Bolsover Cruise Club specialises in pre-registrations for new cruise campaigns and as the Top UK Independent Agent for  P&O Cruises  for 30 consecutive years, our pre-registration process is the best in the business.

When new season programmes are due to go on sale in the near future, our Cruise Experts are able to offer Cruise Club Members the opportunity to pre-register. This means you can call us on  01246 819 819   before the programme goes on sale to discuss itineraries, pricing and cabin choices; we have all the information you need to make your  pre-registration , ready for your booking to be confirmed the minute systems open on the day itineraries go on sale. Alternatively just fill in the  P&O Cruises pre-registration form  and we will call you back to complete your booking as the phone lines can be busy when the itineraries are launched.

We will take details of your three  preferred cabin choices  and your dining preferences, plus your card details, before confirming on our systems the moment your chosen cruise goes on sale. Once confirmed, your Cruise Expert will advise you which cabin has been booked, before the booking is sent to our administration department for the usual documentation processes to be carried out.

Bolsover Cruise Club was recommended to me by good friends so I had high expectations… and they didn’t let me down. I’m going on my first ever cruise in September… on my own!! Knowledgeable staff are always available to assist with booking a cruise and provide advice about the various cruise lines. Email confirmation of a cruise booking is delivered promptly and it’s easy to make any changes,including possible cancellation,over the phone. Wouldn’t book a cruise with anyone else.

Different results from two different agents

The agent was very pleasant and mostly helpful but she said she couldn't see my standing re peninsular club with P&O and I would need to contact them. I tried several times without success. I then contacted another agent at Bolsover who very pleasant and knowledgeable she got my peninsular info straight away. Don't know why the first agent who took the booking couldn't have got the info.

Usual excellent service albeit we were not able to book exactly what we wanted but understand this was due to P&O not being able to provide couch travel from Birmingham Hopefully this will become available and we will be able to adjust our booking

24 Years of handling my bookings

I have been with Bolsover 24 years now and always book my cruises through them. They are always cheerful and helpful. Very efficient and handle my requests completely. A very professional company and I thoroughly recommend them for complete peace of mind.

Another faultless booking experience

Another faultless booking experience; this time pre-registering for a 2026 P&O cruise. Got our second choice cabin on a day when about 50 Bolsover agents were working flat out for so many of us!

The staff I have dealt with previously have always been efficient and friendly. They take ownership of a problem and follow it through. I would and have in the past recommended that anyone booking a cruise can't do better than using Bolsover Cruise.

Very efficient service!

We always rely on Bolsover Cruise Club for our bookings! So efficient from the start, particularly when we are on a waitlist for release of cruises, they have managed to secure our favoured cabin! Always able to answer queries very quickly. Highly recommend!

We always book our cruises through Bolsover due to the wonderfully friendly, efficient and hugely professional service they provide, so there was never any doubt we would book a Summer 2026 P&O cruise through them. They know cruising inside out, are incredibly knowledgeable and always give helpful advice. Jess was brilliant, getting us exactly the cabin we wanted.

Straight forward no nonsense booking procedure, no questions was unanswered. Great depth of knowledge for sound advice. Everything was explained with transparency and clarity. I keep using Bolsover Cruise Club for all my cruise bookings.

Excellent friendly service

Leigh was really friendly and explained it all very clearly for me. She even called back because I was just frying bacon when she rang, so left me time to eat my butty !! It was a painless and very easy process using this company.

Bolsover actually done the impossible…

Bolsover actually done the impossible and managed to get us a accessible cabin for4 people. We have often looked at this "2 stared wander" and commented how it would be our ideal accomodation(we have a vulnerable young adult in a wheelchair) A 2 bedded accessible and 2 bedded inside would also been ok as second choice but i know she prefers the one room despite the increased cost. Maria patiently worked out a eclipse cruise on For us on Britannia as i had assumed its new ports in Ibiza meant it was a eclipse cruise. However I quickly realised that on the 12th august it would be near Gibralter and not in the shadow zone so would need to change to the Ventura or consider a Icelandic cruise .We chose the Ventura as we prefer sunnier climes .We were quickly re-booked with 2 options and then had to wait..I was so surprised to hear from Maria on Thursday and pleased to actually have to pay a deposit. Amazing job Bolsover -to get it when so many other people would also be trying for it.

Friendly, helpful and efficient

I called regarding a 2026 cruise pre registration. We discussed prices and Bolsover arranged to call me the day hefore the release of the cruise. I spoke to them and agreed which cabins we were interested in. I received a msg on release say followed by a call to confirm the cruise was booked- our first choice cabin. I have since received all the paperwork. Staff st Bolsover are always very friendly, helpful and efficient.

We use BCC because they are reliable,competitive price wise and the staff are always upbeat and friendly.The last 2 traits are generally hard to come by when dealing with companies on the phone.I recently had a problem trying to get my credit card accepted to be able to print out my boarding pass.On each occasion of trying it was rejected but the same lady always called me back at an agreed time and was very positive that we would overcome this problem.I.T. problems occur from time to time as we all know,the fact is the problem was sorted with professionalism and in good cheer.These are the reasons why we have used BCC for 23 years.Thank you BCC

Your agent was very helpful but…

Your agent was very helpful but unfortunately it transpired that we were charged £60 more than we should have as the agent had not included the discount. Realising her mistake she called back very soon after the booking was made and advised us that she would inform the accounts department in order to rectify the issue. I am still waiting for the £60 to be credited back to my visa.

Online and Personal booking

Made an initial enquiry online for a callback regarding pre registration for a cruise on P&O Cruises, we had a call back within 5mins of first contact from Rose, who was absolutely brilliant, she made the registration and the booking easy and she achieved exactly what we wanted, We would highly recommend Bolsover nothing is too much trouble. I had a brief chat over messenger before I came to the shop. On arrival we met Isla. She was brilliant. She had a few cruises already from the chat we had had. When we had decided on one she was very knowledgeable in helping us choose our cabin etc. We were really happy with everything. She is actually looking for something for us for next year. Uncompetitive Cruise add ons

Very disappointed that the Sales team were unable to source a competitive price for flights, transfer and hotel for a cruise from Fort Lauderdale. Had a Cruise booked some time ago and was waiting for flight availablity but the price quoted was £2,500 more than I could arrange privately. Will not use again

Exclusive: Bolsover Cruise Club expands team as revenue soars

Bolsover Cruise Club has drastically expanded its Cruise and Stay team with an influx of staff and a new dedicated office space.

The department, which specialises in bespoke holidays for cruise customers, was established in 2019 with six members of staff, before initial plans to bolster the team were scuppered by the Covid-19 pandemic.

Now with a 19-strong workforce and a recent move to a new purpose-built office space at The Cruise Centre in Barlborough, the Cruise and Stay department has posted exponential growth figures.

Revenue is currently up 100% year-on-year, which the team intends to maintain over the next 12 months, and a dedicated administration and marketing outfit is now assisting the department in its future development.

The business, which said it is acutely aware of the “heavy” discounting often seen across cruise, has resolved to remain competitive against such plights while still providing “exemplary” levels of customer service.

Bolsover Cruise Club eyes further growth

The team is now eyeing further growth, which will include taking steps towards specialising in ultra-unique event cruises.

The company has also recruited Oliver Wilson, who will be responsible for identifying such gaps in the market and working with global providers to promote exclusive cruise and stay packages.

Managing director of Bolsover Cruise Club Michael Wilson said: “This is an exciting time for the development of our company. Cruise and Stay is undoubtedly our big success story; we have seen continued growth, and satisfaction levels among our customers are at a record high.”

Head of Cruise and Stay Katie Wilson added: “Our focus has always been to offer our customers better travel solutions, which when backed by our industry-leading customer service and support, places us in a strong position in today’s market.”
