The map in Hello Kitty Island Adventure is no small sight to behold. There are multiple smaller islands within the larger Big Adventure Park island. As such, traversing to the different characters that are scattered to the winds can be quite time consuming. Thankfully the devs thought of this beforehand and created at fast travel system using mailboxes . Similar to games like Assassin’s Creed and the like, fast travel is a very useful tool if you need to get halfway across the map. Once you unlock fast travel, you’ll need to interact with a mailbox in order to activate it. So let’s bask in the sun and take a look at where to find all mailboxes locations in Hello Kitty Island Adventure.

There’s a total of 16 fast travel locations as of the games release. It’s very possible that you’ll come across multiple mailboxes before you unlock the feature. And players will need to go back to every mailbox before they’re allowed to use it. So it’s recommended you unlock fast travel as soon as possible to save yourself from backtracking and wasting a ton of time. How to Unlock Fast Travel in Hello Kitty Island Adventure

Fast travel isn’t unlocked to the players automatically at the beginning of the game. Like most things in the game, you’ll earn the feature after completing a quest for a friend. The friend in question that will help us with this task is Kuromi. You’ll need to complete the “Delivery Service” quest for Kuromi in order to unlock fast travel . This is their very first quest they give you after giving them My Melody’s gift.

Hello Kitty Island Adventure offers around five different biomes, and if you want to move around them quickly, you must know how to use fast travel in Hello Kitty Island Adventure . 

The game offers several means to travel across the abandoned island, such as Ziplines, Monorails, and others, though the most efficient is traditional fast travel. This is where our guide comes in handy as we explain how you can use fast travel in Hello Kitty Island Adventure. 

How to Fast Travel

You can fast-travel in Hello Kitty Island Adventure using the Fast Travel Mailbox , which you find all around the abandoned island. When you interact with the Fast Travel Mailbox at the beginning of the game, you won't be able to use it as it is a part of the story quest, " Delivery Service ."

To unlock the fast travel mechanic in Hello Kitty Island Adventure, you must first use the Yellow Power Crystals to open the Plaza Gate that leads to the eastern part of Seaside Resort by completing Chococat's quest, " Power Up the Gate ."

Once that is done, head to Spooky Swamps and navigate to Kuromi's location as shown in the below map screenshot:

When you arrive there, interact with Kuromi and give him the starter gift you got from My Melody . After that, keep interacting with him to trigger the Delivery Service quest.

Once it is active, you will get asked to deliver a Pumpkin to My Melody . In doing so, you will meet Cinnamoroll, who will introduce you to the Fast Travel Mailbox. 

Upon completing the Delivery Service quest, you can activate any Fast Travel Mailbox you find around the island and then use it to fast travel. On that note, there are two ways to fast travel in Hello Kitty Island Adventure. 

The method involves fast traveling using the game map:

• Open the map via the Map option in the Phone menu or by tapping the mini-map
• Select any fast travel points and tap the " Let's Go " button

Meanwhile, the second option involves manually using Fast Travel Mailbox for moving around the island. You can do this by:

• Interacting with any of the Fast Travel Mailbox

It's a big island, and there is so much to explore in Hello Kitty Island Adventure ! With so many gifts to give, quests to complete, and treasures to find every day, you won't want to waste time running back and forth just to deliver your daily gifts.

That's where Fast Travel comes in. You might have already noticed the Mailboxes around the island with adorable little "wing" icons. By becoming friends with Kuromi and Cinnamoroll , you can learn to activate these Mailboxes to use as Fast Travel points . Let's walk through how to unlock Fast Travel in this Hello Kitty Island Adventure IGN guide .

How to Unlock Fast Travel Mailboxes

To unlock the ability to activate Fast Travel Mailboxes into usable Fast Travel points in Hello Kitty Island Adventure , you need to become friends with both Kuromi and Cinnamoroll . By completing the "Delivery Service" quest , you will gain the ability to activate Fast Travel Mailboxes all over the island.

Find Kuromi in the Spooky Swamp by first opening the gate to Seaside Resort. To open the gate, you must help Chococat with the "Power Up the Gate" quest . Once you have talked with Kuromi for the first time and gifted her the My Melody Welcome Gift , you can find her standing beside the Fast Travel mailbox by the fountain in Spooky Swamp .

Talk with Kuromi beside the mailbox to start the quest “Delivery Service”. Walk up to the mailbox and tap the “wings” icon on the right side of the screen to activate the mailbox.

Seemingly completely unrelated, Kuromi will ask you to take a gift to My Melody back at Seaside Resort as thanks for her Welcome Gift. Take Kuromi’s Pumpkin to My Melody back at her shop on Seaside Resort.

There you will meet Cinnamoroll , who will teach you all about using the mailboxes around the island to instantly fast travel from one area to another. Follow Cinnamoroll to the Fast Travel Mailbox in the Plaza to gain the ability to fast travel from Seaside Resort straight to Spooky Swamp.

To open up a new Fast Travel location, you must first find the mailbox in the world. Just walk up to a mailbox you discover and tap the “wings” icon on the right side when it pops up to activate a new Fast Travel mailbox ! Then select the fast travel icon again to open up the fast travel map and transport yourself to any previously discovered mailbox on the island.

How To Unlock Mailbox Fast Travel Points

In Hello Kitty Island Adventure, you can unlock fast travel by completing the quest called Delivery Service that you obtain from the NPC named Kuromi, whom you can find in the Spooky Swamps area of the abandoned island.

To reach the Spooky Swamps area, you must complete the "Power Up the Gate" quest, where you get the task to craft a device using which you can find three Power Crystal Sensors required to open the door that unlocks the easter part of the island.

Once you complete the quest, head to Spooky Swamp, find Kuromi, and give him the starting gift that My Melody gives you at the beginning of the game.

After that, you can take on the Delivery Service quest and complete it to unlock the fast travel feature in the game.

To use fast travel, you can open your map tap on any of the unlocked Fast Travel Mail Boxes, and hit on 'Go' to commence the travel.

Alternatively, you can interact with any of the Fast Travel Mail Boxes, manually choose a travel point, and commence the fast travel.

After talking to her for the first time, you’ll see a familiar exclamation mark over her head letting you know she has a quest for you. At this point, she’ll offer you the “Delivery Service” quest in Hello Kitty Island Adventure that unlocks the Fast Travel Mailbox.

Unlocking and activating these mailboxes allows players to quickly move around the map. In this guide, we’ll explore all mailbox locations in  Hello Kitty Island Adventure  and how to unlock the fast travel feature.

How to unlock fast travel in Hello Kitty Island Adventure

Before we delve into the various mailbox locations, let’s first establish how to unlock the fast travel in Hello Kitty Island Adventure , as it’s not available at the start of the game. It’s tied to a quest called “ Delivery Service ” given by  Kuromi . To initiate this quest, players need to give Kuromi the Welcome Gift from My Melody after opening the Resort Gate and gaining access to the Spooky Swamp.

Once the quest is activated, Kuromi will ask players to deliver a Pumpkin to My Melody’s gift shop in the Resort Plaza. Inside the store, players will find My Melody conversing with Cinnamoroll. After handing My Melody the gift, she requests you deliver a Coasted Potted Plant to Kuromi as a thank you.

The quest line ends with Cinnamoroll, who guides players to the Mailbox in the Resort Plaza. That’s where you’ll learn how to use mailboxes and unlock fast travel.

With fast travel unlocked, it’s time to hit up the various mailbox locations scattered throughout the island. As of now, there are a total of 19 fast-travel locations in the game. It is worth mentioning that players may come across multiple mailboxes before unlocking fast travel, but you won’t be able to jump between locations until you complete Kuromi’s quest.

Cloud Island is the newest area in Hello Kitty Island Adventure, but in order to unlock it, players need to track down all the fallen Sky Fragments.

With the newest Hello Kitty Island Adventure update, LittleTwinStars, you will be required to find several Star Fragments to access a new area. The new Cloud Island region has been added to the list of places to explore. However, figuring out where to start and how to unlock this mysterious location can be pretty confusing if you have no idea where to start.

For starters, the new island is worth tracking down as soon as possible as there are plenty of new things awaiting, such as two new friends, new clothing and furniture, as well as new recipes and an entirely new appliance. In order to reach Cloud Island, you need to start by making sure most other mainline story quests are completed.

The opening quest that will kick things off in Hello Kitty Island Adventure is called When You Fwish Upon A Fish . It should come as no surprise that this is associated with the only fish friend on the island, Hangyodon. However, he may not be in the correct area to begin the quest, depending on what you have already completed. If it doesn't seem like any of the quest starters are in place, then it is likely that there is a main quest objective that still needs to be completed that is preventing this one from starting.

If everything is completed as needed, head over to Spooky Swamp and track down Hangyodon, who will be hanging around a fountain with a fish holding up a little star wand . He will be making wishes to himself and be startled upon your arrival. He will begin by explaining that the well he is wishing on is the Fwishing Well and can make dreams come true. However, it doesn't seem to be working, which means something is wrong. Hangyodon will ask if you know anyone who knows all things fish-related, which hilariously is not the fish character himself but the fishing master, Badtz-maru .

Badtz-Maru will be found in his usual spot near the docks. This quest is going to require some fish, so be sure to catch quite a few. Though players only need to donate 5, Hangyodon will then ask for fish for his personal use at the fountain/well, so be sure there's a little more than 5 in the inventory .

After speaking with Badtz-Maru, it's ultimately decided that the only solution is to go fishing in Hello Kitty Island Adventure and catch a bunch of fish that can be donated. Hangyodon believes this is the way to make the Fwishing Well work, so he will return to the well with instructions to catch some fish. He will need five fish to be donated , so if there are already five fish in inventory, then don't worry about catching them anymore. If not, use the docks to fish before returning to Hangyodon. After dropping in any five fish, the fwishing well will provide a fwish dresser in return.

Hangyodon will then proceed to ask for some fish so he can test out the fwishing well himself. Open up the gifting menu in Hello Kitty Island Adventure and hand over any fish. He will then ask you to leave so he can make his wish without anyone hearing. This will complete the When You Fwish Upon A Fish Quest. Feel free to keep donating more fish to the fountain for more surprises. With that quest complete, the main storyline quest, Stargazing , will finally be unlocked.

With everything else out of the way, head over to the crescent moon-shaped island . Be sure to interact with the newly placed fast-travel mailbox on the tip of the island for an easier return. Head over to the center area of the moon shape to find Hello Kitty waiting. Interacting with her will initiate a sequence in which friends from the island will all be stargazing together. During this stargazing, several stars will fall from the sky and crash onto the island . These Sky Fragments will show a general location of where they landed but no specifics. However, they will be marked on the map when you open it.

The core of this quest will be tracking down all of the Sky Fragments. The first one will be the easiest to obtain as it lands right next to the group where they are stargazing. Collecting this Sky Fragment will officially start the quest. Luckily, as long as most of the fast-travel locations have been unlocked, collecting all the pieces should be relatively simple. As friendship in Hello Kitty Island Adventure is one of the most important aspects, be sure to also check on any friends hanging around each fragment.

After collecting all of the Sky Fragments, which should feel similar to collecting the power crystals in Hello Kitty Island Adventure and checking on all the required friends, report back to Hello Kitty on Moon Island . After a quick discussion concerning what the pieces actually are, all of the fragments will join together and form a star. This will then open up a new path and a mysterious portal in which the star will place itself and activate the portal. Interact with the portal to be taken up to a mysterious location.

Kiki and Lala , the residents of Cloud Island, are not like normal guests. They will be permanent friend additions to the game , and thus, their friendships in Hello Kitty Island Adventure should be a priority along with every other friend on the island.

Once at the other end of the portal, speak with Hello Kitty , who will also be confused about what this new area is. After a weird fog appears and then clears, two new friends will reveal themselves. Kiki and Lala will introduce themselves as two new friends and inform players that they have found themselves on Cloud Island . Thus, Cloud Island is unlocked, and the Stargazing quest is complete. Players can then proceed to explore the new Sky Island and uncover all the mysteries it holds in Hello Kitty Island Adventure.
