Niall Horan Gets ‘The Show’ on the Road With 2024 World Tour

Niall Horan is giving new meaning to the saying, “Let’s get this show on the road.” Ahead of the release of his third studio album, The Show , set to arrive on June 9 featuring “ Heaven ” and “ Meltdown ,” the singer has announced its accompanying world tour scheduled to make stops in North America, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand in 2024.

“There’s nothing better than watching the crowd sing back to you with all that emotion on their faces and knowing that they’re attaching the song to something meaningful in their own lives,” Horan shared in a statement. “To me, that’s always the greatest thing that can ever come from songwriting.”

General sale will begin on Friday, June 2, at 10:00 a.m. local time via the official Niall Horan website.

North American Leg Of World Tour Will Kick Off May 29, 2024

Tickets available starting with general onsale on friday, june 2, at 10:00 am local time at  www.niallhoran.com, the show , horan’s third studio album, out june 9.

Today, chart-topping global superstar  Niall Horan  announced “THE SHOW” LIVE ON TOUR 2024 – his biggest tour yet and first headline run since 2018’s Flicker World Tour. He’ll be performing songs from all three of his solo albums, including  The Show , which will be released by Capitol Records on June 9, 2023. The world tour will kick off on February 21, 2024 in Belfast, UK at the SSE Arena. 

Produced by Live Nation, the North American leg will launch on May 29, 2024 at Hard Rock Live in Hollywood, FL and include shows at Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena (June 3), New York City’s Madison Square Garden (June 14) and The Kia Forum in Inglewood, CA (July 27). See below for itinerary.

The good news for Niall Horan fans in the U.S. is that he’ll be doing a summer tour of the States in support of his imminent album release. The slightly not-so-good news, for fans who might’ve hoped for more immediate gratification, is that this arena/amphitheater tour will be in summer 2024 , kicking off almost a year after the new record comes out.

European fans will get a slight head start on the tour, but those dates are waiting until next year, too, with the first night of the international jaunt set for Feb. 21, 2024 in Belfast, UK at the SSE Arena.

Tickets go on sale in just over a week. A presale for Citi/AAdvantage card members begins on May 30 at 10 a.m. local time. Additional presale offers will be on sale throughout the week. The general on-sale ticket launch will be June 2 at 10 a.m. See tickets at Ticketmaster.com .

Any fans who absolutely can’t wait to see Horan in concert can get a pass for one of a couple upcoming festivals in the U.S. He plays Atlanta’s Midtown Music Festival Sept. 15, then hits the Austin City Limits Music Festival this fall, where the singer is set to perform on both weekends, Oct. 6 and 13.

Horan’s third solo album since the members of One Direction went their separate ways is titled “The Show” and will be released June 9.

He won’t be completely idol in the interim leading up to 2024. But neither will he be “Idol”: Horan has joined “The Voice” as a coach. Last week on the series, he performed his new single, “Meltdown.”

Yesterday, September 12th, 2018, I met Niall freaking Horan. Before we met him though, we went to his soundcheck and did a Q&A session. I was third row and dead center. He walked on stage smiling and doing the “princess wave” and the whole time his radiant personality kept shining through and made my smile grow bigger and bigger. He interacted with the audience a lot during soundcheck which I appreciated a ton. After soundcheck we waited on a line for the meet and greet. When I met him my mind went comepletey blank and of course I said hi how are you but I couldn’t think of anything else. I looked him in the eyes and they were such a gorgeous blue omg. He was the sweetest person and when he laughed I couldn’t help but laugh and smile too. I wouldn’t trade this experience for the whole and I can’t belive this happened yesterday. I cried as soon as I finished meeting him and this morning while I was getting ready. I love you Niall Horan❤️

To start off, it was my 16th birthday the day of the concert. It was the best way to spend my birthday and I would do it again if I could. He put on a great show, as did Maren. My favorite part was when he asked everybody if they could put their phones away for his song Flicker. It was really nice to just be there with no phone out distracting you. It was one of the best concerts I’ve been to, and I’ve been to quite a few. I wish I could relive that night. :)

He had an amazing opening act and i was really exited for her. maybe more for Julia Micheals tan for Niall.

i'm not a fan but i started loving his music since the concert. I just bought the tickets for fun so i didn't expected that.

The concert started with On the Loose. The Italian fan girls were going wild. omg.

when he began with This Town, something went wrong with the system but after some tries he could finish his song.

after Paper Houses it all went wrong so he left the stage so people with knowledge could solve the problem.

after like 15 minutes he came back. he started again with on the loose so i thought 'it is for the atmosphere' but the whole concert started again. so professional!

i had really good seats so the view was good.

He sang all his songs live and you can't say that about some other musicians. it all sounds really good.

I would deffenitly go back to one of his future concerts but closer to home =]

Niall Horan Announces The Show Live on Tour 2024 — His First Headline Run in 6 Years: See the Dates

"It's been far too long and I can't wait to see your beautiful faces," wrote the Irish musician on Instagram

Get ready, Niall Horan fans — the Irish singer-songwriter is taking The Show on the road.

On Monday, the former One Direction member announced The Show Live on Tour 2024 , which will see him perform his first headlining shows in six years as well as his biggest venues to date across Europe, Oceania and North America.

"There's nothing better than watching the crowd sing back to you with all that emotion on their faces and knowing that they're attaching the song to something meaningful in their own lives," said Horan, 29, in a press statement. "To me, that's always the greatest thing that can ever come from songwriting."

He spoke further about the tour in a post shared to Instagram , writing, "I am beyond thrilled to announce The Show Live On Tour 2024 ! It's been far too long and I can't wait to see your beautiful faces."

The tour shares a name with his upcoming album The Show , which drops June 9 and has been preceded by the singles "Heaven" and "Meltdown."

Its European leg features dates across England, France, Germany, Denmark, Sweden, Italy, Spain and more countries from Feb. 21, 2024 through March 27, 2024. He'll then perform four dates in Australia and New Zealand from April 26, 2024 through May 3, 2024.

The Show Live on Tour 2024's North American leg kicks off May 29, 2024 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida before making stops in cities including Nashville, Philadelphia, New York City, Cincinnati, Toronto, Denver and more before wrapping on July 31, 2024 in Phoenix, Arizona.

For any fans concerned that Horan's tour isn't hitting their area, don't worry just yet. "There are still a few more dates coming so if you don't see a show near you listed, stay tuned," wrote the "Slow Hands" performer on Instagram.

Presale tickets for the North American leg become available to Citi and AAdvantage cardmembers on May 30, 2023 at 10 a.m. local time, with more information available at the company's website . Additional presales will follow, and fans should check their local dates via Ticketmaster for details.

General tickets then go on sale June 2, 2023 at 10 a.m. local time, with more information available through Horan's website . VIP packages will also be available throughout the tour, and details can be found via VIP Nation .

Niall Horan , everyone’s favourite singer-songwriter from Mullingar, Ireland is embarking on the UK, Ireland and Europe leg of his tour The Show: Live On Tour, before setting sail to finish it off in Australia and North America.

Since One Direction disbanded in 2015, Niall’s released three stellar albums in his solo career, with chart-topping hits in all three. From his debut solo album ‘Flicker’ in 2017, to ‘ Heartbreak Weather’ in 2020 and finally, ‘ The Show ’ which he released in 2023.

This tour comes of the back of Niall's second consecutive win as coach on The Voice , where we saw his team member Huntley win the 24th season of the show on the 19 December 2023.

N iall Horan returned to metro Phoenix on Wednesday, July 31, a little more than seven months after emerging as a fan favorite at the inaugural TikTok In the Mix concert event at Sloan Park in Mesa.

Horan's concert on Wednesday was outdoors, too — at Talking Stick Resort Amphitheatre in Phoenix — but not nearly as chilly as the one in Mesa on Dec. 10.

The One Direction singer arrived in Phoenix on his first headlining solo tour since 2018’s Flicker World Tour with a set that drew on songs from all three of his solo albums, including last year's "The Show."

Former The Voice Coach Niall Horan brought singer-songwriter Julia Michaels on stage during the L.A. leg of his tour so the pair could perform their duet "What A Time" together live, and the audience was so delighted.

Watch the Season 26 premiere of The Voice on Monday, September 23 at 8/7c on NBC and next day on Peacock.  

"Night Sixty-Six Los Angeles. Thank you to my wonderful friend of so many years @juliamichaels for joining me. Love ya Floof ❤️," Horan wrote on Instagram, "Floof" being his playful nickname for Michaels (and hers for him).

Fans were overjoyed to see the pair together, and agreed that those in the room at the moment had lucked out. "LA crowd, you guys won literally," commented one fan. Added another, "Absolutely sickening that I wasn’t there for this."

In her own post about the appearance , Michaels shared footage from soundcheck and wrote, "5 years since I’ve been on stage in this capacity and it was magical ❤️ Thank you Niall for having me and to all of the fans who sang along with us!! I love you so much floof @niallhoran."

Horan and Michaels have excellent musical chemistry and appear to be close friends, as you can see from their happy, relaxed demeanors in the video below.

What to know about "What A Time" by Julia Michaels featuring Niall Horan

Released on Michaels' 2019 EP Inner Monologues Part 1 , the song is a bittersweet ode to a relationship that's ending, but had some wonderful moments. Michaels co-wrote the song with Justin Tranter, Casey Barth, and Riley Knapp. Clearly, five years later, the song still resonates deeply with fans and artists alike.

Horan's tour for his album The Show has been so successful that he's added more and more dates, and it's easy to see why. The former One Direction member is a consummate entertainer, creating special moments with fans in every city he visits.

For instance, when in Australia, he took part in the local tradition of having a "shoey" on stage , drinking a beer out of his sneaker, much to the delight of the crowd.

In Belfast, Horan became so overwhelmed by the crowd's enthusiasm that he was visibly emotional . Sounds like Horan's tour could be best described as, "what a time!"

Shawn Mendes Announces New Album 'Shawn' and Intimate Theater Tour

The singer's fifth studio album will be released Oct. 18, with lead singles out next week.

Shawn Mendes is making his musical return with a brand new album and intimate theater tour.

The GRAMMY-nominated singer announced his upcoming fifth studio album, Shawn , this week, sharing a video for the first single, "Isn't That Enough," as a trailer. The lead single, "Why Why Why," will be released next week.

"Music really can be medicine. Two years ago, I felt like I had absolutely no idea who I was," Mendes shared on Instagram. "A year ago, I couldn’t step into a studio without falling into complete panic. So to be here right now with 12 beautiful finished songs feels like such a gift. Honestly thank god for my friends and family. Life can be brutal but having a small group of people you deeply trust to walk you through makes it so much better. I really hope you love this album, I do. I really really do. I hope it makes you feel warm and close to the earth like it does for me."

The album is a heartfelt look at Mendes' last few years. The 25-year-old performer canceled his 2022 Wonder tour in the midst of the scheduled dates, citing the need to focus on his mental health.

"I wasn’t totally prepared for the toll that being back on the road would take on me," Mendes shared on social media at the time. “I started this tour excited to finally get back to playing live after a long break due to the pandemic, but the reality is I was not at all ready for how difficult touring would be after this time away... After speaking more with my team and working with an incredible group of health professionals, it has become more clear that I need to take the time I’ve never taken personally, to ground myself and come back stronger."

Now, Mendes is preparing to hit the road once again, announcing an intimate run of theater shows in the places he recorded Shawn.

"For my friends and family 🤍 wanted the first shows back to be special & to play this album for you live in the places we recorded it," he wrote on Instagram. "I've never played an album top to bottom before but it’s already one of my favourite shows i’ve ever rehearsed.  I love you guys, the band and I can’t wait to see you!"
