I can trust them. The box that I sent to the Philippines, gets there the same way and looks when I dropped it off. No broken or tear on the box. I highly recommended them when it comes to cargo padala and even money remittance

Getting the balikabayan box rates is a huge top secret. If you message them via messenger or text them at the provided number, they'll ask a whole lot of information...JUST TO GET THE COST OF SENDING A BOX. And their webpage and social media page are complete waste of time. All you'll see in it are useless information about how great their services are.

Just to get info on how much it cost to send a box. Jeeezzz!!!

I can't really have a big review about this place other than that they sell boxes used to fill when traveling abroad. I used the box for goods that i wanted to bring to the Philippines for family and friends. The best part is that they sell a box with a handle to make it easier to haul around the airport and to load and unload.

Only If I can't leave even a single star I won't! But yelp wont let you through without leaving a single star! I send money today, I was told if its below 5k it won't required a bank statement, it won't require a proof of income, cause its below 5k, they only asked for my SSN and have me filled in those form, so I did, when my brother goes to ML the transactions is error, my brother proceed to metrobank because I was being told we can also collect the money in metrobank still transactions missing! When i go online to their apps ( Atlas Apps ) it shown the money was being hold! What the F! So Im calling the manager to address this issue and re evaluate to your employee here if they really know whats their doing! Its seems like they don't know what they're doing! That money is intended for something very important! Please if you don't know what your doing! Quit!

They lost my box sent to Manila last summer. Investigation took very long time and finally they admit they lost it and gave us only $200 for that without paying back $75 shipping fee. That box was big one and contained lot more valued stuff. This was big disappointment. Will never use Altas again.

They have the worst customer service!!!! Bought a large box so we can check if our items for shipping will fit. The box is still not big enough so we are returning the 2 boxes we bought. They said they don't accept returns after waiting in the queue for he reason that they already did an inventory of sales when we bought it. Whatttt???? Left the boxes in the store coz i have no use for it. Never again!!! Staff are unfriendly and no customer service manners.

kung pwede lang mag rate ng 0. They scheduled to pick up my box at 6:00-6:30 AM. I woke up at 5:30 para ma prepare yung box. 7 AM wala pa yung pick up driver. Called the atlas and was inform to wait for 10 mins. Waited another 30 mins and called again. This time the lady told me the driver came at 6 AM when they didnt come. I was in the living room at 5:30 so i can see the driver pull up if ever and i went outside at 6 am to wait. Nobody came. Nakakaloka. Im ok to wait but my husband put the box outside na before he left then it started raining. I cant pull the box inside cause it was too heavy. If they cant make it tell the truth you dont have to lie to make excuses. Will never ever use This service again.

BEWARE! My boxes were mislabeled and it has been by far the WORST customer service I've ever encountered. They don't take your request or issues seriously. They're like robots. I had a suspicion earlier that my boxes were mislabeled by their agent because the agent gave me a receipt with a different sender's name. I called the Sacramento office and I was told that I was just given a wrong invoice number and then they gave me the supposedly correct invoice number. I was doubtfully reassured by saying "verify naman po sa warehouse yung mga boxes at i ko correct pag mali po yung label". After 3 months of waiting I decided to call. The first customer service rep in Sacramento sounded like a broken voice recorder. They only thing she was repeatedly telling me was either "ok po sir" or "ok po sir follow up po namin". I'd ask a question and the response was "ok po sir". I even asked if she was understanding my concerns and questions and the only response I'd get was "ok po sir" I called during after-office hours in order to get my call redirected to Manila. They guy who answered the call took my invoice number and told me "we don't have a record that these boxes were received. " he assured me that he will get his manager to look into it and will follow up. Days later, no single follow up. I called again and sadly a rep from Sacramento branch answered. She told me that sometimes there's not enough space in the cargo and other boxes have to wait for the next shipment and that could possibly be the reason for the delay but again "ok po sir follow up po namin. " No one called me for an update. I started to suspect something odd was happening and searched online for the main office contact information. I sent an email outlining a clear timeline from when the boxes were picked up and all the follow up calls that I've made. Someone from Las Pinas Manila warehouse responded and informed me that they've had boxes in their warehouse for a while now but they were unable to send them because of a discrepancy with the labels. Apparently, they've been waiting for the US office to verify and clarify the discrepancy. Imagine what would have happened if I didn't spend so much time trying to trace them myself? The Sac branch does not have any idea and were unhelpful and unprofessional.

Itatagalog ko na para sa inyo mga kababayan totoo ang mga negative feeds dito. Walang kwenta tong company na toh should not be doing business here in sacramento. My package was still out there after 60days .wala pa rin at wala man anything to keep me in business

I can only hope Atlas doesn't follow the other company's business practices. Atlas picks up boxes, price are reasonable and my box arrived on time and in good shape. Keep up the good work!

For anyone not familiar with subscription boxes, a subscription box delivers a curated selection of food, snacks or other products to your house. Each company offers different delivery options – most boxes are usually sent monthly (but some are quarterly). Some subscription boxes renew automatically month to month (unless you cancel) or you can purchase a one time gift (usually for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months). You can usually see videos or photos on their website of past boxes to decide if the box is right for you or your loved one.

A general world food subscription box will include a variety food or snacks from around the world, with each month usually featuring a specific country. There are also destination specific boxes that focus on food from a specific country. Non-food travel subscription boxes include boxes that feature travel essentials and gear, travel books or artisan products depending on the traveler’s interests.

We’ve taken the box ourselves on international flights to both humid and cold countries and the box made it there and back great condition.
