Holy. Sh*t. Without a doubt the best show i’ve been to this year. Even though Noah was feeling under the weather he put on a phenomenal performance. Their music never fails to amaze me. The amount of raw talent that these guys have is absolutely mind boggling.

Un concert exceptionnel ! Les membres du groupe furent très proches des fans, ce qui est rare et très appréciable ! Un très bon moment de passer au Backstage O'Sullivans, une salle très belle, chaleureuse et agréable

Bad Omens slither through boundaries, only to ultimately choke convention in the process. The quartet— Noah Sebastian (vocals), Joakim “Jolly” Karlsson (guitar), Nick Ruffilo (bass), and Nick Folio (drums)—materialize with ghostly atmospherics, striking hooks, and the tingles of sensual high-register harmonies uplifted by cinematic production. Racking up over 250M worldwide streams to date and earning acclaim, the band presents an uncompromising and undeniable vision on their third full-length album, ‘THE DEATH OF PEACE OF MIND’ (Sumerian Records).
“Making the record changed us as songwriters and musicians. In many ways, I feel like it set me free as an artist because every decision made in the writing process was for myself, with no fear for anyone else’s expectations of what our third album should sound like. Be it our fans or our record label.”
They’ve always wielded this level of magic though…
The group’s 2016 self-titled debut, ‘Bad Omens’ , yielded fan favorites such as “Glass Houses” and “The Worst In Me” which eclipsed 46 million Spotify streams. On its heels, 2019’s ‘Finding God Before God Finds Me’ spawned “Dethrone” (36 million Spotify streams) and “Careful What You Wish For” . Along the way, they toured with numerous marquee acts and received tastemaker praise.
After their first headline tour was canceled mid-way at the top of the global pandemic, the band found themselves at home in Los Angeles with plenty of time. Where they absorbed and imparted a different palette of unexpected inspirations. Channeling what the frontman describes at times as a “cursive sound” they embraced newfound confidence and boundlessly loose creativity. Anything went in the studio, and all “rules” were broken. Noah and Jolly wrote, produced, and engineered the music themselves while GRAMMY® Award-nominated producer and songwriter Zakk Cervini (Halsey, Grimes, Poppy, blink-182) lent his talents with the mix and master. Challenging himself, Noah decided to “make a track sampling items around the house, none of which were musical instruments”.
This ultimately became the framework for the first single “THE DEATH OF PEACE OF MIND”. Claps puncture the icy soundscape as his voice stretches from a breathy moan into an evocative and entrancing hook, breaking from a whisper into the seductive chant, “It wasn’t hard to realize. Love’s the death of peace of mind.” It culminates on a climactic scream uplifted by a distorted crunch.
“The whole record really details the loss of peace of mind,” he explains. “The lyrics in the title track are a little more specific in terms of the conflict at the heart of something more intimate and personal.”
By speaking it aloud, Bad Omens offer a level of comfort and empathy, with a sinister shroud. At the same time, they also give rock music a sexy new shape on ‘ THE DEATH OF PEACE OF MIND’ .
“Sonically, we want to do something you can’t arrive late or early too,” he leaves off. “You can’t cheat your way to the final act. You have to get on the ride and process it until the end. The songs are meant to be heard from start to finish. We want you to take the whole trip with us.”

Bad Omens Partner with Health and Swarm on New Single Ahead of Forthcoming Project
The collaborative project is due to be released on May 31.
Breaking boundaries and pushing the envelope of sound, chart-topping rock band Bad Omens, LA-based industrial rock trio HEALTH, and electronic sensation SWARM have unveiled a powerhouse collaboration entitled “THE DRAIN”. The song is the latest offering from Bad Omens’ anticipated CONCRETE JUNGLE [THE OST], due out May 31.
Pulsating with industrial energy, melodic metal undertones and a smartly adapted sample of Bad Omens’ Gold-certified single "THE DEATH OF PEACE OF MIND", the track promises to captivate listeners with its haunting dueling vocals from HEALTH’s Jacob Duzsik and Bad Omens' Noah Sebastian. “THE DRAIN” serves as a testament to the symbiotic creative energy between these two formidable musical entities, drawing upon their individually distinct sonic profiles to create a masterfully-crafted, uniquely heavy single.
In addition to the HEALTH and SWARM collaboration, Bad Omens have unveiled a mesmerizing remix of "THE DEATH OF PEACE OF MIND". Crafted by New York-based producer, composer, and sound designer So Wylie, "THE DEATH OF PEACE OF MIND [SO WYLIE PATCH]" offers a fresh perspective on the already beloved track. MORE ON BAD OMENS:
Bad Omens are coming off a wildly successful two years with the explosive success of their breakthrough third studio album The Death of Peace of Mind (2022). Hailed as “a stunning fusion of dark, Weeknd-esque pop and industrialized metalcore” (Revolver), the project has racked up over 940 million streams globally and surged Bad Omens catalog to over 1.5 billion streams.
The hardworking bands ascension was driven in part by the albums hit-single “ Just Pretend ” experiencing a viral TikTok moment that yielded a growing, dedicated fandom who catapulted them into the spotlight. Becoming the bands first RIAA-certified Gold single, “Just Pretend” reached #1 at US Alternative Radio and smashed multiple Billboard Year-End charts coming in at #1 on Hot Hard Rock Songs, #6 on Alternative Airplay Songs, #11 on Rock and Alternative Airplay Songs, #11 on Mainstream Rock Airplay Songs, #14 Hot Rock & Alternative Songs, and #23 on Hot Alternative Songs. The genre-defyers continue their climb with the albums seductive RIAA Gold-certified title track, “ The Death of Peace of Mind ,” currently in the top 10 at Alternative Radio. Their radio success also earned Bad Omens a nomination for Best New Artist (Alt & Rock) at the 2024 iHeartRadio Music Awards.
Gaining momentum online and over the airwaves, Bad Omens persistently surged ahead, captivating their rapidly expanding fanbase with electrifying live shows at numerous sold-out tours and festival performances worldwide. The band is already set for an intense touring schedule in 2024, recently concluding UK dates with Bring Me The Horizon and their CONCRETE FOREVER European headline run with opener Poppy, with more US performances and a lineup of festivals throughout the 2024 season.

White Reaper has announced a split single and tour dates with the punk band Spiritual Cramp .
The single will arrive on seven-inch vinyl on May 16. You can listen to the collaborative track “Whatever You Say Man” now via digital outlets .
“This is a funny song for me,” says Spiritual Cramp’s Mike Bingham . “I feel like I should start this blurb off with the disclaimer that I am not usually a depressed person. But, sometimes on a day where I start writing lyrics for a song, I am. Some days I wake up and I look around at all the beauty of the world and I’m moved to tears and overwhelmed with gratitude. Some days I wish I never woke up. This song is about what it feels like to wake up on the wrong side of the bed.”
Meanwhile, the tour includes stops in Boston on June 17, New York City on June 19, Philadelphia on June 20 and Washington, D.C., on June 21. Tickets go on sale Friday, April 19, at 10 a.m. ET.

Bad Bunny concert date in Philadelphia is Friday after Sixers win
The date of the Puerto Rican rap star's Philadelphia concert was dependent on the outcome of a basketball game.
Bad Bunny finally knows his schedule.
As do his fans.
Thanks to the Sixers’ defeat of the Miami Heat in Wednesday’s play-in game , Joel Embiid and his teammates have the night off on Friday and can start preparing for their first-round playoff series against the New York Knicks. That means Bad Bunny’s South Philly stop on his “Most Wanted Tour” can proceed on Friday night as originally planned.
If the Sixers had lost to the Heat, they would have had to play again Friday, facing the winner of Wednesday’s Chicago Bulls-Atlanta Hawks game at the Wells Fargo Center.
And a Friday game would have meant that Bad Bunny’s Most Wanted show — his first in Philadelphia since headlining Jay-Z’s Made in America festival on the Ben Franklin Parkway in 2022 — would have been moved up a day to Thursday, which is an open date on the schedule of the Puerto Rican rapper.
» READ MORE: Will Bad Bunny play the Wells Fargo Center on Friday? Or will Joel Embiid?
But now, thanks to Joel Embiid’s 23 points that helped the team vanquish archrival and former Sixer Jimmy Butler, Bad Bunny’s fans — known as “Los Condos” or “the Bunnies” — can rest easy. They can now go ahead and see “the King of Latin Trap” on the original date slated for his Philadelphia tour stop. The “Most Wanted Tour” is in support of his 2023 album Nadie Sadie Lo Que Va a Paper Mañana .
And the Sixers can get on with the business of beating the Knicks.

The other CONCRETE JUNGLE preview is a remade-and-remodeled version of the title track to Bad Omens' 2022 album, The Death of Peace of Mind, which now features extra vocals from New York composer/sound designer So Wylie..
