This is the worst expierience I have had in a store. The manager told me I wasnt wearing enough clothing, made fun of me for the shoes I was currentlt wearing, and he came in to the store I work at to harass me after. Other employees watched and did nothing, as did the other manager. I contacted customeer service, HR, and this was mentioned to the district manager and they did nothing. Employees also made sexist and racist remarks, and essentially begged me to buy something until I gave in due to feeling uncomfortable and unsafe, all while they were standing behind the register on their phones. Had to ask several times for them to get me a size and ended up buying something I didnt even want. Dont go here, theres a ton of other shoe stores that actually deserve your business and this isnt one of them.

Maybe it's because I am in my 40s. Maybe it's because I really dislike the mall. Maybe it's because I dislike the general public or maybe it's the fact that grown men in their late twenties, early thirties are walking around with back packs on, hats on sideways and acting like they're 16 is the reason I scored this store two stars. My son and I entered to no greeting. We looked at shoes for awhile and he finally selected a pair (I was very happy at this point). We looked around and one young lady was working on the floor, while two men were behind the counters. One male was checking out a customer, the other was hanging out sporting his ultra cool backpack and sideways hat. Is SWAG the right word to use here? My son says no, but YOLO, right? Okay, my son just left the room and refuses to speak to me (I count that as a win in my book). My kid heads to the counter to get someone to help him. He waits. Nothing. He comes back and says, Mom let's leave we can look at a few other places. The young lady hears him and stops helping the other customer who was trying on shoes to help my son. She was really sweet and ran back and grabbed him a pair. Now, here is where I honored my promise of not yelling, telling or pointing out bad customer service. A former TN Vols female basketball players walks in and the older guy with the backpack/sidehat jumps up, runs over to her and greets her and tries to chat her up. The poor girl looks slightly annoyed, which I found hilarious. What I didn't like is the fact that my money spends just the same as hers. Where is my middle age, AMEX card love? Again, my son threatened to leave me if I said anything. We bought the shoes from the wonderful young lady, I gave the disapproving head shakes to side hat guy as we walked out and loudly thanked her for her wonderful customer service and that while she is younger than her co-workers they could learn a thing or two from how hard she works.
