We have the greatest customer service…

We have the greatest customer service support ever with this company! We ran out of time for booking reservations for a tour from Buenos Aires to Iguazú, and we contacted this company 2 days before the day we wanted to take the tour, as we only had 5 days left to return to our country. Daniela Martinez went above and beyond the expectations, which were very low at the time, and she helped us with our last minute request even working on her day off...after only 1 day, Daniela succesfully booked our trip including airline tickets, hotel reservations and transportation... We could've been happier with the services provided and we highly recommend anyone this company.

Argentina Travellers made true my dream

Argentina Travellers made true my dream of visiting La Patagonia. Noelia Ledesma listened to everything that I wanted and help me create the perfect vacation. She was caring and patient. The communication was great. She kept in touch even after she gave us our vouchers and itinerary. We also got an excellent offer that made our trip possible. They took care of flights, hotels, and created a great itinerary that included everything we wanted to see. I highly recommend building your trip with Argentina Travellers and of couse, with Noelia!

Memory for a lifetime!

Our trip to Iguazú was fabulous! A must for any traveler to Argentina and Angeles did an incredible job. Whether it was the original plan for a trip that had to be postponed or our trip this week, Angeles was the perfect travel agent. She was informative and always communicating with us. We couldn’t be more pleased.

Our experience with Argentina Travellers (Buenos Aires, Bariloche, Calafate)

Our experience with Argentina Travellers was very good; they were very punctual and friendly. All the services we used left us very satisfied. I want to highlight the perfect work of Diego Tomatis. He always had direct communication with us, was always aware of anything that was needed, and his suggestions were always very accurate. It's an honest company, a reliable agency that I highly recommend.

Best travel agency I have found

The Company and especially Mauricio are the best contact for any travel and travel assistance in Argentine. They are extremely caring and flexible and also have very competitive prices. They even helped us out on other problems independently if during week or weekend. For example Mauricio on a Saturday visited us in our apartment in order to bring us additional things we needed urgently. I am happy to have found that company.

Excellent vacations!

In a very short time, Luis Fernandez prepared a wonderful package to visit the southest part of Argentina. All the tours and flights were on time, the hotels that he searched for us were awsome and very near the touristic atractions and we had a really wonderful vacations. Thank you for all your attentions.

Excellent organisation and service.

I was looking for a short and intensive trip to the North of Argentina. In very short time they assembled Buenos Aires - Iguazú falls - Salta - Purmamarca for an excellent price-performance! The personal contact was great. He dealt with all questions during the whole stay. ¡Salinas Grandes is a MUST!

Awesome experience

We are a family of 16. The way Noelia organized the tours, the hotels and all the different aspects of our staying in Buenos Aires and Iguazú was perfect. Thank you Noelia for helping me and my family to have a wonderful and pleasant experience.

A wonderful experience!

We are from Costa Rica and before our first trip to Argentina, were referred to Argentina Travellers from a previous client of them. Since the beginning I trusted Mauricio Sandoval, he was more than patient with our questions and requirements and tried to accommodate us with all the wishes of where to go or not to go, and what to do or not do according to what we wanted. Everything we planned was perfect, puntual, well done and enjoyable. I strongly reccommend Argentina Travellers.

Greatest Tour in the South of Argentina

I did several tours in the south of Argentina and the organization was perfect. The communication with Silvana was super good and the information was very clear, I hadn’t problem with trips or the tours. The guides were very friendly and everything was on time and they gave us several recommendations for restaurants and tours to do.

SCAM- limited details without full Itinerary with times given…

The most unorganized and exhausting tour I have ever done in my life. The red flags started weeks ago before leaving when the agency could not provide a detailed day by day itinerary containing times, location names, etc. When asked to provide a detailed itinerary we were told they couldn’t provide one because each location would work through a new agency- it is utterly unprofessional and worrisome why they cannot coordinate with the agencies to be able to provide paying travelers the details of what they will be doing. Upon arrival we were told that our flights were changed around and that after our tango show ending at midnight, we would be picked up at 3AM to take a 6AM flight. When we expressed that this would not work with who coordinated everything for us, Noelia, she said that they could not do anything and even joked to us to stay awake and not get rest. We arrived around 9am in Iguazú and were told on the bus that pickup to go to the falls would be at 1pm. We felt a bit of relief thinking we would have at least a moment to rest. A different tour guide got on the bus that only spoke spanish and italian after SPECIFICALLY requesting an english speaking tour guide as we have some people on the group that cannot speak spanish. Thankfully after expressing that we requested someone who spoke english (the tour in Buenos Aires the day before again had only spanish speaking tour guides- when we booked and paid we were told they would be in english) a new guide came on. The new tour guide then proceeds to tell us that pick up is now 10:30AM leaving less than an 30 minutes at the hotel where rooms were not ready yet to head to Iguazú with over 24 hours of no sleep. When we expressed how uncomfortable and borderline inhumane this itinerary is the agency said there is nothing they can do. The point of going through an agency is for them to be able to do something about it. The drive from our hotel to Iguazú is about 30 minutes give or take- it took us 1 hour and a half because we were picking up other people from other hotels. We requested a private tour. It felt like we were on public transportation just picking people up- there was truly no difference than just taking the bus. The issue is that a private tour was requested and paid for. I have travelled to every country, seen so many beautiful corners of the world through agencies who really put their all in creating and catering a fun and enjoyable itinerary for travelers. This feels nothing short of a scam. For $2,000 US dollars one can absolutely travel on their own and feel more comfortable and experience a bit more luxury than through this agency. The hotels which were listed as 4/5 stars are 2/3 stars with mold visually growing on the ceilings to brown bacteria crusting the showers.

Fantastic experience k

I recently booked a tour with Argentina Travellers and the itinerary was well thought out and the arrangements were outstanding. The tour agent, Diego, was very professional and was always available to provide assistance whenever needed. The tour itself was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an enjoyable and memorable vacation in Argentina. The sights were breathtaking, and the activities were well-planned and executed. Overall, I am extremely pleased with their services, and I would not hesitate to recommend Argentina Travellers to anyone looking for a fantastic holiday experience!
