Courtney the Advisor we dealt with in the Wrexham shop was fantastic . Very professional and her customer.er service was brilliant! As was the other advisor. They need a wage rise. I would advise all my friends a d family to head for Hays travel for all future holidays so the staff there can sort out. Well done. Definitely a reward is needed of the boss.

From the minute we contacted Wrexham Branch and spoke to Libby the whole experience was excellent. Nothing too much trouble for her. She addressed all my concerns and found our perfect holiday. Brilliant Advice

We were booking a long haul flight to Tasmania for 4 aduts ,Lucy the travel assistant was very patient,helpful and nothing was too much trouble.it took a while as we were given various options for our flights,once we had decided everything was sorted out quickly and efficiently

P&O Cruise booking

Great service friendly staff

When any customer visits a travel agent….

When any customer visits a travel agent they feel nervous about not only going on a holiday but the money side of it as well as the hassle.. this is the time your travel agent should help by saying let me help you decide what type of holiday would suit that person and here are any hidden extras like costs of seats,food, drink, if you need insurance I've never herd a travel agent say this is free, this is included... I think this may help

Great personal service

Came in to see Leah about a city break we had seen on Facebook. Leah immediately knew of a better accomodation as she knew the one we saw would not be suitable (didn't realise it was a hostel). Great personal service with attention to details.

2024 holiday booking

Our holiday was booked with Leah at hays travel Wrexham. Quick booking as we had seen the holiday we wanted advertised on Facebook. But Leah was very helpful,she looked at other dates to see if they were cheaper, pre-booked our seats & meals, went through the different room options & gave recommendations, booked our insurance & answered all our questions. She also went through our booking before taking payment & ensured everything was covered including board type, flight times & transfers etc. Definitely recommend Hays Travel & Leah for bookings.
