Lunch cruise

Very lovely. Fun for the whole family. Food was more advanced than my kids, ages 5-8, wanted but that just meant more for me. My kids ate bread, but I suggest bringing some snacks for kids if they aren't adventurous eaters.

According to their website, they are closed due to the government requirement. I had a reservation booked for 13 people and paid $996 US for a deposit and was informed that I could not receive a refund but inky a credit to use by August 2030. What can I do with a credit for 1k in Europe and this virus is going on? Travel is banned and your company is closed? This is very poor customer service. Now I have to waste more of my time to contact my credit card company to dispute the charges when I need this time to spend with my family.

This was a horrible experience. Hopefully it was an anomaly but we paid almost $100USD per person and ended up shuffled onto an overcrowded boat like cattle to see the city after dinner due to high water. We paid and upgrade for window seats and there was no accommodation for the upgrade. If you are going to bait then switch, even for cause there should be both a comparable service AND a refund (even if only a portion) option. We could have done many other things we would have enjoyed more and spent less. We won’t make this mistake again.

It is like a very Romantic movie watching to sit on dock and have a panoramic view of sightseeings. The bateaux is quite on time. We took only Seine river cruise and it was about an hour. I recommend a departure before sundown! You will almost see most of the highlights in Seine side from different view. Better to go out top on the dock and get a seats in front.

Was a delicious dinner and beautiful view. Perfect for a romantic dinner with fiancé. The cruise went up and down the river during sunset so the view was great.

My trip was cancelled at the last minute due to the Coronavirus travel ban to Europe. I immediately contacted Bateaux Parisiens to see what my options were. I understand I could not receive a refund because it was within the 10-day window. However, I am completely frustrated that they were unwilling to allow me to re-book for a future dinner cruise after August 2020. I asked if they could give me a longer window and was told no. Absolutely every other vendor I am working with has been flexible in light of these extraordinary circumstances. I wasn't asking for a refund, just a chance to reschedule for March 2021. I am very upset that they weren't even willing to consider this option. The Moulin Rouge said no refund, but I could re-book anytime in the next 24 months. La Cuisine Cooking School said no refund, but I could re-book by December 31st and use my credit for March of 2021. I just don't see why Bateaux Parisiens is being so inflexible. I am willing to re-book. I just can't do it on their timeline. So, buyer beware. If anything goes wrong that is out of your control they will be inflexible, rude, and greedy with taking your money and giving you nothing in return!!!

Paris is one of the most beautiful cities in the world, known for its incredible sights and delicious food. Combine these elements during a Paris dinner cruise on the Seine for an unforgettable evening while visiting the City of Lights.

Last week, I spent a few days exploring Paris with my boyfriend, visiting the famous attractions like the Louvre and Eiffel Tower and eating every charcuterie plate and pastry in sight. During our trip, we took a Seine dinner cruise with Bateaux Parisiens, and I’m so happy we did because it was one of the highlights of our trip. In this review, I’ll tell you all about our experience, and give you the chance to win a sightseeing tour with Bateaux Parisiens!

During the cruise, you can visit the back deck and take some photos and soak in the view while traveling along the river. Towards the end of the cruise, waiters come around to settle any additional costs incurred during the course of the cruise.

Paris Dinner Cruise – Experiencing Bateaux Parisiens

I had a lovely experience on the Bateaux Parisien Seine dinner cruise, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable experience when visiting Paris. I think it would be perfect for couples celebrating an anniversary or a birthday celebration! I’ve been on other dinner tours in Paris before, and the Bateaux Parisiens cruise had better food and better ambiance than those I had previously been on. Seeing the city lit up at night and passing monuments like Notre Dame and Eiffel Tower while enjoying wine and fine dining is an incredible experience.
