Another transfer center expected to visit the oklahoma sooners per report, share this article.

It’s no secret the Oklahoma Sooners are trying to find ways to help their center position heading into the 2024 college football season. Center became a big question mark after the loss of Troy Everett , who is expected to be out until the end of fall camp.

Josh Bates has stepped in but doesn’t have the experience yet. So the Sooners are looking for some starting experience to supplement the position. SMU transfer center Branson Hickman is set to visit this weekend during the spring game.

On Thursday, they found out Utah Utes transfer center Kolinu’u  Faaiu would be making a trip to Norman . Faaiu is 6-foot-3 and 324-pounds. His representatives told ESPN’s Pete Thamel he will be taking three visits with Oklahoma on the shortlist.

Former Utah center Koli Faaiu, one of the top interior portal lineman, is taking a visit to Texas A&M and intends to visit Washington and Oklahoma. Thats per his agents @agent_big_al and @henryorgann of @DisruptiveSports. — Pete Thamel (@PeteThamel) April 18, 2024

He didn’t play as a freshman but has earned more opportunities the last two seasons. In 2022, he appeared in five games on the offensive line, but only played 88 snaps. Then last season he played in 11 games, starting the last eight at center. He played more than 500 snaps for the Utes last season.

This would be a big get for Oklahoma as he would have two years of eligibility left. He doesn’t have the starts or experience that Hickman has, but he’s a much bigger player, which will help against SEC defensive linemen.

As of right now, the official date hasn’t been set but that would be a big win for Oklahoma if they can pull it off.

Woman who sent Harry Styles 8,000 cards in a month sentenced to 14 weeks in jail for stalking

LONDON — A 35-year-old woman who sent thousands of greeting cards to Harry Styles admitted to stalking the pop superstar and was sentenced to 14 weeks behind bars, officials said Friday.

Myra Carvalho mailed the 30-year-old singer 8,000 cards in a month before she was sentenced in Harrow Crown Court on Tuesday, Sky News , NBC News’ British partner, reported.

She pleaded guilty to stalking involving serious alarm or distress and was hit with a 10-year restraining order in which she’s barred from contacting Styles, the Crown Prosecution Service said in a statement to NBC News on Friday.

The court told Carvalho to stay away from northwest London where Styles lives or attending any event where the singer appears, including concerts, Sky News reported.

The defendant, who'd been staying at a youth hostel in Kensington and Chelsea in southwest London, was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £134 (or about $167), according to Sky.

Back in 2019 , Style testified against a stalker who had camped outside the singer's London home.

“Until that point, I never felt unsafe or uneasy in my own home," Styles told the court.

Pablo Tarazaga-Orero, 26, was ordered to undergo rehabilitation and to stay at least 250 meters from Styles .

LSU Football: No. 5 Wide Receiver in America to Visit Baton Rouge

The Tigers will bring in coveted wideout Jaime Ffrench for an official visit, check out campus in June.

The LSU football staff continues its hot pursuit of coveted wide receiver Jaime Ffrench as he navigates a busy spring of visits.

After a stretch of unofficial trips to the top programs in America, he's locked in an official visit to Baton Rouge for June 1, sources confirm to LSU Country. On3's Chad Simmons first reported the visit schedule.

Ffrench, the No. 5 wideout in the nation, ranks as a Top 30 prospect in the 2025 cycle with several programs in his ear.

Now, the Tigers will get the first crack at Ffrench with Brian Kelly and Co. receiving the first official visit on the schedule.

Miami: June 7

Tennessee: June 13

Texas: June 21

Dakorien Moore: No. 1 Wide Receiver in America

Moore revealed his pledge to LSU in August of 2023 and has remained firm to his commitment ever since. He's remained locked in with Brian Kelly and the Tigers, but is certainly enjoying the recruitment process.

Now, a trio of schools are looking to flip him away from his commitment to LSU with Texas, Oregon and Ohio State making noise.

Last weekend, Moore traveled up to Ohio State for a visit with the Buckeyes staff, opting not to make the move to Baton Rouge for their Spring Game.

The decision raised eyebrows from some, but Moore cleared the air afterwards, confirming he is "1000% committed" to LSU.

It's clear the Tigers will be on red alert over the next handful of months until Moore puts pen to paper in December.

Kaliq Lockett: No. 2 Wide Receiver in America

Lockett made his way to Baton Rouge last Friday where he was accompanied by Bryce Underwood, the No. 1 quarterback in the country, for a weekend stay.

The coveted wideout remained in town all weekend with sources believing the visit, "went really well" as the Tigers rise up his list.

Now, Lockett will make a return trip to LSU on May 31-June 2 for an official visit where he will be joined by several prized targets, but none bigger than DJ Pickett, the No. 1 cornerback in the 2025 cycle.

We like where Lockett stands here as he continues checking out LSU. It'll be a battle for his services, but the Bayou Bengals are picking up steam.

Caleb Cunningham: No. 3 Wide Receiver in America

LSU already received a visit from  Caleb Cunningham  this spring with more wideouts expected to make their way in town over the next two months, but for the coveted target, it was a productive visit to campus.

The five-star Mississippi native was joined by a handful of the top recruits in the nation as he made his return trip to The Boot.

Cunningham took in a game day experience last fall, and after a positive visit, he's eyeing an official visit to Baton Rouge soon.

A few notes:

Wide receiver coach Cortez Hankton reeled in an impressive wide receiver haul last offseason and looks to be swinging for the fences once again. With a commitment from the top wideout already, and the No. 2 wide receiver set to be back for an official visit, it's clear his formula is working down South.

Moore, Cunningham and Lockett, the top three receivers in the country, all have LSU on their radar as they prepare to navigate an official visit schedule this summer and fall.

The Bayou Bengals will be fending off the Texas Longhorns and Oregon Ducks for Moore's services down the stretch, but his pledge thus far is a major boost for LSU.

Another key note is that LSU already holds a pledge for the No. 1 wide receiver in Louisiana, TaRon Francis. A player who programs covet on the recruiting trail, the Tigers went out and secured his services early.

The integrated business card scanner recognizes contact and address formats from more than 50 countries and is available in five operating languages. Just photograph the business card with the app and the business card scanner with the world's best recognition quality does the rest for you – automatically and with the highest accuracy.

Besides business cards, it is also possible to scan tickets and ID cards or badges (depending on the supplier ) for trade fairs. While the scanning process, the trade fair visitor information stored in the database is called up via the API and automatically transferred to the VisitReport App. Contact data from QR codes stored in the vCard form are also recognized easily.

Your contact doesn't have a business card or badge? In the snapADDY VisitReport app, you can easily transfer the contact data from LinkedIn. After completing the visit report, the captured contact data is exported in a structured way to your CRM or marketing automation system.

Do you already know your contact person? Then you can select the existing data directly with the CRM connection. In addition, you can also import contact data quickly and easily – and even in offline mode!

When creating a visit report, you can also enter all important contact data manually. They will then be transferred to the CRM system.

You can create your customized questionnaires in the web configurator and modify them at any time, if necessary. The structuring in groups and questions offers more clarity.

Not all questions are relevant for every customer. Therefore, we recommend using dynamic elements that enable the course of the questionnaire to depend on the answers given by your interviewee. With VisitReport, you design your questionnaire in the template configurator based on the modular principle and can also choose from flexible question types such as multi-layered questions or nesting questions.

Do you already have a questionnaire? You can easily import it, so you don't have to create it again. We support the following fields, among others:

Create a set of questions and groups that you use frequently. You can use this set of questions to develop other questionnaires.

You can create a sub-question for each question. If they are used multiple times, you can create a set that can then be easily selected and applied when needed.

You can integrate a digital signature field in the questionnaire settings to confirm the use of the data for marketing or advertising purposes, e.g., for email marketing. This way, you comply with all the conditions required by Art. 13 of the GDPR in case of direct data capture.

If necessary, you can mark questions as required or important. This way, users know that the question must be answered or that it is important.

When a question is marked as an "important question", the user will be informed when leaving the visit report if it has not been answered. Unlike a required question, it will be possible to export to the CRM even if the question has not been completed.

The media library is ideal for storing MP4 videos, images, and PDF documents that you can open and display directly in the app.
