Great holiday with Alfa travel. Our driver Russell was very good, made us laugh on coach. Very helpful and always happy.Thankyou Russel. Ok the hotel is an old hotel but was really clean. Everything you needed in room. Comfortable bed. 2 comfy chairs so you didn’t have to sit on bed. Very white towels, couldn’t fault the room. The food was lovely, the breakfast was so nice, bacon really good, it wasn’t swimming in grease. The dinner had choice, the soup was excellent. The main was very nice. We didn’t have a meal that wasn’t delicious. I can’t believe they can give us meals like that for what we paid. Amazing. Our waiter was lovely, on the ball all the time,again I don’t know how they do it. They had 3 coach loads but it all went smoothly. The chef really is good. The bar was a laugh, such a friendly crowd. We didn’t go for entertainment as we were tired, so can’t comment on that. All staff were excellent. Only thing I think could do with upgrade would be coffee, I think they need to look into this, but saying that it was acceptable, but I am a big coffee drinker. But the whole holiday was really good. All the staff that work there should be proud of themselves. We are doing a self drive from Bournemouth next time as we only under 2 hours away, but on the coach we had to go up to reading then to exmouth from there, so makes sense to drive down

I went with my daughter for 5days with Alfa travel and we both agreed it was one of our better holidays. Everything was perfect, the weather, the fabulous trips, people on the bus were such good fun entertainment at night, the food was absolutely amazing , and last of all our driver GRAHAM who went above and beyond. Thank you Alfa it was a lovely holiday,

Just back from a week at the Cavendish. Can't remember a holiday where the hotel was such an integral and enjoyable part of the state. Accommodation was good, food great and the staff all fabulous especially Lisa the Manager and Joel and Abby in the restaurant who were cheerful, efficient and professional throughout despite a couple of challenging residents. All the best to you all and hope to see you again.

We are just returning from a 7 night break in Exmouth. We took my two teenage children and we have all had a wonderful time! We loved the hearty breakfasts and delicious 3-course evening meals, there was always plenty to choose from. All the staff were very welcoming, professional, extremely respectful and so very accommodating to all the guests. Our driver Ian was fantastic, ensuring everyone was comfortable and entertained during our excursions and back at the hotel where the staff were all amazing! feel so relaxed and refreshed to return home but really wish I was back in Exmouth, a beautiful seaside getaway! Thank you to all at Alfa Travel and the Cavendish Hotel!!! See you again soon!!!
