COVID-19 Domestic Travel Guidelines

Passengers flying to domestic destinations must follow the following health protocols:

• Flyers are advised to self-monitor health and travel only if they have no symptoms of COVID-19.
• Announcements regarding COVID-19 and COVID appropriate behaviour will be made at the airport. Travellers flying via domestic flights are advised to follow these precautionary guidelines.
• Passengers must use a face mask/ cover, hand hygiene, and physical distancing of six feet as far as feasible.
• Passengers should not spit in public spaces while travelling.
• Flyers are advised to install the Arogya Setu app on their mobile phones.
• If a passenger develops fever while travelling, he shall inform the cabin crew/ TTE/ bus conductor as per the situation.
• Passengers developing COVID-19 signs after reaching the destination should inform the District Surveillance Officer or the State National Call Centre (1075).
• For information on state-wise quarantine rules for domestic flights, flyers are advised to go through the state-wise travel guidelines section.

फ़्लाइट खोजते समय, Google Flights अपने-आप ही नतीजों में "सबसे अच्छी फ़्लाइट्स" को क्रम से दिखाता है. यह क्रम किफ़ायती किराये, दूरी, दिन का समय, और दूसरी चीज़ों के हिसाब से दिखाया जाता है. हालांकि, किफ़ायती किराये के बारे में जानने के दूसरे तरीके भी हैं.

• इसका वजन ज्यादा होता है।
• यह कार्गो होल्ड के लिए जाता है
• यह हैंडी लगेज होता है।
• इसको यात्री अपने साथ हवाई जहाज के अंदर तक ले जा सकते हैं( पासपोर्ट, दवाईयां इत्यादि)।
• इसमें जरुरी सामान और दस्तावेज होते हैं।

जानिए बोर्डिंग पास में क्या क्या होता है

• यात्री का नाम
• यात्रा का समय ( टेक-ऑफ और लैंडिंग )
• फ्लाइट नंबर
• डेस्टिनेशन ( कहां से कहां तक )

जानिए: हवाई जहाज के अंदर क्या क्या होता है

• कॉकपिट- जहां पर जहाज का पायलट और सहायक पायलट बैठता है, हवाई जहाज के उस अग्रिम हिस्से को कॉकपिट कहते हैं।
• केबिन- जहाज के अंदर वाले हिस्से को जहां पर यात्री बैठकर यात्रा करते हैं उसको केबिन कहते हैं।
• केबिन क्रू- एयर होस्टेज और जो भी जहाज के अंदर यात्रियों को सहायता करता है वह सब केबिन क्रू कहलाता है।
• रन-वे (Runway ) - जहाज उड़ान भरने से पहले जिस मार्ग पर चलता है उसको रन- वे कहते हैं। यह रास्ता केवल प्लेन के लिए बना होता है।
• टाक्सिंग  (Taxiing )-ज ब प्लेन रन-वे पर चलता है तो उसे टाक्सिंग कहते हैं।
• आईल ( Aisle )- जहाज में दो सीटों के बीच में चलने के स्थान और रास्ते को आईल कहा जाता है।
• पायलट- पायलट को फर्स्ट अफसर भी कहा जाता है।
• इसको कप्तान भी कहा जाता है।
• फ्लाइंग इंचार्ज पायलट होता है।

Guidelines for International Arrivals & Departures

• Effective 01 st  January 2023, 1000Hrs IST onwards for customers arriving from China, Singapore, Hong Kong, Republic of Korea, Thailand, and Japan  including children and infants shall be mandatorily required to submit self-health declaration form on  Air Suvidha Portal .

Travelling abroad?…. Please ensure to download your International Travel Vaccination Certificate from the CoWin portal. 

Step 1 : Login to www.cowin.gov.in

Step 2 : Click on ‘Show Certificate’

Step 3 : Click on ‘International Travel Certificate’ and download

Step 4 : Enter your details

Step 5 : Submit request

State-wise Guidelines:

Health Screening:

• Thermal Screening will be done for all passengers.
• All Incoming passengers arriving shall have to mandatorily carry RT-PCR negative test report issued from a ICMR approved lab, subject to condition that RT-PCR test should have been taken within 48 hours.
• All passengers travelling to Port Blair if fully vaccinated (irrespective of the type of vaccine and country of origin) shall be exempted from the requirement of carrying RT-PCR negative test report provided they are able to produce the final vaccination certificate at the origin airport and Port Blair Airport.
• Children below 5 years of age are exempted from carrying RT-PCR negative test report.
• If you are travelling on a connecting flight and not leaving the airport in transit station then please refer to the detailed guidelines of the respective final destination arrival state.

Quarantine:

•   All passengers shall be required to undergo mandatory home or institutional quarantine till result of their on-arrival test is released.
• If any passenger tests positive will be sent for institutional quarantine for further treatment. 

Passenger Obligation:

• Thermal screening shall be done for all passengers.

• If you are travelling on a connecting flight and not leaving the airport in transit station then please refer to the detailed guidelines of the respective final destination arrival state.  

Quarantine: None 

• All passengers must download Aarogya Setu App

• If you are travelling on a connecting flight and not leaving the airport in transit station then please refer to the detailed guidelines of the respective final destination arrival state.

Quarantine:  None

• Thermal screening will be conducted upon arrivals.   

• RT-PCR negative report of not older than 72Hours from an ICMR accredited lab OR Final vaccination Certificate (two doses complete). • If you are travelling on a connecting flight and not leaving the airport in transit station then please refer to the detailed guidelines of the respective final destination arrival state.

Quarantine: NIL

• Thermal screening will be done for all passengers.
• RT-PCR negative report of not older than 72Hours from an ICMR accredited lab OR Final vaccination Certificate (two doses complete). (The above is not applicable to infants and children below the age of 10 years.)
• If you are travelling on a connecting flight and not leaving the airport in transit station then please refer to the detailed guidelines of the respective final destination arrival state. 

Quarantine: None.

All passengers must download Aarogya Setu App.

• All passengers must register on COVA Punjab App before commencing their journey.

Thermal screening will be conducted for all passengers.

RT-PCR negative report of not older than 72Hours from an ICMR accredited lab OR Final vaccination Certificate (two doses complete). The above is not applicable to infants and children below the age of 12 years.

Passengers not in possession of RT-PCR negative report done within 72 hours OR Final vaccination certificate shall be required to undergo test upon arrival at their own cost. Cost of test on arrival shall be INR 380 per test.

Fully vaccinated passengers i.e., those who have received both doses are exempted from pre-departure and post arrival RT PCR testing.

  • Passengers undergoing test upon arrival shall be required to remain in home quarantine till the test result is declared. 

• Thermal screening shall be done for all passengers. • Random sample collection will be done for passengers arriving from states where there has been a high number of COVID-19 cases. Passengers will be allowed to exit after sample collection.

इसके साथ ही 7 दिन से ज्यादा की उम्र के बच्चों को फ्लाइट में सफर करने की इजाजत होती है। 7 महीने से लेकर 2 साल तक के बच्चों को शिशु कैटेगरी में रखा जाता है। हालांकि ऐसे बच्चों को ले जाने के लिए अलग से सीट नहीं दी जाती। इन बच्चों को फ्लाइट में ले जाने के लिए उनका बर्थ सर्टिफिकेट होना अनिवार्य होता है। इसके न होने पर यात्रा नहीं करने दी जाती।
