Was shopping and saw a holiday advertised in the window. Your travel advisor sorted everything out and I booked the holiday there and then. She was very knowledgeable about the resort and also the hotel. All in all, a good experience.

Very knowledgeable and helpful
Went in thinking of going to one country ended up going to another country, the rep was really helpful and showed us different options dates prices etc. Asked what sort of holiday we wanted in regards to relaxation, entertainment, facilities, views and activities. She also had personal knowledge of a lot of the places, hotels we looked at.

I visited Old Swan , Prescot Road , Liverpool branch. I sat and spoke to Heather. She could not have been more helpful and took time to show me the island I am going too ( Pathos in Cyprus ) and we agreed upon an area as I am attending a wedding. Heather went through top 5 hotels and gave me all the pros and cons and made my life so much easier. Customer service is outstanding. Always take in to account your requirements & make sure they find the right deal for you. I was in the shop for hours trying to find the right package holiday. Even though the advisor had another appointment fast approaching I was never rushed. It was definitely a team effort as most the branch was involved in some way with either the holiday, insurance or currency.
