Eminem aka Marshall Bruce Mathers became an overnight sensation in 1997 with his debut album “Slim Shady EP”. Eminem house is located in the Clinton Township area of Michigan. It’s a massive 8,900-square-foot mansion constructed in 1996.

Surprisingly, he bought this house back in 2000 for $1,483,500. He was born in Saint Joseph, Missouri, but spent his early years in the Detroit area and he resided there for most of his career.

While we can’t see the whole house from the inside it’s quite grand from the outside. The property features a large entrance with a pond that surrounds the mostly brick mansion.

His Clinton Township mansion in Michigan is a modern marvel built in 2003. This home is all about style and luxury, nestled in a private gated community in Detroit. The exterior blends brick and stone, giving it that lavish architectural flair.

The house has six master bedrooms and an astonishing ten bathrooms and each bedroom feels like a separate apartment. The exterior is just as impressive, with play fields, a pool, a sauna, and an outdoor bar.

His primary residence is in Clinton Township, but he used to retreat to Rochester Hills in the past because it was a much larger space.

Eminem’s Ex-Wife Kim Mathers Gets $615k Loan for New Home 

Kim Mathers, Eminem’s ex-wife, received a loan of $615,000 from the rapper’s company to buy a new home before selling the mansion.

Despite years of ups and downs, the former couple is on good terms and was reunited at their daughter Hailie Jade’s wedding.

Property documents reveal their amicability, with Kim getting a substantial loan to purchase a more modest home in Macomb, Michigan. Her new home has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, 10-foot ceilings, a spacious 730-square-foot garage, and walk-in closets.

The property offers a private backyard with a covered lanai and a custom pergola, creating a perfect setting for peaceful evenings by a fire. Notably, the $615,000 loan came from Shady Games, Inc., with the company’s president, treasurer, and secretary being Eminem himself.

Eminem supposedly funded Kim’s custom-built mansion, where she raised her three children and a son from an afterschool relationship.

In March of this year, she sold this massive property, situated on a three-acre plot, with a colossal 12,000 square feet of living space, for a sum of $1,350,000.

The couple’s relationship has seen ups and downs, from marriage in 1999 to separation in 2001 and a defamation lawsuit. They eventually reconciled and got married again in 2006 but again got divorced after a year.

In his 2017 album “Revival,” Eminem publicly apologized to his former spouse for how he had treated her. As for how often they see each other, Kim Mathers humorously remarked, ” We met not often, but often enough!”

Intruder Broke into His Home

A man previously convicted of trespassing twice on Eminem’s properties has once again been caught in legal trouble.

He violated his probation, failing to attend a scheduled probation appointment. His tumultuous legal history continues as he was guilty of an altercation with a mall security officer in Taylor.

Matthew Hughes, 28 years old, recently pleaded guilty in Macomb County Circuit Court for not showing up to a probation meeting in September. He insists on his innocence regarding the assault charges.

The details about this alleged assault remain undisclosed, as reported by the Macomb Daily. These events unfolded shortly after Hughes received probation sentencing.

He previously spent 524 days in custody for unlawfully entering Eminem’s home in Clinton Township. He was making threats against the artist in April 2020.

Eminem was present at the time of the intrusion and managed to convince Hughes to leave, after which security personnel held him until law enforcement arrived.

How many times has Eminem attempted suicide?

His childhood abandonment left him with emotional scars, especially when he was romantically involved with Kim Scott and faced difficulties raising his daughter. He tried to commit suicide once by taking Tylenol, but he was miraculously saved.
