Amazing selections for buffet breakfast, my parents love it a lot! Friendly and helpful staffs. They were able to get me a connecting room for me and my parents, that's really great! Very nice pool and pool chairs. Spotless rooms! Really enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Good location as well, very near to convenience shop, pharmacy and shopping centre.

Room was spacious, the water pressure glorious, a/c kept the room cool and everything was kept clean and tidy throughout the stay. Bangla Road was a short walk away, with lots of delicious restaurants along the way.

Bottom Line

The three-and-a-half pearl, 350-room Royal Paradise Hotel is in one of Phuket's tallest buildings, so great city views are a given. The hotel is a quick walk to the beach and Bangla Road, the heart of Patong's nightlife, and has three outdoor pools, several international restaurants, a swim-up bar, a hot tub, a spa, fitness center, meeting rooms, and a business corner. Suites with kitchenettes are also available -- some have terraces with hot tubs. Some guests find the decor in the reasonably priced rooms to be a bit dated and old-fashioned. For something more modern, guests might want to compare the Royal Paradise with the Nap Patong Hotel.

The tallest hotel in patong with city views, garden pools, a swim-up bar, a hot tub, and spa.

The Royal Paradise Hotel and Spa is in a prime Patong Beach and party location, drawing couples as well as families. At 25 stories, the hotel is said to be the tallest building in Patong and Phuket island. The lobby, renovated in 2014, offers tall windows, Sino-Thai designs, intricate latticework, and blue accent lights. A lovely lounge, with a grand piano, is set with stylish blue chairs.

Centrally located near Patong’s party scene, and beach

The hotel is located in the heart of Patong, amid its famous nightlife. Soi Bangla, or Bangla Road, is a 10-minute walk from the hotel. Clubs, bars (including a lively gay bar scene), shops, and restaurants crowd the area, and it can get noisy. Within a five-minute walk is the Thailand Divers shop, and the beach and Jungceylon Shopping Mall are within a 12-minute walk. The hotel’s shuttle delivers guests to Patong Beach in about  two minutes. Phuket town is about a 30-minute drive, as is Promthep Cape. Count on at least a 40-minute drive to the airport.

Classic rooms and suites include flat-screen TVs and balconies, or terraces, with hot tubs.

Rooms are located in the Royal or Paradise wings. The hotel offers Superior, Deluxe, and Premier Deluxe Rooms. Mini, Junior, Paradise, or Paradise Executive Suites with kitchenettes are also available. Most rooms have rattan and light-wood furniture, and silk Thai headboards, with green tile or wooden floors. Balconies or terraces offer sea or pool views. Bathrooms are modern, and have stand-in showers or shower/tub combos. Slippers and bathrobes are nice extra touches. All rooms have mini-fridges, safes, coffee/tea makers, and free bottled water. Suites have sitting areas, DVD players, minibars, and floor-to-ceiling windows. Two-Bedroom Executive Suites have dining tables, and Royal Executive Suites have terraces with hot tubs, kitchenettes with large refrigerators, and microwaves. Some of the furnishings could use a refresh, and lower-floor rooms can be noisy. Guests have complained that the room decor could use a refresh.

International dining options, cocktails with city views, meeting rooms, and a business corner 

The hotel offers numerous dining options. The Coconut Coffee Shop is casual with a buffet. The Royal Kitchen serves Chinese food. Casablanca Restaurant offers Arabian and Indian fare. Fueng Fah Restaurant cooks up Thai cuisine. Cocktails are served in the lobby lounge, which was renovated in 2014, and offers live entertainment. The Sky Lounge is on the top floor and offers great city views. 

A tropical outdoor garden features a koi pond.  Three blue-tiled pools and a lovely large hot tub are garnished with flowers and greenery. The main pool has two tiers, a waterfall and a swim-up bar with submerged stools. Umbrellas, plastic lounge chairs, and blue removable cushions are on the deck. The second pool offers outdoor showers. There’s also a hot tub, shaded by trees.

The traditionally designed spa includes 16 massage treatment rooms, two whirlpool tubs, two steam rooms, two saunas, and two changing rooms. The modern fitness center has cardio equipment, and a weight room. But some of the hotel's fixtures and furnishings show wear and tear.

There are four meeting rooms. A stage and audiovisual equipment are also available. The business corner offers a conference table, a flat-screen TV, and a fax machine, but Wi-Fi is free only in the lobby.

I booked four tours through Klook for my relative's 3rd grade son, but there were communication problems every day, and I had to ask the hotel staff to contact the local travel company to confirm and arrange for rescheduling. At that time, the Japanese staff member Y helped me a lot. I had stayed at this hotel several times before and had never encountered such problems, so I had never relied on Japanese staff members in particular. However, I was able to fully appreciate the sense of security that a hotel with Japanese staff members can provide. Thank you very much for negotiating for a long time. The pool was also clean, and the breakfast menu was abundant. I definitely think it's the best hotel in Patong in terms of cost performance.

I am recommending this hotel. so good, location near bangla road and other party life and no noise, near mall, a lot of massages and eateries, of course near Patong Beach everything is walking distance. Amenities is a lot fitness, spa, pool, restaurtants (free comolimentary drink at sky bar) , got city tour offer. Check in and out was smooth. Got pool party every Saturday (i think), staff is respectful, room is real nice got good view. Overall im rating this hotel 10/10.

The stuff was very nice and welcome us with warm greet and they give us free upgrade from 7th fl to 10th for free with the best view , The food was amazing and a lot variety to choose from ,the stuff from canteen area also super super helpful and super clean The cleaning lady for the room also very understanding and very very clean Location is the best one I ever been from my entire life I highly recommend this hotel ……and I’m definitely going to stay again whenever I go to Phuket and I’ll recommend to all my friends and everyone who is looking this review .
