We are honored to be able to share The Crest of The Blue Ridge with our guests. Tours are designed to take our groups beyond the glass and into an immersive vineyard experience. Get an inside look into this diverse wine region, meet the wine makers, tour the vineyards, relax amidst the amazing mountain views and (of course) drink some delicious wines along the way! Each tour includes: Transportation from Asheville to the Hendersonville wine region. A visit to 3 wineries. Interactive tasting of at least 15 locally produced wines. Tours of vineyards and wine making facilities. A knowledgeable guide who will give your group insight into the region. Light snacks and waters provided throughout the day. (Cheese boards/ heartier appetizers available for purchase at the wineries as well.)

Large Groups

Did you know that we have multiple buses and size options? Let us host your large gathering - whether it be a bachelorette party, birthday, family reunion or work bonding, we can accommodate your needs.  If you are a small group, we can host you too! You can join a public tour or reach out for more options. 

Typical Day

Sit back and enjoy the day with the logistics in our hands..

Because we run multiple buses, there is not a set route with the wineries. Times are approximate and itinerary is subject to change based on availability. Your drivers have flexibility to ensure everyone has adequate time at each location and will adjust accordingly. 

Typical Wine Tour Day

• Guests meet at lot by 11:10am for 11:20 departure 
• Head to Southern Charm for a sit down lunch 
• Leave Southern Charm by 12:30 for first winery in Ellijay
• 1pm arrive at first winery
• 2:30pm depart for second winery
• 4pm depart for 3rd winery
• 5:30pm head back to Blue Ridge, typically arrive back at the lot between 6 & 6:30pm

Please ensure you have a safe ride home! We recommend enjoying dinner in town at any of Blue Ridge's delightful restaurants.

ABOUT BLUE RIDGE WINE TOURS

Founders Kasey Hotchkiss and Kelly Denson discovered the Crest of the Blue Ridge wine region during the pandemic as a great place to gather with friends in a safe and outdoor environment, but quickly fell in love with the area's wines as well as the warm and friendly people producing them. With a couple dozen years of hospitality and tour experience between the two, they were eager to introduce visitors from around the world to this new American Viticultural Area (AVA) and a tour company was born.

We are so excited to guide you through Hendersonville and Flat Rock to these vineyards tucked between apple orchards and farms in an epic landscape that straddles the Eastern Continental Divide and offers views for miles.
