails, petals and a stylized core.

9h45: Tham quan chùa Long Sơn . Tọa lạc dưới chân đồi Trại Thủy, chùa Long Sơn được xây dựng vào cuối thế kỷ thứ 19 và trùng tu sửa chữa năm 1940, là một trong những ngôi chùa cổ kính trên địa bàn thành phố Nha Trang. Quý khách sẽ có cơ hội được chiêm ngưỡng bức tượng Kim Thân Phật Tổ cao 24m ngự trên đỉnh đồi.

10h40: Tháp Bà Ponagar ,Tại đây du khách có thể chiêm ngưỡng công trình kiến trúc và điêu khắc độc đáo của người Chăm được xây dựng vào những năm 813 – 817.

Chùa long sơn.

Được xây dựng từ năm 1886, chùa Long Sơn (còn được biết đến với tên gọi Chùa Phật Trắng, Đằng Long Tự) với tuổi đời hơn một thế kỷ đã trở thành điểm đến tâm linh và điểm tham quan du lịch hấp dẫn của thành phố Nha Trang. Chùa Long Sơn nằm trên ngọn đồi Trại Thủy cao 100m so với mặt nước biển, chính vì vậy mà du khách đến tham quan chùa có thể dễ dàng nhìn ngắm bao quát khắp thành phố.

Kiến trúc đặc trưng của Phật giáo Việt Nam được thể hiện rất rõ ràng ở Chùa Long Sơn. Các công trình chính của chùa bao gồm Chính điện, Nhà Tổ, Tổ đình, Thiền đường, Tháp chuông và Tháp Tổ. Tượng Phật Tổ nhập Niết Bàn (còn gọi là tượng Phật nằm) dài 17 mét, cao 5 mét là biểu tượng nổi tiếng nhất của chùa, từng được công nhận là tượng Phật ngoài trời lớn nhất Việt Nam tính đến năm 2011.

Tháp Bà Ponagar

Tháp Bà Ponagar được xây dựng từ thế kỷ VII đến thế kỷ XIII, là nơi tôn thờ Thiên Y Thánh Mẫu Ana. Đây cũng là một trong số ít những quần thể kiến trúc Chăm Pa cổ vẫn còn được lưu giữ đến ngày nay. Những tòa tháp cổ với màu gạch nung độc đáo, đậm chất lịch sử, tô điểm cho nét đẹp của thành phố Nha Trang. Từng nét điêu khắc, từng công trình, từng bia đá đều là tài liệu quý giá về lịch sử và truyền thống độc đáo của người Chăm Pa.

Tháp Bà Ponagar là một điểm tham quan nổi tiếng của thành phố Nha Trang, thu hút đông đảo du khách trong và ngoài nước.

Nơi đây cũng thường xuyên tổ chức các hoạt động văn hóa hấp dẫn như lễ hội Tháp Bà diễn ra từ ngày 21 đến ngày 23 tháng 3 âm lịch hàng năm. Ngoài ra, du khách đến thăm Tháp Bà cũng không thể bỏ qua những màn trình diễn điệu múa truyền thống của các cô gái Chăm hay những món quà lưu niệm tinh tế mang đậm văn hóa Chăm Pa được chế tác thủ công tỉ mỉ.

Nhà hát Đó Nha Trang là một điểm đến văn hóa nghệ thuật mới vừa được khánh thành và đi vào hoạt động vào năm 2023. Nhà hát có tổng diện tích lên đến 2.500m2, ý tưởng thiết kế độc đáo lấy cảm hứng từ chiếc “đó”, một ngư cụ truyền thống của người Việt nhằm tôn vinh những người ngư dân miền biển.

• On arrival, pick up & transfer to local restaurant for lunch. After lunch, visit Po Nagar tower – a sacred Hindu site dating back to the 7th century, Stone Church built in French colony time, Chong Promontory Rocks & Dam Market.
• Dinner & overnight in Nha Trang .
• Meals included: Lunch and Dinner.
• Breakfast at hotel.
• Start from your hotel to Cau Da port. Tri Nguyen Aquarium on Mieu Island is the first place to visit. Many sea species of Nha Trang/Khanh Hoa province make a small ocean world there. Mun Island is the best island for snorkeling where you can see lots of lives colorful corals and fish. You will also be able to see caves in which the sea swallows make their nests from the boat. Then relaxing, swimming & doing water sports or other activities at Mot Island, Tranh Beach Island or on a small island calling “Mini beach”. Have seafood lunch on the island. On the way back, you will visit a fishing village before going back to the shore.

Many say it is a dirty beach and not so nice. That is not the case. Is it the best beach, no it is not but it is pretty good. Believe it is about 6 km long and has a walking path at the top for most of the way. Plenty of restaurants and bars along the way with many having sun loungers for rent. Plenty of toilets and exercise areas with equipment. Great to watch the locals playing around in the early mornings.

Listening about the history and importance of each location was amazing. Lou was so friendly and kind, nothing was too much. He made our tour the best experience in Vietnam. However, the weather is a bit hot that I feel so uncomfortable when going to join the outdoor activities. In general, still great!

We booked through Asia Legend, which was easy. At no point during the day were we unsure about where to go because they’re good at keeping track of everyone. My group had a wide range of body types and ages, and everything went swimmingly so don’t discard the idea just because of that. Sam was our guide, he explained everything well so despite the fact that some of us were new to this we had no problems. I’m not a very good swimmer but due to the swimming feet and the salty sea I did fine on my own, still nice to know that swimming with a vest is an option and that there is always staff nearby who can assist if needed. When you’re done with swimming you can also relax on their sundeck.

The Island tour experience was the highlight of our time in Nha Trang. The staff was incredibly attentive and kept the drinks flowing the whole time. The ship deck was very comfortable, and the lunch area was opulent. The food was delicious, and the live music was the cherry on top. Highly recommended!

Vin Wonders is on the Hom Tre Island which has a waterpark, amusement park, zoo, aquarium, games arcade. It’s heaven for kids and adults alike. The waterpark is amazing which great rides. We spent our whole day ending it with their musical water fountain show which beats even Las Vegas show.

My 8 years old son and I had a great time in the water park. Great place to spend your time w, family.

Your shore trip in Nha Trang will begin with a pickup from Nha Trang port . You are welcome by Viet Vision Travel’s tour guide & driver. Later get on a bicycle and prepare for a unique ride. Enjoy the lively street scene as your bicycle-chauffeur pedals you down Tran Phu’s Beach Boulevard , home to major hotels and resorts, as well as restaurants, bars, and stores.

You are then driven to XQ historical village by cyclo . Watching the most talented employees of XQ painstakingly produce stunning works of art will enlighten you on the craft of handcrafted embroidery. The Stone Church , one of Nha Trang’s oldest Catholic churches dating back to 1928, can be visited after continuing the trip. Then proceed to the Long Son Pagoda , where a favorite vantage point for seeing the entire city is the building’s enormous concrete Buddha statue. Visit the centuries-old Po Nagar Cham Towers , one of the Cham Kingdom’s relics in Vietnam, following a delectable local lunch.
