Best trip insurance company - Senior Travel Forum. I'm planning to buy trip insurance for a trip to Europe next June. In the past I have purchased from Travelex and Travel Guard. For the current trip, I got quotes from both of these companies and also this time from Allianz. In the quote I received, Allianz provides better benefits for less money.

We have found Aviva good for travel insurance. Even with pre existing conditions. Always read the terms and conditions to see what is excluded . Like you may get medical cover but no hospital stay cover . That can cost £2k a night ! As I say , please read the T & C 's .

Beware! Used this company for a single trip holiday cover after seeing the details on Martins site. We had an accident on holiday with a video camera which resulted in it being damaged.
