OTDC seems to be most preferred for Chilika lake tours as I learnt that the private tours cheat a lot or very expensive. The attitude of the staff is also very friendly and co-operative. One thing which is very disappointing is that when booking the tours offline, OTDC accept only cash! There is no alternative means of payments!!
