Kind and reliable - Top service

I have booked tickets for the Waterbus trip from Little Venice to Camden Town through Lovetovisit. Unfortunately due to some unforeseen circumstances I wasn’t able to get there in time to catch the boat and we lost it. I thought that’s it and have lost the money for the tickets but I said I’ll give it a try and call Lovetovisit customer service to try and explain the situation. They were incredible they went the above and beyond and Ivan was kind enough to keep me updated and tirelessly attempt to get me a refund. Unfortunately the Waterbus company couldn’t refund the tickets as there are terms and conditions that have to be followed. Lovetovisit done a very kind gesture and issued me a voucher for the value of the booked tickets so I can book another experience now. That has made my day and thank to Lovetovisit and the whole team I can visit more of London! Fantastic customer service

Amazing support and customer service

Yes I had amazing support and customer service the lady Alice was so helpful as I was so worried about booking my first trip to London and I made a mistake booking the dates I was very stressed and upset so I contacted them. She helped me and I'm very grateful. I booked the 3 attractions pass and I set it fir the wrong date also didn't know on my dates the London Eye would be closed. She kept me updated on information. She offered me a swap which was really nice of her and got a full refund so I can rebook my trip. I'm so happy as I saved my money for this trip and I thought I messed it up as it wasn't just my money but I had responsibility of my friends money to book the trip. So I am very grateful for the understanding. Even though we couldn't do the London Eye I think the trip will be great I will definitely use this site in the future. I would really recommend this love yo visit website really good value.

I don't usually write reviews, but I had such a good service from Georgia at Lovetovisit! I booked tickets to Alton Towers on the site and one of my kids got ill with a stomach bug, so I had to change the date. I sent them a message and within the hour they called me back and made all the changes for me. I was stressing a bit that I wouldn't be able to change the dates... but Georgia made it so easy. Great website and great customer service!

All came good

Ordered tickets but weather was forecast for gale force winds and rain meaning rides would be closed. Contacted and asked if I could change the date and got a call back and was told they would refund me with gift vouchers so we could book again at our leisure which I was really impressed with. I had to chase up as didn’t receive the email but was finally sent it with lots of apologies and some extra money added - couldn’t ask for me really so now looking forward to rebooking our day out! The unexpected happened just after I booked some tickets and I needed to transfer them to the next day. Love to Visit cancelled the tickets and issued me a gift voucher for the same amount to repurchase the tickets. Fantastic customer service!

Customer service at its best.

Booked 2 x adult tickets to the National Botanic Centre in Wales via this site. When we arrived they had no record of the booking. They let us in anyway but that was after spending a lot of time at the check in desk and involving 3 different staff members, none of whom could find anything on their system. I posted a complaint on trustpilot and received both an email and a phonecall from staff at Love to Visit. They were brilliant, to be honest. It turned out to be an error at the Botanic Garden end. Staff there hadn't been briefed on using the Love to Visit bookings. Along with a full explanation and apology Love to Visit also gave me a voucher to use on my next booking through them, even though the misunderstanding wasn't their fault. How kind. I will definitely use their site again and would recomend anyone thinking of booking a visit through their site to do so. Best customer service ever.

Illuminate Ticket Allocation

I was trying to get tickets to Margam Park - Illuminate (on the day we wanted to go), I was expecting 0 availability. Their website showed that there were only 2 tickets available. I called up and spoke to Alice to see if there were more tickets available, she was very very helpful and checked the availability, she said there was nothing available. Before ending the call she said she would check with the bookings manager (Joe) when he arrived to work to double check availability and said she’d call back in 15 mins. 5 mins later I had a call back from Alice stating Joe had worked his magic and managed to secure us 4 tickets to Illuminate. Thank you so much to both Alice and Joe for going beyond with your great customer service. We will have 2 very happy children and 2 even more happier parents walking around Margam Park tonight

We visited Luminate at West Park in…

We visited Luminate at West Park in Wolverhampton on 15th December. Well laid out display with some interactive sections for children (and adults alike) to have fun experiencing. We went with our adult daughter and 6year old grandson who loved the different effects as we walked round specially the interactive parts. The only minor criticism we had was the lack of clear instruction of which entrance (nearest side street) we needed as there are many around the park as you can drive all around it. The signage that was put out was only partly on the outskirt of the park so not clear if you came in onto the road from the other side of the park.

Booked tickets to see War of the Worlds for London. Booked effortlessly with the company all good to go until the train strike extended the dates. Got in touch with Alice who went above and beyond. Kept me updated as it was Xmas and there was a delay with swapping the ticket dates. A pleasant experience with Lovetovisit

I had a pleasant experience with Lovetovisit. I had issues with the Merline pass but the customer service put every effort to make sure that I and my family can visit the attractions the day we planned for and made sure we have a smooth entry. Also, the price is much more affordable. Now I'm planning for another family day weekend activities and only checking Lovetovisit offers :)

Super customer service experience

I had booked a visit to the Van Gogh experience in Leicester but unfortunately, due to an injury was unable to attend. I called ‘Love to visit’ and spoke to Joe, who was incredibly polite and helpful and managed to liaise with the venue and arrange for a gift certificate so that I could rebook. Customer services exceptional, Great Comms & Big Savings!!!

Customer services exceptional, I booked a last minute five day passes for Euro Disney, however only 2 Adult tickets arrived and not the three child passes. I contacted customer services and between Ivan and Georgia it was immediately rectified, and it wasn't a fault of mine nor Lovetovisits...issue was with the suppliers!! Booked London theatre week tickets with them for such a low price for me and my friend. The overall booking experience was very smooth, although it took a few minutes for the ticket confirmation page to go through on a 5g network. I believe that's mainly because the website is in beta.

Got reduced price tickets which was…pleasing.

Got reduced price tickets which was good. However, due to illness the tickets had to be changed and this went well, also we were offered a refund. The ticket changes went smoothly but we didn’t receive the refund. However, after a phone call we received a voucher to use later. If we had received the voucher without having to chase it I would have given 5stars.

Disappointed

It was raining came all the way from Liverpool no animals about what so ever we did see the gorillas in the end but was so unhappy we only stayed in there for just over an hour and we asked about rainy day ticket and they said because we saved money ticket they wouldn’t do any think 🤔
