I am writing to you because I strongly feel that my travel agent, Giselle at Boca Express, deserves to be the recipient of gratitude, appreciation, praise and an effort "yo go above and beyond" the call of duty. In fact, when I received a telephone call from Giselle this mourning, and she was able to book the perfect cabin on The Crystal Round The World cruise, I was absolutely elated and grateful.  

On her day off, today, she made a telephone call to The Crystal Lines and was able to get me the Handicapped Room that I would need in order to travel. And then she called me.  I am so so happy that this lady went home and on her day off...was still working.  She took the time to think of me...and do work at home....for me...and then called  me as soon as she knew what she got for me!

In addition, so far, aall along the way, she has been aavailable and helpful; trying to make recommendations about varied issues that need to be decided when planning a Round The World Cruise; this is a 4-month decision, not an easy one.l

I would highly recommend Giselle as a very conscientious and caring person, a professional, who knows how to do her job and needs to let her know, by some INCENTIVE, how much she is appreciated by Travel Express.

Stacey F. has assisted us plan three trips to the Walt Disney World Resort in Florida since 2017.  Stacey is an AmEx “Travel Insider” for Disney Vacations, and it shows.  Stacey has a breadth of experience and intimate knowledge of Disney Resorts, Disney Parks, Disney Restaurants, and Disney Springs.  Over the course of each vacation, Stacey has consistently curated a magical and bespoke travel itinerary and daily plan for our family that emphasized our ideas of fun and made it easy to generate wonderful memories for all of us.  Stacey took the time to listen to our objectives for the vacation, gave us thoughtful suggestions for things to try, took our feedback and generated additional ideas, and walked with us each month as the vacation approached to adjust reservations, FastPasses, and other details.  She has also remembered little details important to our youngest travelers and was so kind to surprise them with wonderful (and unanticipated) treats in advance of the trips. 

The first two trips to Walt Disney World were outstanding and the memories have carried us between trips as we planned for the next one.  The third trip to Walt Disney World was scheduled for summer 2020.  Due to the global pandemic, the trip had to be canceled and Stacey handled all of that without any issues.  Stacey has already been visiting the Parks to research and keep current on everything new going on at the Parks, and we cannot wait to re-book the vacation with her help.  Stacey can be trusted to go above and beyond to set you up for a magical Disney experience.

Lori is always a tremendous help making any travel plans. She quickly navigates the myriad options to provide the best overall choice. Lori is quick to respond and is extremely proactive as well. Lori is the only call I make when planning any type of trip.

My husband and I have always used a travel agent.  Perhaps it's because when we began travelling years ago there was no internet.  You had to be a professional travel agent in order to use the special travel sites.

As internet increased access to information, we did try to do this on our own.  It seemed easy at first but with the onslaught of information and our increasing knowledge of what we wanted on a trip, it became tedious.  Too many sites, too much information and too many details to put together for success.

We met Stacey just as we were retiring about nine years ago, when she put together a destination wedding for a family member.  I had several conversations with her in the beginning and she immediately "got us".  She instinctively knew what we wanted and what we expected for our trips.

Subsequently, she has booked dozens of trips for us.  She is always available by phone or email even though we live states away from her office.  In each trip, she has made valuable suggestions and her input has made all our vacations special.

When my grandson had to have an emergency appendectomy when we docked in St. Maarten's, I called the emergency number.  Stacey's entire family got involved and made sure that we had everything we needed.  After we returned home, she filed all the travel insurance forms (ALWAYS GET THE INSURANCE!!!), and maintained communication with the company until we were fully reimbursed for our expenses.

And then came COVID-19!  We had two trips planned and Stacey made sure we were reimbursed and/or got the best deal for non-reimbursable deposits. She did it all!!  I just sat back and watched the money returned to my credit card.

We presently have a cruise scheduled (with fingers crossed) for October, 2021 and we are confident that if we need her to intervene, she will be there for us.

I met Lori Kenner through American Express.  She is a fellow England lover!  Before the pandemic got under way, she planned a most wonderful trip, including two tours: London and Manchester, besides a tour of England to coincide with a trip I would be making for an investment I had made.  As Covid ran rampant, Lori was "on the ball" to make sure everything was going to plan.  And, when it was obvious to all that this whole trip would have to be cancelled, Lori worked her magic wand and I was refunded all my payments, including the airline.  She did this all conscientiously, happily, and always emailed me with the progress.  She made something not so fun, a lot easier to deal with.  I have very good news that my investment is a play that will be planning to open in London in May.  You can be rest assured that when I have all the details, Lori will be the first person that I call to get this trip re-planned.  I do hope you know what a gem you have in Lori!!

Plans for travel have been challenging and disappointing in the present state of our world. But with that being said a great travel advisor like Lori Kenner has helped our spirits. We planned a trip not knowing if it would really happen. It was to be an Alaskan cruise. Lori helped map everything out from airlines to hotels before and after the cruise. We were hopeful but with everything going on we have to postpone this dream right now. Lori has gone above and beyond to make sure deposits are refunded or airlines credited for our peace of mind.

I’d like to take a few moments to discuss our experience with Carol Ann Liebman, our Preferred American Express Travel Advisor.

We knew, when we decided last year to book our very first trip to Italy, that we would ONLY call Carol Ann at the Boca Raton office. She had already helped friends of ours book their international trips, and they were all extremely happy with her.

This was to be the ‘trip of a lifetime’ and we scheduled it for this past May.

She worked diligently to book us on the best Mediterranean cruise, within our price range, at the best time, and with the most ‘benefits’. We were so excited!

Then Covid19 hit, and of course, the trip was canceled.

Carol Ann handled EVERYTHING. We didn’t have to do a thing! We were able to get most of our money back on tours, etc and we put the money on hold until she could book us on something else in the future...

We are now booked for 2021, on an even better itinerary, and really looking forward to, hopefully, going. But we also know that if Covid19 continues to be an international problem, we have Carol Ann to advise us and take care of of ALL our travel arrangements.

Lori Kenner was a lifesaver when we had to cancel our family vacation to Japan this past summer.  She helped us pull together the vacation of a lifetime -- down to the last detail.  We knew that there was a good chance that the trip could be cancelled due to COVid, and sadly that's what happened. However, thanks to Lori's know-how and attention to detail, we purchased insurance that protected us and were able to cancel  the trip with next-to-no loss. What a relief since this particular vacation required a lot of pre-payments.

We hope to visit Japan when it is safer.  Without a doubt, we will be working with Lori again and using the amazing itinerary she helped us design the first time around. 

Her patience, professionalism and travel planning experience really made all the difference -- especially during this crazy time.  We will be working with Lori and Boca Express Travel for every trip we plan from this point forward.

Giselle Landau is amazing!! She booked me for a trip to Hawaii, making recommendations and suggestions about so many things -- things to make this a wonderful trip that I never would have thought of. We love to travel. Sometimes I make some of my own arrangements.  However, most of our travel planning has been with Lori Kenner and Boca Express Travel.  We’ve been using Lori for almost 20 years. 

Using a Vacation Travel Specialist ,especially since the Covid crisis, is essential. With travel plans being interrupted and cancelled,  Lori has given us outstanding customer service, not only during the planning stages, but in following the pandemic and figuring out whether to wait,  the best time to cancel and making sure we got appropriate refunds and credits.  During this tough time when her income was severely impacted, she continued to put the time in to help us get our money back. 

Over the years, even when travel went smoothly, Lori had essential information regarding airlines, hotels, car services and things to do. She has so much hands on experience from her own travels and a wealth of information to draw on. As a result, we’ve taken some wonderful trips, stayed in some fantastic places and made happy memories with very few hiccups. And even when there were some problems, I was able to get in touch with Lori and get her advice. As a result, we were able to get compensation immediately and for the future as well. 

During the pandemic, Lori has continued to help us dream about traveling again.  Through wonderful zoom presentations, we can think about some places on our bucket list and add new ones.  We are excited about some future travel plans and are confident that if we need to be flexible, Lori will see us through any  necessary postponement or cancellation. 

I planned a trip with Giselle at Boca Express Travel and it was so fantastic that I had to post a review (which I never do). First off, I initially booked a trip to a different destination but then Hurricane Irma devasted that location and many others which caused some havoc. Giselle was the first person to step up, take care of all thoughts and concerns and find me another location for me and my group. She was able to rebook 14 of us within 2 months of travel to the most unbelievable place I've ever stayed--Silent Waters Villa in Montego Bay, Jamaica. Upon showing up, we were greeted by our amazing host Jean who ensured our whole stay would be FANTASTIC. The views and accommodations were incredible. You are on top of a huge hill with one side overlooking the beach and the other side overlooking the jungle. It has the most breathtaking tennis court right next to the helipad. The staff was unbelievable. We had a chef (Marlon) the whole time who cooked 5 star, gourmet meals, a server (Michael) deliver them with class, a bartender (David) who was second to none, and countless of other landscapers, maids, butlers, etc. that really made the trip amazing. This place exceeded our expectations by a mile and I'd be happy to recommend Silent Waters....and Giselle at Boca Travel Express....to EVERYONE. You have to see this place to fully understand how fantastic it is.

Thanks for your help with the cruise I am taking with our son and his family.  I was hoping to have some savings, but I did know how much as it is hard to do a comparison.  When I found that the total cost of the original cruise was over $10,300 at first , I was somewhat shocked, but with your help we were able to reduce that amount to $7,442.

The savings will help us to pay for some of the air tickets.  I know that this is a very busy time for people taking kids on a cruise as it is just the start of summer vacation and the prices would be high, but again with your help the price became somewhat reasonable.

It is for this reason and the efforts you put into helping members of my family that have taken my recommendation and used sailed with your help that I keep recommending you to others.

He related to each and every one of us with understanding, respect, sensitivity and at the same time with a good sense of  humor . He is a friend that we will keep forever.

I can't leave behind the driver Eitan whom became part of the family as well.

I am glad Albert my son finally made it with the girls, and I promised Rafi we will come back.

With this trip my grandkids received the best lesson they could get in order to strengthen their identity as Jews, they fell in love with The land and now they truly know they are part of Am Israel.  Thank you Ronit for helping us as grandparents accomplish this mission in our lives.

So far everything is beyond my wildest expectation. We were upgraded to beautiful Old City View Rooms, Mordi is amazing and already tweaking the trip to better fit our needs, Chakra gave us so much stuff on the house we could have rolled down the hill back to the Hotel and even the flight was an hour early! The David Citadel is so nice that my sister said this was a hotel my Father would stay at, and he only stayed at the best places when he traveled. 

I don't want to jinx it nor do I like hyperbole but if things keep going this well I would have to rank this as one of my best trips.

Hi Linda,   I wanted to send you an email to let you know what a fantastic honeymoon Eric and I had. Everything at Sandals was wonderful, from the moment we arrived at the airport.

Our private transportation was definitely a plus-We began our travels to the airport at 3:00 am, so having our own air-conditioned private car for the hour and a half ride was wonderful. Thank you for that!   Upon check-in for our butler suite, rather than standing in line, we were brought into a lounge and given cocktails, while a consultant checked us in and took care of our bags. Once we finished our drinks, our butler came to greet us and take us to our very nice duplex suite with a water view. He showed us around the room (along with the stocked bar) and gave us tips on dining, restaurants, attire etc. He also gave us a cell phone to use in the event we wanted anything from him.   The food was very good, and we found the best food was at the restaurants that required reservations (I suggest making them early in the trip as the restaurants fill up). One of our favorite experiences was the “Joe Knows” tour. It was a speedboat ride & tour of the island, along with a visit to the mud baths, a dip in a waterfall, a creole lunch, snorkeling and plenty of rum punch- we had a blast!   We would highly recommend using the complimentary shuttle service to visit the other Sandals resorts on the island, for pool time and dinner- it was nice to get out and see some different places and eat at new restaurants on our trip. They are also very accommodating with making reservations coincide with bus schedules, which is always nice!   All & all, we had an amazing time, which we will cherish always. Thank you for your constant guidance, advice and recommendations. We would have been lost without you and your team! You made all of our travel plans seamless and took the guesswork out of everything. Here are some pictures from Dublin.  Can't thank you enough for finding a place for us. We had a great time.  Sara and Anna were so stimulated by city life.  They were fantastic the entire trip.  Sal and I were so happy to be able to expose our girls to a European city at such an early age, and we were especially happy that we were able to enjoy the city ourselves.  You've been planning my European trips for years, so you know how much I love Europe.  I'm so happy that having children doesn't have to be the end of my trips but rather a more meaningful trip with my family.

The 5 1/2 hour plane ride there was bearable.  The 7 hours on the way home was a little tougher but not too bad.  We had to give Sara a pacifier for the trip--it worked.  (She's been off the pacifier for a few months now, but it made the trip worthwhile for her to have her binky back.)  You do what you have to do to make the trip go as smoothly as possible :)

These pictures were from Trinity College, Grafton Street, the Wicklow Mountain-Glendalough day tour, St. Stephens Green, and the National Gallery of Ireland.  I also included pictures of the apartment for you.

We also went to Christ Church Cathedral and Dublinia, passed by St. Patrick's Cathedral and Dublin Castle, Jameson Distillery (did the tour through there), had a guided tour of Trinity College, lunch in pubs, dinner at some finer restaurants, high tea at Shelbourne Hotel.

Even though we had two little ones with us, there was nothing that we couldn't do.  We were welcome everywhere.  The people went out of there way to make room for us, the kids, and the stroller.

Thanks again for making this trip happen.

Myra and I had the most wonderful and best cruise we could ever imagine. We can't thank you enough for the terrific arrangements that you made for us. The accommodations you made for us on the ship were just perfect. I am going to recommend you to my friends who are planning trips and cruises.

WOW-we are loving this hotel and am sure you will too!!

The location and the grounds are spectacular.  The rooms are cavern-like. We are in room 35 with ocean views from the terrace, sitting room, bed and bathrooms. Have not had dinner here but the breakfast was great. Plenty of other restaurants within walking distance. Tour today was very good as guide was top notch.  If you have a chance to get to St. Paul de Vence.....that was the highlight. Very old city, yes with shoppes, but not the touristy stuff :-).   One more week to go, will have photos and full report when we return. Thanks so very much for your part in making this adventure a reality!!
