Important Expert Travel Tips for Chardham:-

• While visiting Hindu mythological sites, shrines and temples, one should remove shoes and cover head with a piece of cloth before entering the Holy Place.
• Do carry your personal daily use products toiletries,  creams, moisturizers, sunscreen etc.
• Pack a medical kit with painkillers, antibiotics, cough lozenges, Antiseptic cream, Iodine, tube-squeeze cream and medicines for cold and fever. Carry your routine medicines, as you might find only limited and general medicine at such remote locations.
• Carry dark chocolates, dry fruits, Glucose (Glucon D), toffees. They will provide your instant energy during the trekking and during long jams.
• It can rain anytime here, so it is mandatory to carry an umbrella and raincoat along with your rain shoes.
• To protect yourself from the cold winds here, carry a windcheater, woolen socks, monkey caps and a muffler. These will enable you to withstand the chill that comes with wind on the upper Himalayan region.
• When asking for directions, speak to shopkeepers, not pedestrians. Check with at least two persons or more.
• Do not take pictures if cameras are not allowed in any particular area. Do not play with the sentiments of any particular religion.
• At least a month before the Yatra, it is advisable to start preparatory exercises for the trip 4 months in advance.
• Though self-managed tours happen to be economical, it is advisable for your Chardham yatra to go for a guided tour arranged by an expert local travel agent.
• Carry extra batteries and films for your camera, as electricity is not regular in such remote places.
• Avoid traveling in the rainy season as there are a lot of landslides during that time.
• Book your trip well  in advance if you are travelling close to the temple opening dates, there is a heavy rush of pilgrims. 
• Alcohol or non-vegetarian food is not permitted during Char Dham Yatra Tour.
• Drink packaged water or boiled water only.
• Accommodation Expectation: The provided hotels are of a standard Category unless you have booked Deluxe / Luxury package. Expect Basic Home stay / Guest houses in Kedarnath.
• Meals Exceptions: We provided Breakfast and Dinner to our guests it will be basic Indian vegetarian meals (We do not offer any meals in Kedarnath)
• From Sonprayag to Gaurikund our vehicles are not allowed and hence one has to go with Union Taxi by paying 40-50 Rupee Person one way.
• Be prepared for changes in itinerary 
• Do not fall victim of fraud travel agents 
• Do not negotiate hard with your travel agents as it may hamper your service quality, as the offered prices are prepared keeping in mind quality of services.

Train Connectivity: Rishikesh, Haridwar and Dehradun are well connected to major cities of India by Railway Network. 

Air Connectivity: Jolly Grant Airport, Dehradun. Helicopter service to Kedarnath and Badrinath is available from Delhi, Dehradun, Phata, Augustmuni and Gauchar near Rudraprayag and Jollygrant Airport Dehradun.

If self-driving in Uttarakhand during Chardham

• Always keep your vehicle on left side of the Road.
• Use Horn at curves on hills, never overtake the overtaking vehicle.
• One should not drive more than 8 hours a day in hilly region.
• Avoid driving after sunset, as it is not allowed in hilly area of Uttarakhand.
• Use shoes instead of slippers while driving.
• Check your Brakes and Hand Brakes before starting journey.
• Check the Headlights, Break light and Parking lights of your vehicle.
• Always give way to uphill vehicles.
• Keep your vehicle's valid documents with you to avoid inconvenience.
• Before journey, make sure that fuel tank of your vehicle is full; in case of landslides you might have to take alternate long routes.
• Ensure to refuel, where ever easily you get chance, during season there might be long queues in Petrol Pumps at main stations.
• Carry first aid box with you.
• Do not drink and drive.
• In case of traffic jam, park your vehicle at the end of the queue. If you initiate a parallel queue, the traffic from other side might force you to drive in reverse gear, till you reach again at end of the original queue. And you may find it very difficult to drive long in reverse gear on a hilly road.
• Do not compete with local vehicles/drivers. They know the terrain very well.

Day 01: Dehradun - Kedarnath - Badrinath – Dehradun.

Attraction:

• Morning take off from Sahastradhara helipad in Dehradun by 07:15 AM to Phata/ Sersi helipad.
• Due to Government regulations guests are to be shifted to shuttle helicopter from same helipad to fly to Kedarnath.
• Upon arrival at Kedarnath helipad walk till Mandir which is about 300 mts from helipad. VIP darshan slips at the temple are arranged for you to have a special puja. Post Darshan fly to Phata/Sirsi & fly to Badrinath by 10 AM.
• Upon arrival at Badrinath helipad transfer to the temple by Car for VIP Darshan & Post Darshan youare transferred to the helipad to commence return journey to Dehradun by 1 PM. end of Holy Yatra upon arrival at Dehradun heliport.

Terms & Conditions

• Flying is subject to Full Load in Helicopter i.e. 5/6 Person on seat basis flying.
• Covid-19 Guidelines will be applicable as per the Government of Uttarakhand.
• Flying in hills are subject to many factors like delayed clearances from Air Force & Civil Aviation, VVIP movements, valley flying by Indian Air Force (NOTAM), bad weather, sudden occurrence of technical.
• Snag in helicopter, illness of flying crew or late reporting of the guests at the helipads it may be plusminus 2 hours.
• Any passenger weighing above 80 Kg, shall have to pay extra weight charges @ INR 250/kg for the excess weight, toward the extra weight charges shuttle service at Sersi on direct payment basis.
• Our company shall not be liable for any medical emergency on the ground to the party. Therefore, in your own interest, guests are hereby advised to kindly consult a doctor and get medical checkup done, before commencing the yatra. Medical check-up is mainly required if a guest has any medical suffering/condition.
• Any donations, tips, pitthu and porter charges shall be borne by the guests only.

Carriage By Air Act, 1972

The liability of the company for damage sustained in the event of the death or wounding of a passenger or any other bodily injuiry suffered by passenger or by his registered baggage during the course of carriage by air will be governed by the provisions of sections 4,5,6 and the rules contained in the second Schedule of Carriage by Air Act 1972 with certain exceptions, adaptations, modifications, etc as notified in the Govt. of India, Ministry of Civil Aviation Notification and as amended from time to time.

• Infant below 2 years/12 kg are carried free of charge. In case of verification of age, ID proof/birth certificate of the child shall be checked. 
• Hand Baggage Allowance only one handbag weighing a maximum of 5 kgs is allowed per passenger. 
• Helicopter Weight Limtation Passengers would be taken on board depending up on the load and temperature conditions. Pilots call will be final. Maximum weight capacity of the helicopter is 420 kg (excluding baggage weight) at these destinations. All passengers on board must be within this limit. Hence, passengers are advised to provide us their exact weights at the time of booking and carry baggage within the permissible limit.
• Disputes as to legality, interpretation, application or performance of service or any of its terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Dehradun Jurisdiction. 
• Payment Terms the booking has to be done in advance with a deposit of 50% of the charter amount. Full amount has to be deposited 7 days prior to date of journey. Rescheduling of booking to a next date will be done subject to availability and on payment of 10% of the cost. This will be permitted only if informed 10 days before arrival date. In case the rescheduling is requested with less than 10 days to the arrival, then the booking would be treated as cancelled and a fresh booking will be given subject to availability.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

If passengers wish to cancel their booking then they will have to pay following cancellation chargesMore than 15 days before the departure date — 30% of total charter amount.

• Between 08th to 15th day before departure date — 50% of total charter amount.
• Up to 07th day before the departure date — No Refund.
• No show – No Refund.
• Bad weather – Full refund toward the proportionate amount of the unutilized sector(s)/Flying , minus INR 20,000 toward the flight preparation and ground arrangement charges.

Bookings will be accepted, only on acceptance of the above-mentioned terms and conditions by the guests. In case of bookings through a tour operator/travel agent, the same shall be applicable.

Badrinath & kedarnath darshan, brief program, details program.

The Do Dham yatra of Badri Kedar will start off from Sahastradhara helipad in Dehradun at 7 am in the morning. All the passengers are expected to arrive at least an hour prior to the time of departure so that your ground formalities are completed and the chopper leaves with you on time.

Your first destination will be the helipad near Kedarnath which can be either Phata, Sitapur, Sersi or Guptkashi. On reaching one of these many Helipads you will then be transferred to another shuttle that will fly you to the Kedarnath Helipad which is just about 500 metres away from the main entrance of the temple. After landing near the temple, your ground staff will help you to do darshan and pooja at the Kedarnath Temple via a VIP darshan pass which enables you to skip the crowd and offer your darshan in person. passengers are advised to finish darshan within 1.5 hrs, as weather at Kedarnath remains quite uncertain. By around 10 am you will be flown off to Badrinath from Kedarnath helipad commencing the 2ndleg of the 1 day 2 Dham yatra of Badri Kedar by helicopter. After a memorable journey of around half an hour to 45 minutes you will be made to land at the helipad near the temple of Badrinath.

The helipad is just around 1 km from the main entrance of the temple. A taxi service will be provided for you to transfer you from the helipad to the main temple entrance. Our ground staff in Badrinath will assist you with the pooja and darshan rituals via a VIP darshan pass. After the completion of your pooja darshan at Badrinath, you will be made to head back to the place where you started at the Sahastradhara Helipad in Dehradun, By 2 pm the journey will come to an end following your drop off at the Dehradun helipad.

• Infant below 2 years / 12kg are carried free of charge. In case of verification of age, ID proof/birth certificate of the child shall be checked. Children above the age of 2 years will be considered full ticket.

Baggage Allowance

• Only one handbag (Soft Bags/duffle bags) weighing maximum 5 kg is allowed per passenger, there is very limited space for luggage in the helicopter. Trollies are not strictly not allowed.

Helicopter Weight Limitation

• Total passenger weight should not exceed over 350 Kgs for 05 Passengers and 420 for 06 Passengers. Passengers would be taken on board depending up on the load and temperature conditions. Pilots' calls will be final. Beyond the said weight limit the flight won’t be able to take off and your journey will be cancelled effective immediately with no refund. it is vital for you to provide us with the right & exact weight to avoid such situation.
• Guests have to MANDATORILY submit their correct weights at the time of booking. If any change in weight found at the time of their travel, from the submitted weights, which may lead to exceeding of our aircraft weight carrying capacity, guest(s) would be deboarded & cancelled for the heli-tour, without any refund.
• Overweight charges would be charged to guests who are above 75 kg weight. The reason for the same is that we operate at very high-altitude terrain, where the weight carrying capacity of the aircraft is only 420 kg. Hence, due to overweight passengers, we lose seats in our shared flights. Overweight charges are applicable at INR 1800 per Kg.
• Weighing in at the time of boarding the helicopter is a must. Please ensure the body weight that has been shared is correct and accurate, as any change or increase in body weight shall be a hassle for the guest at the time of flying, or the guest might get deboarded or restricted due to the aircraft carrying limit with no refund.
• There is no restriction for clothing while you enter in Temple as such. you can wear anything you wish. ladies can wear Salwaar Kameez, track pants etc.
• It is advised to you to reach Dehradun a day prior to the commencement of your journey, since the helicopter will be boarded early in the morning around 6 AM.
• In order to avoid any unforeseen circumstances (like weather change or some sort of an operational or technical issues) which may be an unfortunate cause for your delay, it would be wise for you to book return flight or train tickets for next day (keep at least one additional day in hand). No compensation will be provided if any flight/train or any other things missed out.
• All temples in Chardham are located in high altitude areas. Passengers are advised to kindly keep their daily-use medical kits with them, during travel.

Guidelines For Passengers

• Carrying of AADHAR CARD is must for all Indians, whereas passport is required for foreign nationals.
• It is advisable for passengers to carry a medical and first aid kit since all these Dham sites are located at an extremely high altitude which may cause illness to some passengers.
• Passengers are also advised to get a full body checkup done 3-2 months prior to the Yatra in order to assure sound health conditions.
• It is advised for the passengers to carry a small oxygen bottle in case of emergencies. These bottles are locally available in all medical shops.
• Although warm and pleasant during the day, Badrinath Dham experiences freezing temperature during night. Ensure you carry some heavy woolen clothing like down jackets, sweaters and shawls and accessories like woolen gloves, socks and mufflers.
• All passengers undertaking this yatra should be medically and physically fit.
• Overweight charges would be charged to guests who are above 75kg weight. The reason for the same is that we operate at very high-altitude terrain, where the weight carrying capacity of the aircraft is only 420 kg. Hence, due to overweight passengers, we lose seats in our sharing flights. Overweight charges are applicable at INR 1,500 per Kg. This will be decided on a day before the date of Journey. Term and Conditions

• There is no provision of concession to children or senior citizens.
• We reserve the right to postpone the timings of flying subjected to weather, operational or technical issue.
• Weighing at the time of boarding the helicopter is a must, since the company shall not allow boarding in case the total weight exceeds the weight limitation of the helicopter. And, due to the same reason, in case of more than 01 available aircraft, we reserve the right to shuffle passengers between different groups to manage the right weight of helicopters for safe flying in the hills.
• While changing the helicopter at Kedarnath or Guptkashi/Phata/sitapur the waiting time is between 10 mins to 3 hrs. depending on Shuttle slots / weather conditions or technical reasons or ground situations.
• Rescheduling of booking to a next date will be done subject to availability and on payment of 10% of the cost. This will be permitted only if applied 7 days before journey date. In case the rescheduling is requested with less than 7 days to the journey then booking will be treated as cancelled and a fresh booking will be given subject to availability.
• If due to any reasons beyond our control like bad weather conditions, flood, Pandemic, riots, political unrest, bandhs, or any other natural or man-made misfortunes, program will have needed to be changed or extended. The additional expenditure for the same will have to be borne by the passengers directly.
• In case of charter getting cancelled due to bad weather or any other reasons on the date of your travel, the booking will not be revalidated for the next day. Refund as per the refunds/cancellations policy, with no further obligation of Company whatsoever. Any kind of inconvenience caused because of cancellation of flights is beyond the control of the operator. No compensation, reimbursement or arrangements shall be offered in the event of cancellation of a flight.
• Our company shall not be liable for any medical emergency on the ground to the party. Therefore, in your own interest, guests are hereby advised to kindly consult a doctor and get medical check-up done, before commencing the yatra. Medical check-up is mainly required if a guest has any medical suffering/condition.
• In case the journey is not finished within the stipulated time and passengers are not able to visit one or more Dhams due to bad weather conditions/technical reasons then the company will try to visit all places within the stipulated time. Although if this is not possible then the liability of the company will be limited to refund of unutilised sector/s.
• 100% refund shall be applicable in case the entire tour gets cancelled due to any Force Majeure reason, minus flight preparation charges of INR 2,500 Per Person Per Sector and any additional services provided to guests.
• Where bad weather, technical snags or any force majeure reason beyond company control results in the cancellation of the flight being delayed or cancelled, Company will not be liable in any way for the cancelled or delayed flight. However, refund will be given to clients as per the refunds policy. Any kind of inconvenience caused because of cancellation of flights is beyond the control of the operator. No compensation or reimbursement for accommodation, transportation, meals or any other travel expenses done by the guests shall be offered in the event of cancellation of a flight.

Disputes, if any, are to be settled by Courts in Dehradun who will have the Jurisdiction in this regard

Morning drive to Sonprayag, Trek start from Sonprayag to Kedarnath (3584 mts) on foot or on by pony / Doli. Tour members should carry personal medicines, heavy woolen, tolietteries and clothes for an overnight halt at Guptkashi. Check in Hotel. Later visit Kedarnath Temple. and overnight stay .

Gaurikund: At a distance of 5 kms from Sonprayag and at an altitude of 1982 meters, one can take bath in the hot water pond here and visit the Gauri Temple. This is the place where Goddess Parvathi meditated to attain Lord Shiva. It is the base for a trek to Kedarnath.

Kedarnath : The Kedarnath shrine, one of the 12 jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva, is a scenic spot situated, against the backdrop of the majestic Kedarnath range. Kedar is another name of Lord Shiva, the protector and the destroyer. According to legend, the Pandavas after having won over the Kaurava in the Kurukshetra war, felt guilty of having killed their own brothers and sought the blessings of Lord Shiva for redemption. He eluded them repeatedly and while fleeing took refuge at Kedarnath in the form of a bull. On being followed he dived into the ground, leaving his hump on the surface. The remaining portions of Lord Shiva appeared at four other places and are worshipped there as his manifestations. The arms appeared at Tungnath, the face at Rudranath, the belly at Madhmaheshwar and his locks (hair) with head at Kalpeshwar. Kedarnath and the four above-mentioned shrines are treated as Panch Kedar. and later back to Guptakashi by Trek/Helicopter . Overnight stay at Guptkashi Hotel.

Drive to Badrinath after having a bath in the Taptkund have the Darshan of Badrivishal. Brahamakamal is significant for Pinddan Shraddh of ancestors (Pitrus). Later drive back to Rudraprayag via Joshimath and auli sightseeing . Joshimath is situated on the slopes above the confluence of Alaknanda and Dhauliganga. Of the four ‘Maths’ established by Adi Shankaracharya, Joshimath is in the Badrinath to Joshimath and installed in the temple for people to worship. There are many temples in the township most important is the temple of Nir Singh in commotion of Lord Vishnu. The left arm of this deity is with time and the popular belief holds that the day the the arm completely withers Badrinath valley will cease to exist and the Gods will transfer the residence into the neighboring Niti Valley at Bhavishya Badri. Joshimath is connected by regular bus service to Rishikesh, Haridwar, Badrinath and many other centres in the region. and overnight stay hotel .

First Half of Day 1: Kedarnath Dham

Our handler will take you to the Sehastradhara Helipad from the hotel after having breakfast. From there, you will be taken to Sirsi helipad, and you have to wait for almost half an hour or 1 hour due to Shuttle slots and adverse climatic conditions. En route, you will see a magnificent view of the Himalayas and lush green trees from above. Meanwhile, while you will be lost in the divine beauty of this place, we will reach the Kedarnath helipad from Sirsi helipad .

Kedarnath temple is almost 500 meters away and 15- minutes of walking distance. You can go to Kedarnath by pith or pony or walk from the Kedarnath helipad to Kedarnath temple. You will get almost 2 hours for VIP Darshan and Jal Abhishek at Kedarnath temple; we will provide this facility.

After darshan at Kedarnath temple, you will go back to the Kedarnath and helipad, and from there, we will go to the land of Vishnu, Badrinath Dham.

First Half of Day 2: Badrinath Dham

The second half of your Do Dham yatra by helicopter will start when you leave for Badrinath Dham from Kedarnath Dham. After arriving at Badrinath Dham , You will have lunch at the hotel and head for Darshan at Badrinath temple. Feel the soothing chants and Cool breeze as you reach the beautiful destination, Badrinath temple, for VIP Darshan and Special puja. • Three choppers will fly on the same day for the Chardham yatra. We may adjust passengers according to their body weight.
• At Kedarnath shuffle, Rs 200 per kg will be charged extra if the passenger’s weight is more than 80 kg.
• When changing the helicopter at Kedarnath or Guptkashi, the waiting time is between 10 mins to 3 hrs. Depending on shuttle slots/weather conditions or technical reasons.
• Passengers may be divided into two groups while changing the helicopter at Kedarnath/Guptkashi shuttle, depending on their body weight.
• Properties on tour are 3 to 4-star category except for Yamunotri as it is a remote or rural area.
• The weight of the total passenger should not be more than 450 kg.
• All passengers will be taken to all the helipads at least 1 hour prior to the departure time. In this case, sometimes, you may have to wait at the government helipad.
• Share your actual and exact body weight at the time of registration. We will check your weight before flying, and it shouldn’t be more than what you have informed us. The company have full rights to de-board a passenger in case the actual body weight exceeds the weight given by passengers. Kindly don’t share any assumed body weight.

According to the aviation department, only 6 people can sit in a helicopter, and the maximum weight of each passenger should be 72 kg; your weight will be measured before the take-off, and if we find more than the standard weight, you can be prevented from boarding the helicopter, in that case, you can contact us and get advice.Also, the maximum capacity of a helicopter is 430 kg, which does not include passenger baggage, and a passenger can carry only 5 kg maximum weight with him.

Any type of flying is challenging in mountainous areas, sometimes in case of bad weather, busy air traffic, and passenger illness, the helicopter may be delayed or other unforeseen events may also occur, so passengers should be prepared for any such situation. Although adequate safety gear is provided by the crew, the passengers will have to keep their preparations complete.

For all the services contracted, a certain advance payment should be made to hold the booking, on a confirmed basis & the balance amount can be paid before your departure from your country or after your arrival to India as mutually decided between team management and guests. Management personnel hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as advance payment, based on the nature of the service & the time left for the commencement of the service. Apart from the above in some cases like Special Train Journeys, hotels or resort bookings during the peak season (X-Mas, New Year), full payment is required to be sent in advance (as specified in your tour proposal).

Mode of Payment for FIT (Frequent Individual Travelers):

• 30% of the amount-confirmation of the order
• 70% of the amount – Day 1 of the tour.

Mode of Payment for GIT (Groups Independent Travelers):

• 50% of the amount – confirmation of the order
• 50% of the amount – One month earlier of the tour starting date.

The overseas advance payment can be made through Wire Transfer to our Bank or by Credit Card.

• 75 days to 60 days preceding the starting date of the tour: NO RETENTION will be charged.
• 60 days to 45 days preceding the starting date of the tour: 30% of package cost will be charged as Retention.
• 45-35 days preceding the starting date of the tour: 50% of package cost will be charged as Retention.
• 35-0 days preceding the starting date of the tour: 100% of the package cost will be charged as retention.
• 25% of the total tour cost for each unutilized travel sector (Dham), minus INR

1 Day 1 : Dehradun pickup to Sersi/Phata & Overnight Stay

Meet and greet at Dehradun Airport and then start your journey to Sersi/ Phata via Devprayag and Rudraprayag. En route, you can have the view of the Mandakini river at Tilwara, and also visit the Narishwar temple in Guptkashi. On arrival at Sersi/ Phata, you will check into the hotel. After getting fresh and relaxed, have your dinner in the Hotel only. End your day by an overnight stay in a Hotel.

2 Day 2 : Sersi/ Phata to Gaurikund Gaurikund to Kedarnath By Trek (17 km) & Overnight in Kedarnath

Wake up and enjoy your spiritual morning in the lap of nature. Get refreshed and get ready to visit the one holy shrine among the four holy shrines of Uttarakhand. Now, drive towards Sonprayag and from Sonprayag you will have to hire a local taxi to reach Gaurikund and from there, a 17 km trek starts to reach Kedarnath. You can reach the Kedarnath temple by Pony/ Doli etc. After performing prayers in the temple you will be transferred to the hotel/Ashram at Kedarnath. Get refreshed and have your dinner in a hotel/Ashram. Overnight stay at the hotel/Ashram.

3 Day 3 : Kedarnath to Sersi/ Phata

The next morning after attending morning aarti at Kedarnath temple, you will be returning back to the hotel/Ashram for breakfast. After having breakfast you will be checking out of the hotel/Ashram. Then you will trek down to Gaurikund and from there you will hire a local taxi to Sonprayag. From Sonprayag you will be picked up and will be transferred to the hotel at Sersi. Your dinner and overnight stay will be at Sersi.

4 Day 4 : Sersi/ Phata to Dehradun Departure

The last day of your tour has already begun. Get refreshments and have your breakfast in the hotel only. Now it’s time to pack all your stuff and check out from the hotel. You will be derived back to Dehradun. Here you will be dropped with the sweet memory of your trip for your onward journey.

Once, the guest is satisfied and gives us the confirmation of the tour we request you to transfer the booking amount mentioned in the below format in any of our bank accounts.

The right to change amend or modify the itinerary of the tour at any time. We will notify you with such changes in prior over the phone or through the mail or the best communication method available at that point of time. Those changes may occur due to situations beyond our control like weather problems, cancellations of trains, flights, and political unrest, etc. We will try our best to keep the tour unchanged. However, any compensation or any refund due to such changes will not be paid by us.

Hotel Bookings

Hotel bookings are made by us on behalf of our customers. We are having a tie-up with many hotels. Although all rates are updated on our website, still there are chances that the rates of Hotels may go up/down. Sometimes rates of the hotel are hiked during long weekends and during festive seasons. It is better that you confirm the rates before making an online payment over the mail. The quality of the room, amenities or meals which are displayed in photos on hotel websites may vary. Booking of the rooms on the same floor/adjacent rooms/ non-smoking rooms in any hotel is not guaranteed. The right to change the pre-booked hotel or the category of rooms is reserved, anytime during the tour due to overbooking of a hotel, blocking of the sewage, electricity/water failure, etc.

Check-in/ Check-out times of Hotel / Resorts may vary from city to city. please check these timings before making the booking. Early check-in and late checkout will be charged extra and are subject to the availability of the rooms. Policies for accommodating children and for extra beds may vary from hotel to hotel.

Vehicle Bookings

Vehicles are booked on behalf of our customers. We aim to provide the best available vehicle with the best services to our clients. The costs of diesel/petrol prices, interstate taxes, vehicle maintenance cost, toll & taxes, etc are beyond our control. Rates displayed on our website are eligible for change at any time without any prior notice.

The pre-booked vehicle can be changed to a similar category of vehicle in case of non-availability of the pre-booked vehicle.

Air-conditioned, as well as non-air-conditioned vehicles are booked as per request. If the air conditioner stops working due to technical fault at any time during the tour will not be our responsibility. No refund or change in the vehicle will be made in between the trip unless the vehicle is not in the condition to go further.

Amendments or changes after booking

If you wish to do amendments or change the prior booking, you have to inform us in writing on mail.

Amendment or changes in any booking will be treated as a new booking and will be subject to availability at that time and the additional cost will be charged. The additional cost will be borne by you. There will be an amendment charge of Rs.1000/- applicable.

• Cancellation Policy

Cancelation of the booking will be informed to us in writing on mail. The cancellation charges will be applicable depending upon the services. Cancellation of the hotels and airlines will be done according to their own cancellation policies.

The cancellation for a package tour, be applicable as follows :

• Cancellation before clear 30 working days or more prior to the date of departure of the Tour: 25% of the total tour cost will be charged.
• Cancellation before clear 29 to 16 working days prior to the date of departure of the Tour: 50% of the total tour cost will be charged.
• Cancellation before less than 15 clear working days prior to the date of departure of the Tour: 100% of the total tour cost will be charged.

Balance Payment                          

• The complete balance payment has to be made before the starting date of the trip. However, the company can ask you anytime to clear the balance payment before 30 days from the date of departure.
• The right is reserved to amend/change the prices offered for the tour and to adjust our charges due to various factors like currency fluctuations, special/high season charge levied by the suppliers, fuel price rise, travel arrangements, hike in any government taxes or visa amounts or for any other reason before the date of departure. All such increased price must be paid before your departure (Full and final).

No refund for unutilized services

There will be no refund or compensation provided for services that are not used. If you fail to avail/use any services due to any reason the company will not provide any kind of refund or any other services as the compensation of the unutilized services.

Morning meet our representative at your Airport / Railway Station / Hotel. Drive towards Guptkashi . Enroute you can see the beautiful river Mandakini at Tilwara . The Mandakini river comes from Kedarnath , drive alongside the river to reach Guptakashi , visit Ardh Narishwar Temple in Guptakashi. Check into the hotel arrival in Guptakashi. Day 2 Guptkashi - Sonprayag - Kedarnath

Morning after breakfast, today we will go to Kedarnath. To reach Kedarnath you will have two options. One if by trekking and other is by Air via Helicopter ( at your own cost ).

By Helicopter:  Morning our driver will transfer you to your Helipad location ( Phata ,  Guptkashi ,  Sirsi  etc) as per helicopter ticket time. Kindly inform the driver timings of helicopter mentioned on the ticket previous day. Different aviation has different location for their helicopter service. Our driver will provide you pick and drop to hotel. Kindly inform the driver timings of helicopter mentioned on the ticket. Advance booking is highly recommended for the helicopter. Note: Helicopter Tickets are not included in this package. By Trek:  To reach Kedarnath by trekking route first you have to reach Gaurikund . We will drive to Sonprayag early in the morning after breakfast. Our car will drop to  Sonprayag . From  Sonprayag  5 kms drive to  Gaurikund  local jeep is available. This sharing basis jeep guests can book directly at own cost.  Gaurikund  to  Kedarnath  is further 14 Kms trek.

After reaching the Kedarnath visit Kedarnath Temple . Check in to the hotel/ashram. Visit Shankaracharya Samadhi. Overnight stay at Kedarnath. ( Meals : Breakfast)

Day 3 Kedarnath – Sonprayag - Guptkashi

In morning you can explore nearby areas by walk at Kedarnath . Later reach Guptkashi as per your choice by trek or Helicopter.

By Helicopter: Inform the driver when you leave for Kedarnath about your approximate return time and helipad name according to ticket. Our driver will pick up you from helipad and transfer you to your hotel.

By Trek:  Inform the driver approximate return time. Once you reach  Gaurikund  from Kedarnath by trek you can take local jeep till  Sonprayag . Our driver will meet here. Due to parking issue keep driver’s contact number with you and call him when you reach  sonprayag  so he can pick up you.

Gaurikund to Sonprayag local jeep at your own cost. Get packed breakfast from hotel to start early. At arrival check in to hotel in Guptkashi. Overnight stay at Guptkashi . ( Meals : Dinner)

Day 4 Guptkashi - Badrinath (9 hrs)

Morning after breakfast, drive to Badrinath . Check in to the hotel arrival in Badrinath . Pilgrims after having a bath in the Taptkund have the Darshan of Badrivishal & Aarti in evening. Brahamakapal is significant for Pinddan - Shraddh of ancestors (Pitrus). There are other interesting sightseeing spots like Mana, Vyas Gufa , Maatamoorti , Charanpaduka , Bhimkund and the "Mukh of the Saraswati River”. Just within the three km of Badrinath . 

Overnight stay at Badrinath . (Meals: Breakfast and Dinner)

Day 5 Badrinath - Joshimath - Rudraprayag (7 hrs)

Morning enjoy the after breakfast, drive for Rudraprayag via Joshimath . Visit on the way Darshan of VishuPrayag , Narsingh Temple in Joshimath , KarnPrayag and NandPrayag . Check into the hotel arrival in Rudraprayag. Overnight stay at Rudraprayag. (Meals: Breakfast and Dinner)

Day 6 Rudraprayag - Haridwar/Dehradun/Rishikesh

Morning after breakfast, drive for Haridwar / Dehradun / Rishikesh . Rishikesh 'place of sages' is a celebrated spiritual town on the bank of Ganga. It is surrounded by Shivalik range of the Himalayas on three sides. Drop at Hotel / Airport / railway station. (Meals: Breakfast)
